Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waste of money I've never bought screen protectors before. With this phone I thought I'd give it a try, as the phone itself is not cheap. Screen protector was very easy to apply, anyone can do it, however not even 24 hours later, it's started to peel up all around the edges of the phone. Not sure if that's because the screen is curved or what, but I would not purchase again. The Otterbox case though is fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best product on the market I found out about the Otterbox products over 10 years ago. Ever since then, my phones have never been without one. The Otterbox has protected my phone from dropping it on cement, bouncing it off of the roof of my car to the pavement, getting it slammed between the trunk lid and the car several times (not by me, to getting knocked off our deck railing that is at least 12 feet high. There was absolutely no damage to my phone, or the Otterbox itself. I am so thankful that this company is here to supply me with their product. I just wish they had an Otterbox cover for my kindle, computer, and ipods. I recommend that if you want to protect your equipment, buy an Otterbox. It is a superior product, the best you can purchase.

It does not want to stay on the rounded edges of the ultra, and it's impossible to get the air bubbles out. Don't waste $40 on something you can get for $10 on Amazon that will actually work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Military Usage Bought this protector back when the S21 Ultra launched alongside an otterbox case for it. Been overall impressed with it keeping in one piece despite multiple impacts, constant S pen usage. Especially with me recently opting to replace it (due to multiple shatters impacting the usage of my S pen for notes and being pleasantly surprised that the base screen was unscathed. As for initial application, yeah...I sucked at applying it and had some bubbles here and there. But after a month or two they seemed to vanish from beneath the protector. :)

I watched the installation video on the company website at least 3 times before installation, but the protector film wont separate from the "membrane" above the protector film, the "membrane" is used to place the film onto the phone screen and needs to be pulled off from the film. I might be out of luck, I returned it, the company refunded me after they deducted 5$ as postage.

Had to buy 2 of them, still have 2 dust bubbles under the second. When attempting to remove the dust bubbles the edges of the protector got dirty and won't stay down. It's a smooth and nice looking protector but be INCREDIBLY CAREFUL when putting them on

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Failed, Warrantied; Replacement Failed Too The title says it all. I was relatively happy with my Alpha Flex for the first 10 months I had it. I mean, it had some bubbles that eventually minimized and weren't noticeable, but then the sides started peeling away on the curved edges, especially right beside the power button, and promptly started filling up with dirt and dust and it quickly became unsightly. I was initially pleased with how smoothly the warranty claim was processed, however, to my dismay, after only 3 days with the new unit installed, the new protector is peeling away on ALL the sides, and even worse beside the power button. The dirt has already started collecting again. Based on all the reviews I have now come across, I have my doubts about this product's capability to ever work long-term.

I thought it was more like tempered glass but it's softer and more flexible. However, it's protecting my screen and doesn't affect performance, so I don't mind at all

The cover is foggy & has more bubbles than any other screen protector I have owned. i was so displeased with the quality i purchased a glass screen protector. i would not purchsse a screen protector it does not libe up to other Otterbox products quality & shipping is very slow.

This screen protector made my edges fuzzy and gave me a papercut due to the raised edges and poor adhesion. I use otterbox for many things and have several cases for my family. This is an aberration, but unfortunate nonetheless.

I've had this thing for a day and it already is coming up at the curved edges.

I was impressed with the tools and the ease of installing the protector. We had no bubbles! We followed the instructions perfectly. (We've installed quite a few screen protectors over the years But immediately, on both phones, the edges of this protector lifted. Now a week later, the edges are collecting dust and debris. It looks horrible. For 40 dollars PER screen protector... it should stick instantly and for more than mere seconds. I love OtterBox cases and have been loyal.. but this screen protector really puts a sour taste in my mouth. Why sell and promote this defective product!? Just look at the number of bad reviews! I'm not even sure why you're still entertaining this on your website... but because of it... I flushed $80 down the drain... and during the holidays, too! Shame on you OtterBox.

