Nimble will always be the best CRM solution on the market. It is the best tool for sales from the web or any mobile device. It's ensuring everything we need is at our fingertips and having a history with every customer we have.
Thanks to Nimble, we have adapted better experiences in terms of details for all the projects presented.

We have different requirements, and we believe we have tailored our expertise to what we do with Nimble.
How has it helped my organization?
Nimble is recommended for handling excellent contact management. Its information is accurate, and it has a good main dashboard.
Nimble's ecosystem is productive, and its interface is very fast, which helps us to keep everything organized and be able to send leads immediately.
A single database keeps all our content marketing and social media contacts organized.
The interface is easy to use and has many features, such as email marketing and ad management, live chat, and more.
It improves our business processes. Nimble connects to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to track team activity and productivity. We can import data from Gmail, Outlook, and other social networking sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn.
What is most valuable?
Nimble plays an excellent role in managing all our projects and relationships.
It keeps us organized in all marketing leads and fills any needs we have in this regard by providing us with information automatically and in real-time.
We edit and create any contact records from our web sync, and it lets us import contacts into the integrated CRM that Nimble has.
Nimble uses a high-quality contact filtering system to segment customers. It has a simple interface and quality tools for sales, social media, and lead generation.
Since our inception, our sales have increased, and our customers are happier than ever.
Nimble makes us more efficient. It tracks every email campaign, allowing us to create ongoing comparative reports. Ideally, I would have better reporting and more storage.
What needs improvement?
Nimble sometimes slows down the progress of any work or project we have pending as it lacks the customization to manage the task through the work dashboard.
We are missing updates to the marketing report generation and the same in the continuous monitoring.
The cloud fails many times as we have tried to save documents or progress, and it does not do it, and that leads to losing important information.
Nimble is an effective CRM for our business. It is ideal for managing our customers and employees. In particular, it supports business relationship development and leads tracking to maintain control.
Nimble has a central repository for all our contact information on our phones and desktops. Through this tool, we can manage our prospect and customer data.

An easy-to-use, simple and stable CRM solution
What is our primary use case?
The solution is used for VMware Environment.
What is most valuable?
It's easy to configure and easy to create a data source or replicate it to another one. It's very easy to use. All servers are in the environment, and we are using the data source. Nimble is very reliable. The configuration is very quick and simple.
What needs improvement?
The solution should improve its replication groups' verification confirmation. Because for HA connections, you need to deal with manual computer room alignments. And currently, we are using the Veeam application backup for that.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for more than two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is a stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability depends on the model one is using. Our model can be expanded enough, nothing more is needed. So it is a scalable solution for us.
How are customer service and support?
I rate the support team a nine out of ten.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is simple. For the deployment two people were required who were supported by the company. I am the only one looking after the maintenance of the solution.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The solution is not expensive. The pricing is moderate.
What other advice do I have?
From the user perspective, I would advise using the command line interface and knowing how to use it.
