Very disappointed
I purchased this stand because it said it would charge through a slim case. This one does not. I tried to call Zagg to return the item but after being on hold for 45 minutes, I gave up. Now I just resigned myself that I have to take the case off my iPhone 12 Pro every night. If you don’t have a case, this is for you.

Sporadic charging
It seems to be a touch and go to hit the correct spot to get my phone to charge. It needs to be in a exact spot for it to work. I find that very challenging and I don’t trust it to charge so my alarm will go off in the morning.

Terrible
Charging begins but it never gets to 100%. Paid shipping for a replacement and it does the same thing. Zagg refunded my initial cost, but I am still out the shipping and my time.

Doesn't work with iPhone 13 Pro
Per zagg, the phone “may not work†with the new iPhone 13 pro despite it using Qi charging (after several trouble shooting emails). Allow me to tell you, it does not despite my phone charging on older mophie charging pads without an issue.

This is supposed to be
This is supposed to be a fast charger capable for the Samsung Galaxy s9 thatI have. I also have a mophie case with a battery in it that is supposed to except a wireless charge. This unit will not only not charge at the faster rate I I keep receiving messages ( while on charge, to charge at faster rate use original charger ) it won't stay on long enough to completely charge the phone. I tried exchanging it for an other one with the same results.

Bought two sent one back
We bought two chargers, sent one back because it wouldn’t work with one of the phones. Not that the charger didn’t work but one of the cases on the phone was thick and had to be taken off in order for it to work. The phone would charge on the old charger though without taking case off.

Handy and quick setup
Easy to install and use charging pad. Installed two for my parents and they love them. The only trick is to make sure the charging pad is securely inserted into the base during the easy assembly; it might seem like it's seated but if the light is flashing without a phone on it, double check by giving it a little extra push.

I bought 3 of these chargers. Love them. One wasn’t working consistently. It was so simple to return it and get a new one. All companies should be so easy to work with!

The day I received it
The day I received it I was excited, but then used it on my iPhone SE, and didn’t work. It worked for a little bit and then stopped. I figured maybe it was my phone so I took my morphi case off. Two minutes but then quit. I used my daughters and my son’s iPhone 13 and 14 on it and didn’t work on those either too well. I actually just sent it back. you had something that would charge my phone with my charging case on it, I would buy it in a second. Please let me know if you do.

It's a great idea, BUT
I purchased 2 wireless chargers. One with the phone laying flat. This one on a stand. The stand worked fine for the first day and it was quick. Now the light flashes and no charge. Still using the flat wireless and it is great.

Does not charge using all my cases.
I have 3 different cases for my iPhone SE. One case won't work with this charger, another I have to put on the charger in landscape mode for it to charge, and it charges well that way (?), and the third case I have works in both portrait and landscape modes. Not really ideal in my situation.

Inconsistent charging
Purchased two because the are compatible for iPhone 13 pro max and 13 pro. You have to place the phone on it perfectly to activate the charge. Very annoying. Even the slightest nudge will make it start charging.
Spoke with Zagg about receiving an already opened charger instead of brand new and in so many words they said they would not exchange it for me. They were apathetic to my concern(s) and at one point aggressively responding to me on the phone. Thanks for you’re terrible customer service zagg.

Poor treatment , lost customer!
I had one of these for about a year for my iPhone 12 Pro. It worked perfectly. So I got two more.
They don’t work, some rude condescending women in customer service said they don’t recommend this product for a 12 pro. That there are known issues now. Apparently the design changed, probably more cheaply made!
Thanks for telling me after the fact. Would have been nice if there were a note on the website that it doesn’t work with a 12 pro any longer.
And the rude condescending lady with customer service should have suggested one of the magnetic models I later learned about and purchased from a competitor!

sporadic charging
Iphone 12 Pro Max with Mous Clarity case. When you place on charger it appears to charge (battery icon on iPhone goes into charging mode, green ) then bottom light on charger blinks and charging stops. Thought it might be the case but with case off does same thing. Though this only happens about 50% of the time. Zagg is sending a replacement.

Looking to past products...
Not impressed with the quality...have to continually check to see if it is charging... took much longer to arrive than past purchases...
Looking to upgrade my Note but am not confident that your products will perform as in the past that is holding me back...
