Bought a new one for the iPhone13 and disappointed that the flap for the charging port will not close, no matter how I manipulate the plastic and rubber layers. Good case, but disappointed in lack of quality and how the one I got works (doesn't in that case)

Otterbox, redesign the commuter and defender with a strong Magsafe connection and I'll buy a bunch of them for work and personal phones.

I used to use life proof and never had a problem cracking my phone but they did age to where I would be hard to hear and need to replace. Thought this would be better but I guess not

I've always used Otterbox brand cases on my phones because they withstand pretty much anything. This case is available in many colors, and is moderately priced.

I swear by otterbox cases and love this one! I can't tell you how many times I drop my phone in a day yet it is perfectly fine!! The phone cases can be pricey but worth it IMO if you are a klutz like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality, excellent fit and finish I purchased this case 2 weeks ago. It has 2 pieces and fits very well not the iPhone 13. The case accommodated my screen protector perfectly, should be fine for any typical screen protector. The back of the phone makes an excellent compromise between grip and slip with a a few small rubberized feet so the phone does not slip off of surfaces too easily while still being very easy to slip into a pocket.

It is not too bulky like some of these otterbox ones are but it actually feels nice in your hand. And the best of all is how it looks. I just looks fancy and I am getting complimented all the time about it. I would recommend this for sure!

The quality of these cases is top-notch and the fit is perfect. The case provides ample protection without adding bulk or excessive weight. There are no issues with accessing the buttons, switches, or ports. Other features of the iPhone, like 5G and inductive charging also work as expected.

I got the Commuter series case for the Iphone 13. Installation is a breeze, you just snap it on. The blue color is attractive and would work for both male and females. All the appropriate buttons line up. I give this case a thumbs up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't Buy Do not buy if you want to use MagSafe technology. It doesn't work. I'm using a genuine MagSafe chrager from Apple and it does not charge with this case. Go somewhere else to get a case that actually works

Its design is the best yet. I've also dropped my phone several times already and the OtterBox and phone have held up beautifully.

The bottom has a cover for the battery entry protection. It has a double layer case for extra protection in case it falls. It also allows you to wireless charge without a problem.

The charging port cover is not a problem and does not push on my cord while charging but would be possible to cut off if needed. It fits snug and is not likely to slide off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great case but mag safe doesn't work with it I received this case this week as part of my warranty on my first case, Otterbox definitely stands behind their product! I absolutely love the commuter cases as they are nice and slim, grippy, comes in cool colors, and above all they protect my hone (investment! However the mag safe products don't work well with it and that is why I gave it a 4 star. The description advertises that the commuter cases work with mag safe and while you can feel the magnet pull - it is not enough to hold. I also purchased the car vent mag safe and with this case and sadly I can not use it so it was a waste of money to purchase unless I buy another case to use it with. I would have chosen a different model if I knew it would have made a difference.