After five attempts to get the Alpha Flex on my new phone, I had to give up because -- although the protector had managed to pick up cat hair and lint, it hadn't managed to adhere to my phone screen and wouldn't separate from the second protective covering. I'm out the cost of the protector, have a phone screen that isn't covered, and I'm frustrated.

No video or instructions will make up for the fact that this product is not as advertised. At a bare minimum this NOT GLASS screen protector must adhere to the screen completely or dirt will get under it and that is BAD. You guys need to go back to the drawing board with this one, as 10.99 every time this junk fails + a long wait to get another one isn't ever going to be fair to the consumer.

If you watch the video first, then perhaps the adhesion might be better. Top-to-bottom, as shown and described in the microscopic font with the washed out, yellow-on-white arrow seems wrong - and the pro tip shows bottom to top. Felt side down as described, not up as shown. Get new instructions! The curved edges peel, as copiously described. Maybe if you leave the phone untouched for 24-48 hours the tiny bubbles will disappear and the edges stay down. Finally, $11 shipping for a brand new product is unacceptable. Since I bought from Verizon with my new phone, maybe they'll send me one without the upcharge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defect and poor design I bought it on 11/2021 and it failed on 1/15/2022. Filed warranty claim and have to pay extra $10.99 for shipping to get replacement cover. Waiting for replacement screen protector. It was great cover until the bubble appears and it starts to pop and render the screen protection useless. This product should be either not sold to consumer nor redesigned to tailor the product fit and functionality. Do better otter box next time or we won’t be buying otterbox products again. We appreciate your standing up for the products, but it needs to do better.

Doesn't show finger prints too badly and flexible unlike other tempered glass protectors that seem to crack and shatter within a week. They aren't dog proof for a dog that likes to chew, which is why I purchased another. But it did save my screen, so that is why I bought another. Expensive, but worth the protection for my S21 Ultra.

The Otter Box is difficult to take off once it is on the phone. I am not particularly happy with the screen protector as it doesn't seem to fit well, and I haven't been able to get it to lie completely flat. I wish that I hadn't removed the factory one that came with the phone.

The only problem I have is it doesn't stick to the curved edges well which could lead to peeling. The touch and fingerprint sensitivity are great. I work in the Healthcare field and am very conscious of places for bacteria to get trapped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Complete garbage. It broke before it was put on I purchased the Otterbox Alpha Flex screen protector for my Galaxy S21. Once my phone arrived (a couple weeks after receiving the screen protector, I attempted to install it. I watched the installation video a couple of times and thought "Cool....this seems pretty straight forward and easy enough!" I lined up my phone below the screen protector, flexed the screen protector like the video showed, and began to pull off the underside layer. The tab pulls off while the removable layer stays. Great. So after using a pocket knife to peel away a corner, it finally starts to peel apart like it should, but not without a massive crease across the top. I get it applied, crease and all, only to find that it will not break away at the bottom. After some struggles of getting it to break away like it should, I now have a 2nd crease, this time at the bottom. It stayed on my phone long enough for me to remove the plastic tray and then into the garbage it went.

How do you "snap the protector onto the phone (per directions) and then "peel #) from BEHIND EVERYTHING you've just snapped into place? This feels like a flimsy piece of plastic and I followed the directions very carefully and still couldn't get all the bubbles out, so my phone screen looks like it's filthy when the display is off. Definitely not worth the price and I'm skeptical about the protection.

In this case, the screen protector I purchased was for my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. Yes, it does have a bit of a curve at the edges, and there were a few edge bubbles I had to live with, but all in all, it's doing what I paid for. It's protecting my screen. So if you can get past knowing it's there because of a few edge bubbles, this is the screen protector for you.

Read directions and watched video how too. All seemed simple enough with their claim of, Quick Anxiety-Free Installation printed on back of box. Well followed directions and tutorial to a tre. When i peeled the top layer off accourding to instructional video, NOTHING adhered to the actual phone. Tried 4 more times and nothing but bubbles at this point see photo. What a waste of my time and money.

