Great case
Overall great case and service. There was an issue with shipping and they made it right. Case fits good has good grip and seems sturdy. I like the cover over changing port to keep dirt out.

Love my Otterbox Commuter!
I always love my otterbox cases. I've had it for about a month and have had many drops. No cracks on my screen. I love the otterbox warranty. In years past, have paid the shipping fee and got a new phone case when the phone case got damaged(my fault or after much use). 100% worth the purchase.

Perfect for my needs
So far I am very happy with the commuter series case. I wanted some decent protection for my new S25, but didn't want anything too bulky, and the commuter series filled the bill. I like the USB-C port cover to keep fuzz from my jeans pockets building up the USB-C port, which I have had problems with in the past. Volume and power buttons have great tactile response through the buttons on the case. Much better than cases I have used in the past.

Otterbox Charging port cover
The box itself is sturdy and great, as expected. The problem is the covering over the charging spot. Most people I know, including me, use the USB cable end for charging, not the tiny needle sized port. There is a covering over the charging port, except for a hole for those using the needle for charging. I have to open it up all the time, and I'm sure it will wear out at the elbow and break off eventually. I'm thinking of cutting it off now just to save some time.

Love it, Love it, Love it!!
I have used OtterBox products on my phones for many years. They are the best protection ever!! My work is very active and the phone has ended up on the ground many times with "No" damage. These products are a great investment.

New Commuter case
Got another new phone (Galaxy S25 base model) and got a new Commuter case for it. Very similar to original Commuter case on previous phone (S7). Well made and a perfect fit on the new phone. Color selection was a little limited but available choices are probably just a reflection of the times. Note that the Commuter case only protects the back and sides of the phone. If you're concerned about damage to the screen, there is no built-in screen protector - but the original Commuter didn't have a screen protector either. Seems a good pick for a phone with limited exposure to damage (i.e., one that lives in a pocket book or brief case).
