Worthless
Won't stick to my phone, comes off when I remove from charger. I have used two to see if I was the problem. Cleaned all surfaces before installing…just won't stay stuck. Waste of money.

Adhesive sticks great
The adhesive sticks great to the back of the phone. However, the magnet comes loose and stays with the charger or vent mount. Good luck getting the adhesive off the back of your phone.

Funny to go into a phone store to purchase the charger associated with this device for a older model phone and they say it won’t work. Well, with this snap adapter I was able to show them different. It fits and works perfectly.

1. The original snap adapter
1. The original snap adapter that came with the Mophie wireless charger didn’t last long and fell apart in pieces, requiring me to purchase replacements.
2. The replacements were never delivered, being returned to Zagg erroneously, and then the warehouse ran out of stock.
3. 6 weeks later, I’m still waiting for the replacements, though Zagg has offered to refund my purchase price for the inconvenience.

Charger does not charge thru a lot of cases and if you change your case often then you will need to purchase a lot of these for each case.

Some magnets are crooked once placed
I've put one ring on the back of a flat case but as I was pasting it I eased it on and after the fact one small magnet had shifted so it looked crooked.
The ring held and the magnets did their job but that crooked magnets bugged me for the price I've paid.
The fact is this is a sandwich of an adhesive strip, a set of magnets and another adhesive strip. The magnets are not encased in anything and are only held by the upper and lower strips. If they had at least a plastic on the sides so they remain positioned it would have made a lot of difference because now, depending on how you place the ring, some small magnets might be crooked a bit. I don't recommend this until they improve it.

Second Return & still no working charger
It will not work on my iPhone for some reason even with the case off of my iPhone. I sent back a Mophie charger to start with because it only lasted a month. Received this one in its place and had to go to usps to send the original non-working Mophie back. Then I see that the replacement was missing the magnetic piece that goes on the back of my phone. Had to contact Zagg again and they went ahead and sent me a magnetic piece separately. Finally received it and the replacement Mophie does not even work. The process has been pretty aggravating and I still do not have a charger that will work but just not wasting anymore of my time calling and being on the phone again and having to drive over to the post office again to return this other one. The reps were polite but just not worth the hassle to me again.
