Good Quality, Fair Parts
An overall decent PC build. Nothing can really be upgraded on it internally without just replacing the entire system since HP designed it that way. Needs more VRAM than 8GB is only real issue I’ve found.

OMEN 16L Desktop
I bought this PC because my other desktop would not power up the mother board died; it was an also a HP Envy. Could not get a replacement mother board because they no longer made them for that PC. So, I ended up buying the Omen 16L no issues.

Limited upgrade options - but still a good value
This is a good gamer, and runs everything I need it to. It definitely has a limited future, tho. There is an empty NVME slot, but that's it. No spare power connectors, no spare memory slots, no empty bay for whatever expansion you might be planning. Even with all that said, I'm happy with this machine, glad I got it. ??

enough good
I felt like this gear is enough good to use as a workstation, particularly when performing photo edition. I was satisfied with the fancy features providing quiet and fast and seamless operation. Besides, I was happy being able to purchase this item at the Black Friday Sales Discount, about 30% less than a normal price. I hope I will love this OMEN 16L equipped with Ultra 7 and RTX 5060 as long as several years from now on.

Compact and worth the price
Works incredibly well, I was skeptical because of the price at the time but it gets the job done. Graphics on gaming make it worth the purchase.

I am having trouble with this product only 5 months after purchase but doesn’t mean the product is no good maybe it is just my PC that’s defaulting . I had to send it twice to repair and It’s been about 3 weeks that I can’t enjoy it , It is still in repair . To have my proper and final review . I have to wait and see the hole performance after I receive it and I hope I get a replacement because I will be disappointed if my computer won’t be 100% performant . I have 3 Hp Laptops for my kids and wife and my experience in global is great and satisfactory with HP .

Works better than expected for what I paid for it.
Works really well for a lower priced PC. I use it daily to play games and it performs better than expected. I am going to buy my Grandson one for Christmas.

Good value
Good performance for the price, haven’t played a game yet that ran less than 60 FPS on medium to high settings. Most game even handle ultra settings.

Great machine
HP OMEN 16L Gaming Desktop – Honest User Review
I’ve been using the HP OMEN 16L as my main desktop, and overall it’s been a solid machine.
What I like:
Performance is the standout. It runs modern games smoothly without me having to tweak a ton of settings, and it handles multitasking like a champ. I can game, stream, browse, and have multiple apps open at once without slowdown. The cooling is better than I expected for a compact tower — it stays quiet and doesn’t feel like it’s about to take off when I push it. The build looks clean and professional too, not over-the-top “gamer” looking, which I actually prefer.
Areas for improvement:
The case is compact, which is great for desk space, but that also means upgrades are a little tighter than a full-size tower. More internal room or easier access would make future upgrades simpler. I’d also like to see a bit more transparency from HP about component brands (RAM, PSU, GPU variations), since that matters when you’re thinking long-term.
Setup experience:
Setup was straightforward. Out of the box it booted up fast, Windows was pre-configured, and I was gaming within the first hour. No weird bloatware issues or driver headaches. I just plugged it in, updated Windows, and started installing my usual apps and games.
How I use it daily:
This is my main system for both work and play. I use it for gaming, streaming content, and general productivity. It handles everything I throw at it without making me feel like I need to upgrade already. For a prebuilt, it feels reliable and well-balanced — good performance, manageable size, and no drama.
Overall:
If you want a powerful, compact prebuilt that just works, the OMEN 16L delivers. It’s not perfect, but it’s a strong, dependable desktop for gaming and everyday use.

Not bad for $850
If you want a serious gaming computer, keep looking. This one is good for the discounted price, though. I would not pay the full list price. I needed a quick replacement for my niece's computer, and this does work well for her needs: school work, Roblox, The Sims, and watching videos. Easy to set up and does what it's supposed to do.

Can't play what I want on a gaming PC
tried playing a game called Path of Exile and the gpu crashed, start up is now taking a few minutes to start up and everything is starting to be laggy. Only had the PC for 3 months and already starting to look to see if I can return this one and get a new PC elsewhere.

Quiet - working as expected but not blown away
The desktop is quiet and fast to boot up. I miss the slots for the SD Card adaptor and have found I am using most of the ports on the front. I have seen some unexpected lag but that may be tied to my internet connection more than this desktop because I primarily have just been using it for browsing, emails, and Access.

Awesome Desktop Computer
I bought this computer not because I'm a gamer but because I was tired of using computers that underperformed. With 32GB of RAM and 1 TB of SSD it has been a delight to finally be able to quickly get things done. I do lots of intensive Excel spreadsheets that can bog a system down and so far it has performed beyond expectations. I'm still getting familiar with the different operating system. I had switched from an Imac to HP with microsoft OS and I must confess I am loving Co-Pilot . The A.I. is so fast at answering all my questions and creating information I needed. It helped me debug a problem with Outlook that I'm still waiting on a fix for but overall except for Outlook I am thrilled with the purchase. Set up was a breeze and took only minutes to set up. I was surprised they provide some gaming free subscriptions for a period of time that I probably won't take advantage of but that was nice to include.

I wanted something that would not be obsolete by the time I got it out of the box. I had an HP laptop a while back and the quality was good and it never gave me trouble. So far I love it.

Great computer with one flaw
This has been one of the best Desktop computers that I have had in a long time . I like that it starts up real quick and it’s easy to use . I mainly use this for personal and church financial business. I also play Online games , Especially World of Warcraft . The only flaw Is that periodically it disconnects me from the Internet And I have Not been able to figure out why It is doing that particular thing .05

Disappointed HP Owner from
Disappointing HP PCs
I've owned an HP OMEN 16L Gaming Desktop (TG03-0064), and honestly it's been one of the most disappointing PCs I've purchased. For the price, the build quality feels cheap and the cut corners are obvious. The fan noise is constant and much louder than I expected, even during light workloads. On top of that, HP's software ecosystem is incredibly annoying. It feels like there's a never-ending stream of HP Priority, OMEN Gaming Hub, and other HP app updates constantly popping up. Instead of feeling like a premium gaming desktop. For what this system costs, I expected a quieter, better-built machine with less bloatware and a more polished user experience.

Speed Demon
Although I play numerous non-intense computer games, I didn't purchase this PC because it's a gaming desktop. Rather I bought it because it had all the specs I wanted. The machine is quicker in every dimension: opening documents, spreadsheets, and videos; accessing local folders and offsite storage, and navigating to web pages. Everything is faster!