I thought i was crazy and looked closely but literally nothing had applied to my screen I looked back at the film and thats all it was just a sticky film. You guys dont even explain what this is supposed to be. I should have looked at the reviews i was stupid to buy this. $40 dollars wasted on absolutely nothing. I sent an email about it and was told they could only warranty replace it.... WHAT ARE YOUR GOING TO REPLACE????? The applicator lifts the protector off of the screen after it was on there the first time, which created more bubbles, and then pushing out the bubbles creates "trails".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Than Insurance I had ten years with no issues on my OtterBox Defender (Samsung Galaxy S4 before I upgraded to the S21 Ultra. I had great results with the last screen protector and I wanted repeat performance (durability, touch screen sensitivity, ease of installation, etc.) All my expectations have been met with the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Alpha Flex Screen Protector. The installation tool works great! Pay attention to the installation details and make sure you have a clean area when you install. The touch response sensitivity is good, no issues to report. Durability is a time thing but I don't expect issues. I would buy it again!

First received this product and it wouldn't come un-attached and ended up ripping. Used the warranty & ordered a second one and it did the same thing. Rated 5 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE and WASTE of money I've always had a screen protector on my phones. Generally speaking, they are not difficult to apply, however this product was AWFUL. It simply would not peel off from the hard plastic--despite following all instructions. When I FINALLY was able to get it to peel, it came off in torn strips. (Think about a roll of aluminum foil that sticks at one end and tears unevenly.)

There are so many things wrong with this product, it's hard to choose a starting point. Well, let's start with the price. 1. This piece of film costs $40, minimum. It probably cost Otterbox 50 cents to make. I didn't choose it; the Verizon sales associate who sold me the phone did. If I had known this was what he picked out, I would have thrown it back at him. 2. The product is inferior quality. It is a thin piece of plastic that won't last. It's not even tempered glass. 3. The installation instructions are so poorly written, they leave you wondering if you screwed up by step 3. Seriously, I don't even know which piece of plastic is the screen protector and which is the film that protects it. 4. No problem, you think -- just go to YouTube and look for a video showing the installation. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! Otterbox didn't bother to shoot a video showing how to install a product they have distributed to Verizon for sale. I mean, where do I start with this??? I'm so frustrated and angry that I spent $40 on this piece of garbage, and the installation didn't even last 1 minute. So now I have to go back to Verizon and explain why I couldn't install this piece of junk and get my money back. Just based on this experience, I would never buy another Otterbox product again.

I have purchased screen protectors in the past and always had air bubbles or lifting on the edges, but not with this product. Simply watch the installation video and following the instructions, you will have a perfect installation.

The portion that sticks out for you to grab tore off, ended up ruining the screen protector :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OK screen protector I am already on my second protector. I bought the first one and it had roughly 200 bubbles. I used the warranty *which was great* to get a new protector. I applied that one much better without the bubbles. My problem is the edges of the protector that come in contact with the curved edge of the screen do not stick. The edge of my screen protector (about 5mm wide from the top of the phone to the bottom is completely not in contact with the screen on both sides. A bunch of dust and stuff accumulate under the sticky part of the protector unfortunately.

It was off skew had to try and peel up and replace which caused lines that crisscross the screen. I'll have to order something else to replace this as the lines are obtrusive when reading or watching videos.

I'm afraid I will damage protecter. I've put on alot of screen protectors and never had this many issues. Probably will be returning.

When tried to release the top cover it brought the whole screen protector with it. My screen has tons of bubbles and it all streaky now. I should have paid attention to the reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not for s-pens It's not a bad screen proctor except that the fact there's noting but indents from my s-pen. It's not glass so you don't want to use a pen on it. My nails also make marks on the screen and anything else it touches. The application wasn't hard, I had messed up on one side but it isn't noticeable.

I read the directions mulitple times, watched the video from otterbox. I literally feel like I got scammed. Nothing is on my phone. No screen protector. It did not seperate and adhere to the screen. At first I thought it was so thin I didn't notice it, nope! Nothing is on my screen. Out $40 bucks.

