First thing i noticed about the mouse was the wheel would get difficult to scroll, as if it was warped/some material getting in the way. Other than that it was great. However, i recently started playing a game that requires the use of the mouse buttons. Mouse button 5 does not work; it does slow down the mouses DPI for some reason. I used several programs such as X-Mouse Button Control to try and change what MB5 does, but no program i use will reassign the button. I am sure, that whatever the failure rate is during the manufacturing process, i was the unlucky one and got the broken product.Little rant: I also did not get any hp reward points for making a $1.4k purchase, which the mouse was a part of. As a side note, this is why i dislike shopping online and will not shop online in the future. I could just drive 10 minutes to the local best buy to have the xxxx thing replaced instead of spending money and time trying to send it in while not having a usable mouse.Normally i would rate a 1 star out of fustration, but i understand that i was unlucky and the mouse would be great.

When you hold down the right and left clickers it resets the dps causing you to stop doing whatever you are doing such as uhm I don't know shooting and aiming in a fps like you would in any fps. Tried to get on fixing this problem and there was no solution. Had to flat out purchase a new mouse because of this issue.

The only problem is that my dpi resets every time i hold the left click button when i am using an auto rifle in any fps game. I like to play on the lowest dpi so it is very annoying. The rest is very nice though
