It is not made obvious that the right-most USB-A port can drive more amps (suitable even for an iPad) than the left-most USB-A port (more targeted to mobile phones). I figured this out by reading the very tiny print on the unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product This is a great product. It has enough charge to keep my phone charged for at least 3 cycles, if not more. It has a sleek design and is very durable. The best part about it is that it has 3 charging ports: 2 USB A (1 Quick [2.1A]/1 Regular), and 1 USB C Input/Output port. On the side, there are LED indicators for remaining battery and a button to start charging or check battery. Overall, I recommend this product. For future products however, I would like to suggest the side button be made more prominent as it is hard sometimes to find it in the dark. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small but mighty power bank. For the size of this power bank, it packs a great amount of power for your devices. I like the led indicators for viewing it's capacity. I'm satisfied with the charge time since you can easily charge it over night. It would be better if this power bank came with its own wall adapter. Also, I wish the manual of instructions was more explicit with the usage and limitations of this power bank. More information is always better and welcome when using sensitive electronics like this. Overall, a good value for the price. It would be nice if there was a way to get real time indicator of percentage left in power bank via an app or some other method.

ZAGG sent me out another powerstation without delay. I've received the powerstation and it is working very well! Thank you, ZAGG!
