I LOVE MY OTTERBOX
I bought my first Otterbox several years ago, after dropping my iPhone and shattering the screen glass. A salesman at the Apple store suggested Otterbox, and it indeed kept my phone from damage when I dropped it a few more times over the years. Eventually, that first Otterbox fell apart, and Apple no longer offers cases for the iPhone6. So I'm doubly grateful for Otterbox: it keeps my phone whole, and the company cares about my phone more than Apple does. :-

Hard plastic part cracked in half soon after use
The phone was dropped from waist height on concrete and didn't receive damage, however the hard plastic component of the case cracked in half. Lesser cases would likely have cracked as well. BUT... I paid more for the OtterBox under the assumption that it was a tougher case and could handle being dropped without compromising the case's integrity. I will likely go with a cheaper company next time.

Some Companies are Good OtterBox is Bad!!!
Otter box does not give a full refund . I will never own another one again. I have found other boxes that are as good if not better.

The product is great... I’ve gotten it for all my devices. Supply & Demand on the other hand leaves much to be desired, I had to go to the site to find it. The other issue is pricing... hundreds of thousands are sold. Soo ...why the extremely high price Otter leads the market Otter can make a huge profit and still drop the price. Show some customer love Otter -drop your proce??

Great purchase
I purchased an Otterbox case for the iPhone 6s.It does not come with a plastic screen slip as I had asked, I did an online chat with an Otterbox rep. I was not pleased as I was informed it did come with it.
Having said that, however, Otterbox is 2nd to none in product quality.

Otter Commuter Case for 6s IPhone
This is my second Otter Commuter case for my 6s phone. It has protected my IPhone very well over the years that I have had it. One drop too many onto the corner finally broke the corner piece from plastic frame. I was happy to see the case for the 6s was still available.

Not what I expected.
I was under the impression that the surrounding ‘rubber’ part was enclosed with a clear plastic shield in the front, so that I would not have direct contact with my phone’s screen; that way the screen would not become scratched or cracked. I am a very clumsy person, and drop my phone often, which is why I made this purchase. I also purchased with this a holster. However, the Otter Box does not fit snugly into the holster, so I’m finding myself still using my old Otter Box along with the holster, and the new Otter Box is totally useless to me. I wasted my money, and don’t know if I can get it back.