I couldn't get any of them on without air bubbles do not buy this product. They also don't even have an instructional video showing that it could be put on without air bubbles it's absolutely horrible. I'm very meticulous I strive to be a perfectionist and I still couldn't get it. However my lady found a good alternative called unique me from Amazon those screen protectors go on without any air bubbles at all. I would not recommend this product to a friend.

I was unable to remove the film from the sticky part of the protective sheet and ended up having to ditch the applicator box and applying it on my own.. in doing so I ended up scratching the surface of the screen protector, having air bubbles, and a putting it on crooked. Great idea for an applicator box, better idea if it actually worked.

I should have used my common sense and read the bad reviews. I now know that installing this screen protector correctly is beyond difficult and bordering on impossible. I have installed many screen protectors over the years from OtterBox with no issue, until now. I followed instructions to the letter and ended up with horrible results. I had purchased two (2) of these Alpha Flex Screen Protectors from Verizon with my two (2) new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phones. I spend $ 80.00 ($40 each) for these two (2) worthless/ defective products. I have already filed a complaint with Verizon for even recommending and selling a product which cannot be installed properly. Let this be a warning to all, stay far away from this product. When calling OtterBox on the phone it was another sad story. I was either put on hold or the line was busy. I guess they must have great deal of customer relation issues to deal. I was never able to get any help in resolving my issues. So, save your money unlike my $ 80 which is long gone. Look elsewhere for a better product and a company that cares or stand behind their product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What's the point? BUYER BEWARE!! Just purchased the screen protector with the Defender heavy duty case for my new S21 Ultra on Thursday, May 27, 2021. On MONDAY of the NEXT WEEK, I dropped my phone from waist high where it feel to the floor, dislodging the screen protector from the phone squarely. When I made the purchases, (in a Verizon store - where they installed it, I didn't realize the protector was separate from the case. I expected the screen protector to at least meet under the edges of the Otterbox case. There's about a 1/16" gap!! Maybe more!! I didn't see it at the time of my purchase or I would've done something different. My S7 was ALL ONE PIECE and thus my expectation. TERRIBLE design idea, as the phone is clearly not as protected as it could be. Suffice it to say, as others have noted here, the screen protector does not adhere to the phone surface anymore, making the clear plastic even more useless. I will be contacting Otterbox for a replacement.

Long story short, it was too far gone to salvage.

Sides of the protector don't stick down completely cause the screen curves down so any and all hair (animal) and dust ect. Stick around the edges. Only a matter of time till it peels off. Will use it cause I payed for it but way not worth the price.

Following their provided instructions, the screen ended up incredibly bubbly, with no relief from the provided smoothing tool. Additionally, the screen would have been blurry and very plastic looking anyway. Absolutely not worth 40 dollars, and frankly turned me off the brand entirely.

Then it took 3 weeks to arrive, the box and Otterbox were both damaged. After $100 and 3 weeks my phone needed some protection and Otterbox did not deliver the once wonderful product I always received. Then of course the price is not right for what you get now in this market for today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protector does NOT transfer to phone I received my two Otter Alpha Flex screen protectors for our new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultras. As many others have reported I'd followed the directions exactly. When I finished my wife's phone it was crystal clear the protector had not transferred. On both protectors I inspected the residue of the installation and found that if there ever was a screen protector it was so well attached to the separation sheet that it doesn't come off. I'm not so sure there ever was a screen protector layer in the package. At $39.95 each, these things must be a real money maker. I'm surprised at Otter Box they have a very good reputation and excellent cases. I've not seen any discussion of rebates to those who've not received what they paid for, but it's in order isn't it?

Tab 1 pulled away from the backing and did not pull it along with it. Had to separate the backing from the protector film manually, which was difficult and messed up the protector. I would not buy this product again. First time I have ever been disappointed with Otterbox.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great protector, Horrible install I purchased this from Otterbox online. Everything went perfectly until it was time to unhook from the tab and peel back the alignment layer. The screen had gone on perfectly and I was able to get all the bubbles out. When I tried to peel the alignment tab back it stuck to the screen protector and peeled it up as well. It took a of of fighting to get it to let go and even ended up tearing the alignment sheet. at this point there were so many bubbles and frustration I almost gave up. 10 tons of patience later with the squeegee and just the screen protector and I managed to get it on in a minimally acceptable fashion.

