Standardize every meeting room with one touchscreen: Neat Pad Generation 2 is a dedicated 8-inch controller and scheduling display that gives users familiar one-touch control and gives IT a simple, repeatable way to deploy and support rooms at scale. It supports Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom (feature support varies by platform), with BYOD flexibility through Neat Open and third-party room apps through Neat Open Apps.
Deploy with one cable: Power and connect the Neat Pad over a single PoE cable (IEEE 802.3af, Class 3) with Gigabit Ethernet. No chargers and no extra wiring, and a 9.8 ft (3 m) Ethernet cable is included. It draws just 3.4 W in use, and Wi-Fi 6 is built in. If your switch doesn't supply PoE, add a PoE power adapter (sold separately).
Manage the fleet, not the device: Neat Pulse gives IT admins a cloud platform with real-time status monitoring, remote control, profile-based configuration, automatic software updates, and audit logs, available free with the Starter plan. Step up to Neat Pulse Plus or Pro for scheduled updates, alerts and events, API access, SAML SSO, and priority support with SLA. Pulse Pro also adds extended warranty and advanced hardware replacement.
Two roles, one device: Use it inside the room as a meeting controller paired with a Neat Bar 2 or Neat Bar Pro, or mount it outside as a scheduling display with RGB LED indicators that show room availability at a glance. As a controller, the built-in microphone extends the room's audio pickup.
Built for real rooms: The anti-glare, anti-fingerprint 1280 x 800 touchscreen mounts on a table, wall, doorframe or mullion, or glass wall, and each mount kit includes a Kensington-compatible security lock slot.
