Rated 5 out of 5 by from Okay product at best. Super slim compared to their other cases but has zero grip and slides right off of surfaces. If your hands sweat at all then the back feels uncomfortable to hold and the slick hard shell doesn't really fit well in one hand like it would with a rubber exterior case. This case doesn't look like it would protect the phone more than any other basic case would due to the hard points hitting surfaces. 2/10 product for it being an otterbox considering the other cases are awesome, skip this one and spend a little more for the better versions.

Otterboxes well protected my two previous Samsungs ... in useable, findable bright COLOR ... while hiking Idaho Rocky Mountains, Michigan sand dunes, Pennsylvania dog field trials, Utah dog races, Mt. Vernon Baltimore John's Hopkins crab cake fest, Washington dog shows and Boeing tour, and Oregon seaside beach walks ... in COLOR. Ballet pink was my only color choice. And a good one it is. Who does black, anyway? I lose black, faster than my puppy can find my phone and destroy it. Otterbox did not save my phone from my puppy.

I dropped my Galaxy S10 from 2 feet and the front of the phone cracked on the lower right side. Now the bottom half of my phone is "black". I tried to start it up again, but it asked for my ID pattern. Of course my ID pattern is on the bottom half so I cannot verify it. This is very upsetting. I have to buy a new phone because the phone failed the diagnostic test.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the price its rubbish Had one years ago on my Iphone 3 years ago, very impressed,, this one, like everything else in the world now, its made from cheap material, After a while the rubber started delaminating then started falling off in chunks, the buttons on the left side of the phone fell off so I had to poke something in there to change the volume, the only piece of rubber left on is the last piece that I had to super glue on so I could still use the stand by button, you can buy 8 x cheap China case for the price of this, very disappointed

This commuter case is another fine product by otterbox. My only complaint would be the added silicon pads on the back of the phone, while they make the case much easier to handle, it makes it less pocket friendly than i would like.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fair I had a symmetry with my previous phone and I really liked it. In it's defense, I probably dropped my phone a thousand times before I ever broke it. When I got a new phone I decided to get a beefier model so I upgraded to the commuter. I broke the commuter a week after I got it. I just got the new one in the mail and I'm already struggling with it. I don't like the two different pieces. You have to take one piece off to get the whole thing off. And it's really a struggle getting it all back together. I take it out of the case every night when I plug it in, because the phone gets so hot. It's just really a pain in the butt. And I wish I would have got the Symmetry to begin with. In addition, I also noticed that muffles the sound around the speaker pretty bad.

This case is exactly what I wanted, and I'm so glad it has the headphone and charge port covers as I have had issues with old phones getting broken charge ports. The case feels great in the hand and doesn't hinder use of the phone. My friend liked my case so much he has even proceeded to purchase his own.

Works great, but I was disappointed that the various color options previously available weren't still offered. There are 4 phones in our family and, with only 3 colors available (and nobody wanted pink), it was an issue. Also, the edges of the previous versions were more rounded, and these are more square. I preferred the older style. But, I do like the overall style and it still fits in my pocket nicely.

It would get a 5 star if it wasn't so easy for a pocket to pull the case off the top edge of my screen. This only happens occasionally, However, when it does it takes a few minutes to put it back on.

I'm a repeat OB customer, if you buy one case for your phone that actually protects it and looks good in the process, Otterbox is your friend. Plus if a part breaks/wears they will replace it for free. Save yourself the hassle of a broken phone.

I have two young kids with dirty hands that try to touch the phone and I can easily take the case off to clean. The back is flat enough to add decals or personalized stickers, which I did.