The protector itself wont release from the cover protector for installation. It is like it is permanently fused. Funny thing is if you watch the video, you can see it does not actually put the protector on the phone either. DO NOT BUY THIS! YOU WILL END UP REPLACING IT IMMEDIATELY!

When I tell you how frustrated I was! No matter how many times you tried to apply the amount of bubbles that formed were ridiculous! I ended up wasting 80 bucks buying 2 of these just to have to throw them away from the amount of debris it collected trying to apply. Never again.

First tab broke off before even trying to release the screen side backing from the film. Whatever, I got it off. Placed the film over the screen and used the wiping tool just like the directions said. Started peeling back the outer backing as instructed and the film would not release from it. I stuck the 1/8 inch I had removed back and tried again, no luck. Took the whole thing off and started over again. Same thing. With a name like Otterbox I wouldn't expect this to be this bad, but...

I'm sure it protects things alright, but actually getting it to go on correctly is a nightmare... a nightmare I'm still living because there's an insane amount of bubbles that will not come out no matter what. Followed the instructions and did exactly what I was supposed to, but this "screen protector" might as well just be a poor quality clear sticker. I'm taking this off. Would rather go without a screen protector than use this. $40 down the drain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible I recently bought the alpha flex screen protector. When I tried to apply the protector, following the instructions to the letter, nothing occurred. There was no screen protector on my phone. I don't like paying money for nothing. I paid for your product and did not receive anything. When I tried to contact customer service, I received an automated message instructing me to submit a claim to a provided link. I went to the provided link and again received an automated reply instructing me to contact the very same link. I did this five times and each time I was sent the same automated reply. I have been a big fan and advocate of Otterbox and the Defender series of phone protection. NO MORE! I paid my money for a device and received a setup without the screen protector and now I can't even get hold of anyone to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!! Try some OTHER brand. I would have rated it lower but negative stars are not available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as great as it's made out to be, unfortunately Bought the Alpha Flex two days ago for my S21 Ultra and I am disappointed! First, the install / alignment tool gave me the impression that it would be a clean and easy install, (I watched the video too but that wasn't the case. First clue was the TAB 1 sticker pulled right off without removing the protective film from the alpha flex. Bummer. Guess I'll just try to peel the protective film off with my fingernails and continue, no other choice at this point. NOPE. Second, trying to get that film off only pulled the rest of alpha flex right off the alignment tool and damaged the edges of the Alpha Flex. Oh and BTW, no matter what flat surface I placed the tool on, the phone still had some room to move when trying to use the tool, making it difficult to get everything aligned. Anyway, now I'm left with manually trying to align, clean, press and stick the Alpha flex with damaged edges that wont stick. the result? Well, I now have a screen protector that peels off due to the damaged edges and misalignment as well as dust and bubbles caused by all the fuss of having the alignment tool/process malfunction. I've used Otterbox products for years and this is the first time I've had this much trouble with a screen protector. For the price you pay, one would expect a product that at least installs as advertised. As a whole, I'd recommend Otter box products because their cases have saved many of my phones in the past. I'm sure the screen would be protected well IF the installation went as easy as it was in the video but this isn't the case for me. disappointed..

