Zero customer support. AI is cringy, drops calls and hangs up on you. Sabir was the first human on "chat" , but can't type very well haha. They would help with a very simple redeem code, but he's on the Hardware team (LOL) A human can't even answer the phone but I am to believe they have a team for hardware online.
Never HP again. My experienced friends and the reviews and professionals all warned me. HP treated me well a decade ago, now they are the future, and the future my friend, is not for you or me.

Excellent laptop!
Great laptop for an excellent price during the July 4th sale. Unfortunately, the packaging for the laptop box was bad. Did not laptop box in another box for shipping, just shipping label slapped onto the laptop box for shipping. FedEx left my box out in the sun and outside the gate for the world to see. Possibility of getting it stolen but I was able to get to it in time.

Great laptop.. but disappointing build quality
The laptop hits a sweet spot checking all the boxes I care about (32GB ram, great screen, dual GPUs, etc.), and 1 month in I'm pretty happy with its gaming capability. However, at this price point I expect a much better build quality, at least it should look perfect when brand new... unfortunately it's not. First powering on as the screen lights up in pure black, it's obvious to see the screen is lighting up more on certain edge spots due to the strain and bending from the casing (remember the effect as you poke on or bend an LCD). No impact on normal use, but I'm just not happy for a $1k+ laptop to have noticeable defects like that.

I've had this laptop since December and I absolutely love it. It is the ap00097 and I got a great deal on it for black Friday. This thing runs so smooth, fortnite at 200 fps+ it just handles everything so well, the co pilot AI is a nice feature it helps answer any question I have. This laptop is a well made gaming laptop and can handle anything you throw at it. I recommend
