Alignment tool doesn't work
The frame/ alignment guide does not work to get the screen protector set where it needs to be.

Should have paid more attention to the pictures
Pixel 5 came in yesterday and one of the first things I did was put the screen protector on. The alignment tool is okay, make sure to dry fit things first.
The biggest complaint I have is the huge notch in the top middle for some of the under screen sensors. Other products do not have this and even so, I cannot figure out why it has to be so big.

It does not fit the pixel 5 , it is incorrect , the new pixel isn't even close to fit this glass.

Shattered with1 drop
Purchased less than a month ago to use with my new Pixel 5 and Lifeproof case; dropped once from waist high, and the glass cover is already shattered in one corner. Miss my original Lifeproof case that fully enclosed my phone. Won't recommend and will be changing brands.

OtterBox just gets better!
This is maybe the fifth or sixth Defender series case I have purchased, some at retailers and several direct from OtterBox. The product is always stellar, but this time, I was really impressed with the R&D that went into the installation tools. The alignment tool and extremely detailed design of adhesive flaps, etc. made me LITERALLY feel as if the people at OtterBox care about my experience as a customer. A great team of people seem to have made it their mission to ensure their product works perfectly, even if it means including a bunch of super high quality single-use install tools. My brother-in-law designs most of the toolkits from I-Fix-It, so I know how much work goes into that type of thinking! I'm not surprised that there are such great people working at OtterBox, because I used to live in Fort Collins and know it attracts nifty types. But it's no accident that a company with such stiff global competition is still thriving and making great cases. I am happy with my OtterBox over and over and over again, and probably will be for many years to come.

Poor design cover
Bought the Moto G Play cover. Does not fit. Cover is approximately 1/4" too long leavung the phone too loose.

Easy application, though less sensitive touch
Payment was easy.
Delivery was prompt.
Application was easy - it comes with an application frame that is easy to use.
Be careful of particles floating around (i.e. dust that can get trapped while applying, even after you've cleaned surfaces.
Touch sensitivity is a little less with the glass protector (versus a film protector).

Poor Design
I've been using Otterbox for years and always happy Thus glass has a notch on top for no reason, I tried to call and email Otterbox to understand why it was there but never received a response or answer. I tried the online chat, only received responses from automated robot that sent me to claim. The reason the notch cutout was a problem, it distracted me and blurred the portion of the screen. It would have been fine if over the camera but it wasn't.

Good protection
Feels like the original glass. Easy to put on, no bubbles. Would however love to know what the "U" shaped notch is for at the top just off center of the screen. It is kind of annoying.

Didn't fit my phone
The pixel cover wasn't sized properly and doesn't fit my phone. I contacted Otter box but never heard back

Strange notch cutout
Easy to install, but the shape makes no sense. I think it must be for a different phone, and was repackaged for the Pixel 5. I would recommend it, but it is not the right size/shape for my device.

Glass is great.
The glass cut out has a flaw for the Pixel 5. There's a u shape cut out at the top near the camera circle. That has no purpose.. it makes the phone look like it has the wrong glass on it. But the glass really protects the phone.

I feel like I'm living in the Twilight Zone. Installation was simple enough, but the dimensions of the screen protector are just a little too narrow. It's not the biggest deal when my phone's in the case, but it is distracting. The biggest problem is that the product does not match the photo on the box. There's an off-centered cutout for a notch that the Pixel 5 does not have. It makes me feel like this screen protector was repurposed from another phone and Otter Box decided to just shove these in a box and slap a "Pixel 5" sticker on it. The screen protector should be aesthetically pleasing, and this is not. It seems reasonable to expect the product to mirror the design on the box, but maybe that's just wishful thinking.

Not worth the price at all
I bought this thinking it'd last a long time and has lifetime warranty. Well I put it on my phone November 2020 and now it's only June 2021 and I should've took it off a long time ago when tiny pieces of glass started falling off. Half a year isn't that long to me. I tried using the lifetime warranty just to find out that shipping is $7 and there's still taxes that they haven't calculated. There are other brands that are about $7 for a pack of 3 that can last 6 months if not way more like the cheap one I had for my old pixel 2. So I don't think this is worth the $40 price.

Weird little cut at top for no reason
Seems like it was repurposed for another phone model. There is a u shaped cut just off center for no reason. Surface Area covered by glass could be a hair bigger as well. Not a big deal, but wish these issues weren't here considering the price