It seems like there is lack of an even coat of adhesive. No possible way to get out the blemishes. It's so bad, my fingerprint reader will not work. I could not have been more wrong, I have installed many screen protectors over the years including previous versions of Otterbox Alpha. Followed instructions to the letter and with-in minutes of installing it two corners started to lift after many attempts I have given up, it sticks about 10 seconds then the corner lift. Now from repeatedly trying to push the protector down the corner has become deformed and looks even worse than it did not sticking. Into the Garbage it goes and i'm out 67.35 USD including shipping

I had left the factory screen protector to prevent fingerprints, dust, etc so that when the protector was applied it would have the best possible chance of working. The alignment bracket was a nice idea as I've always had problems getting screen protectors on correctly in the past. I read the instruction multiple times to make sure that I did the installation properly. After doing the squeegee step to get out any air bubbles I went to the step to pull off the alignment sheet to leave the film on the screen but the film would not release from alignment sheet no matter what I did. I don't know if it was old and the adhesive was bad but this was a very expensive failure which is disappointing as most other Otterbox products I have used have always worked quite well. Considering how the other products have worked so well I'd give the screen protector a chance but this product simply isn't up to Otterbox's reputation.

I followed the instructions and the "tab 1" sticker pulled off but that was it. No film peeled off with it. I was able to separate the two pieces with out the tab and tried to keep following the directions. I put the rest of it down and got all the bubbles out but when I picked it up nothing was left. I later realized that the screen protector came off the protective film and is now virtually useless because it is going to be next to impossible to realign. No idea if it would actually protect your screen or not.

Case is GREAT. BUT I couldn't get the screen protector to adhere to the phone to save my life. I had to end up returning it, and then also loose money in the process because of the return fees. I was very dissapointed.

When trying to separate the protector from the second stage which is impossible, the screen protector tore. So I submit a warranty claim for something I did not even get to use and had to pay an additional $10 for shipping and handling. I think you need to read the reviews and fix what does not work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Give us 3 instead of One I wish you could give us 3 tries. I don't think it would cost you that much to put 3 protectors into the box. That way if it fails we can try again. You might say you would lose money, because 3 people would use it, and then you would have fewer sales, but people are rarely that organized. Paying all that money and then getting that one piece of dust is so frustrating. Saying that we can use the guarantee to get a replacement is ridiculous, because it doesn't respect the time and energy we have to expend to make that happen. In fact this failed for me, and I went to the mall and found a different product. So the money spent on this was a complete loss for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great screen protector This is so much better than the various 'glass' products I've used in the past. Just as clear but flexible - brilliant. The glass ones do protect the screen, but crack so the 'free' replacements add up with all the shipping costs over time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looked awful after applying. Bought this protector and followed the instructions to install as per the video in one of the other comments. I was unable to get all of the Air bubbles out and the screen seemed to have a film over it. I tried taking the protector off and cleaning it to reapply and this made matters worse. Now I have spent $40 and have an unusable screen protector. The cheap one off Amazon that I was replacing with this was better.

Probably just bad luck but the review is for the difficulty of contacting customer service. The automated product selection will not allow me to pick this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Okay, just with issues. I purchased this during pre order of the S21 ultra, last week in January, along with an otterbox defender pro simI. Can put in the case as soon as I receive the phone. The case & screen protector came a day ahead. There were no instructions or exact tutorial video which would have been nice, I was able to get it to stick properly with the exception of the curved edge which I had to keep pushing in, due to bubbles. I got tired of messing with it put it in the application tray & rubbed the edges every 15 minutes & it eventually went away for an hour, but came back. Also this isn’t a hard screen protector it has imperfections already showing when the screen is off that looks like warping & impressions that I cant figure out what it came from. I’m disappointed because it would be ideal if this was the superior hard glass like I had installed on my note 8 years ago when I got it along with an otterbox defender, no bubbles in that, also it would have been nice & +1 star if it had come with a protector for the camera lenses, those lenses are huge & can get damaged because of its size & being unprotected. I will be replacing this with a better screen protector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No instructions or tutorial I received my Galaxy S21 Ultra early due to being pre-ordered. But when my phone arrived and I wanted to apply the screen saver. There were no instructions in the box. Also there was no tutorial video on the website. Perhaps it is because the phone was not officially released yet? However, they had already sold me the product. At the very least they could have included instructions in the box. Although it was not very hard to figure out. I still would have liked to have the instructions included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Customer Service And Product! Awesome Customer Service And Product! I bought both the Otter Box Case and Glass Screen Cover. I read the instructions tried to install the cover but somehow got it backwards and pealed it the wrong way. I called the next day told them what had happened, offered to purchase another one and try again. The Customer service representative was super nice and kind and sent me another one free! The box is indestructible and the customer service the exceptional. I have always bought otter box products and always will and I recommend them to everybody that buys a new phone as well. Thank Otter Box for stepping up to the plate and doing such a nice thing for Me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not assemble well It comes with a plastic frame that fits around the phone so that the screen protector is centered when you assemble it, but somehow mine still ended up being shifted about 2mm to one side (so one edge is bare while the other edge has a 2mm overhang. I've put screen protectors on by hand better than that. I wouldn't use the frame, if I had to do it over again. The next problem was there were tiny marks, kind of like stretch marks in the screen protector or the adhesive layer, where I first put my finger to push it down. I don't really know what I did wrong, other than pushing the screen protector down like you're supposed to do. It isn't awful or unusable or anything. I think I'll just live with it for a while and maybe replace it in a few months, but it's definitely disappointing to have such a clear and crisp phone screen only to make it look worse with a screen protector.

