Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flimsy, weak, thin plastic wrap Instructions were not clear on how to apply. The protector itself is incredibly thin, basically just sticky plastic wrap. I can easily scratch through it with my finger nail. It will protect the screen from scratches coming in and out of my pocket but this thin film would not help against cracking or shattering if the phone was dropped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Difficult to apply Difficult to apply. Steps and instructions not intuitive. Mine is all folded and wrinkled. Only protects against superficial smudges. I will throw it away and apply a tempered glass protector soon. I would buy it from OtterBox but they don't sell it for my phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garbage product. I've used similar types of screen protectors on my Galaxy phones, and this one was trash. In the process of pulling my phone out of my pocket, the screen protector pulled up on one edge and completely ripped off, ending up crumpled and covered in lint. Now I cannot find the product listed when I tried to redeem the warranty. Very disappointed.

Its very hard to find the right one. I found one and it looks like you don't have the caring clip for it just the case. Not a happy customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Hopes I love Otterbox cases, they have lasted through camping trips, hunting, and toddlers. And while the screen protector itself has lasted the 7 months I have had it through all of those things, it has began to bubble and lift, so much so I had to remove it and replace it. I tried to submit a warranty claim, but it did not allow me to do so, so I am shopping around to order a new protector. A tad disappointing, but I am still a fan of the brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The worst I bought this with an Otter case, figuring they are reliable since i am not able to actually see the produce. Very disappointed. The istructions were awful, just bunch of drawings, no words. Tried to follow but the part that i thought was the film (hard plastic was cut in half laterally (left to right). The other two pieces of plastic film looked clouded so i had to assume they didn't belong on the phone. This is not the first time I've put protective film on phones. Stay away. I bought other film and it worked perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely not like my previous screen protector f Yes it is about a month ago I purchase the protected screen. It is not what I EXPECTED. My previous case cover was a top casing with the protective screen attached to it. Isure would LOVE to have that protection for my new phone. The new cover stays dirty with finger prints and is hardtop clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible to apply I bought this and ended up having to purchase another one because the yellow cloth used to remove any dust, left yellow specks on the screen protector, which were the dickens to remove. My second attempt was better, but the screen protector still picked up tiny specs an bubbles. Ugh!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest and most complicated screen protector! I love how it come with equipment to put in your charger port to make sure it lines up with your phone, its genius! But im not the smartest and I just got my Samsung s20, I FORGOT TO TAKE THE PROTECTIVE FILM OFF! and I put the screen protector over it. I do notice the edges are lifting a little bit because of the edge screen but its user error for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit my Samsung S20FE 5G Overnighted this product with a case and it was the wrong one.too bad it's on my phone and customer service is closed on Saturday so idk what to do but have to overnight another case that magically appeared as an option .. no joke. 12 hours later . Can't send a photo. Too short. Does not reach the tip around the camera. And not wide enough for both sides. Again does not fit 5G product mislabeled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seems pretty thin compared to previous Alpha Flex Previously used the Otter Alpha Flex but that's not available for the S20. This seems thin and flimsy by comparison, but perhaps it's still OK. It is better than the thicker MagGlass because that breaks the fingerprint sensor. Who knows?

Since i ordered the wrong case the 1st attempt, i just used the screen cover in conjunction with the proper Defender. It's a tad smaller than the proper saver, works ok tho... I did a crappy job of affixing it tho since it's my 1st ever attempt. (The next attempt would be better... Application instructions are poor and made litte sense, never applying one before...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garbage Make a mistake trying to apply this to your screen? You just threw away twenty bucks. You can try maybe twice before it's damaged. It also reeks of a strong chemical. Absolute waste of money. I should have paid attention to the reviews.
