Works as advertised. Easy to use and store in car. Also is the correct wattage and port I needed. Regret not getting the comb of cord and charger.

Worst experiences I have ever had in my life
I had the worst experiences ever with OTTERBOX, and you should have an option for minus 5 stars for customers. First bad experience was I tried to return the car charger which I bought from you just few seconds after ordering it, as I ordered it by accident and you wouldn't return it for me. Second bad experience is that when I returned the charger after I received it by mail you would not refund me the full amount of money that I paid on the charger without the shipping fees. And I also paid $11 canadian to ship your charger back to you and you would not refund that to me either. So I ask that you send me the full amount I paid on this charger which is $33.54 US + $11 CAD.