When following the instructions in the video on how to apply with the mechanism, the actual screen saver would not apply and stick to the phone. After several tries applying to the phone it was useless. We wasted 40.00 for nothing. Ended up buying a cheaper one and it applied perfectly. Will not waste the money again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great protection and ease of installation! A very nice screen protector! I typically don't use screen protectors but thought to try this on my new Samsung S21 5G Ultra. The installation is trouble free and easy IF you work SLOWLY and CAREFULLY, following the installation video closely. The protector works with the fingerprint sensor very well and the product fits perfectly. I did notice a couple bubbles when applying, but those were between the top protective sheet and the protector, not the phone. If you do have installation or other issues, I know from experience that Otterbox will stand behind their product and warranty.

Very disappointed for the cost of the screen protector I thought it would of done a great job but it didn't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's OK I had heaps of issues installing this when I first got it. Otterbox replaced it due to the installation issues-thank you customer service! That said, read on... The installer that comes with it mostly works. But even if you install it smoothly and use the felt-lined squeegee to lay it down flat, it still get a high number of bubbles under it. Once you get the bubbles to lay flat, there is a "ghost" bubble left under it that is a crapshoot as to whether it will absorb fully and go away or not. Another oddity: interesting "crinkles" in the screen protector that look like the screen protector was bent, but I can verify in my case it was not. The edges of the protector lay flat, but tend to need to be re-applies every few days. This doesn't seem to cause issues, but if you get dirt under the surface, it will ruin the protector. The tab to remove the protectors sticky side is almost impossible to remove. My first one was just tough to remove. My second one looked like it had already been removed once before it got to me, and it yanked off of the film before separating from the protector. The plastic pieces and films also have a good amount of static, and in my first installation, I had issues with environmental dust just immediately adhering to things. The second time, I was more cognizant and protected against that (successfully. Anyways...as much as I am a lifelong Otterbox user, and I never leave home without one, this isn't worth the $40 pricetag.

I just received this in the mail (paid for expedited shipping and it didnt come in the appropriate time anyways, I followed the directions to a T while applying and the whole entire screen is bubbled. I cannot even work the bubbles out. I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone

After I put it on, the side edges keep lifting and I need to keep securing them. I feel like this won't stay on much longer before it stops adhereing. Don't waste your money. I'm already looking at screen protectors from other companies.

I have had two.The first one I thought I messed up.They sent me another because the shipping took so long to get, without charge.I followed the directions EXACT.The protector wouldn't come off of the film.The tab was messed up.Dust got on protector due to flaw.They will not refund me, & I have to pay shipping for another. I feel like I threw my money away!!!! I'm so upset!

I pressed and used the cardboard applicator as instructed but it still wouldn't stick to my phone. I tried, my husband tried, needless to say it ended in the garbage because after trying so many times it became obvious it wasn't going to work.
