Disappointed
Received a defective unit and then a defective replacement. I own one of these charger pads already and was pleased with it. I ordered one for my wife and only the phone charger worked. A replacement was sent from ZAGG at a cost of $10 and it had the same problem. It was difficult to access customer service. After days of trying, I reached a helpful agent but it shouldn’t have been so hard

Easy Now Worries Portable Charger
Great portable charger in a case that you can toss in your luggage and not have to worry about packing a bunch of cords. Also good for the college student in their dorm where space is limited.

Didn’t work
The phone charger is the only one on the mat that worked. Nothing plugged into the USBs charger worked and the AirPods charger didn’t work either. To top it off, I had to pay for return shipping for a defective product. Would not recommend.

Mystery space!
I bought this thinking it was the product sold in Apple Store with a space for iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods. But no. The middle space is a wasted space where you can plug in another charger. The whole point is to reduce the number of chargers. I’m sending this back.

Product sold as a multi-device charger for iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watch. However, it doesn’t wirelessly charge the watch.
Plus, no way to get an RMA. Returning.

It says in the description that it will charge phone, earbuds, and Apple Watch. Not exactly. It does have a usb port that my guess is that you can bring along your Apple Watch charger and plug it in, but not how I understood it to be when reading the description. A little misleading I think. I would have returned it, but I bought it at a discounted price, so I guess I will try it out on my next trip and see. Not happy that I have to pack an extra cord just for my watch.

Wrong info in the product description
It says you can charge an Apple Watch but you cannot unless you brings the Apple Watch cable and you plug it in.
This is only for a wireless capable Phone and for AirPods. Then it has 2 USB that you can use for anything else

You need your watch cord to plug in to charge your watch. Needing multiple cords defeats the simplicity that’s intended for this item. Returned at my expense.
Customer service, or lack there of, was the worst part. No phone number. Extremely difficult to find return information. Submitted an online inquiry which was never returned. Will never purchase from Zagg again bcuz returns are way too difficult.
