Lack of charge
A fully charged juice pack will not charge your phone from 20% to full on a single charge. It seems to only charge your phone at a max of 30%. Good enough to get you through a long trip, but would not be dependent on it.

Good in an emergency to get you to a charger
This will not significantly charge your phone. The charging speed is slow and the battery is not too big. But it will definitely help you get enough charge to last a few more hours until you can get to a charger. It is very comfortable and feels sturdy. Just wish I could get it in a bright green color.

Love the access to the charging port on my phone now. Only thing that’s not so great is my old Mophie case would give a full charge to my iphone 7, this one does not give a full charge to my new iphone 11pro. Luckily the 11 has an amazing battery, so I may not need the charge too often.

I’m not very happy with this purchase compared to my previous cases. The old styles would charge both the phone and the case when charging the case. On this one, you have to plug in both to get them both to charge. Also, the case does not hold as much of a charge as my previous one.

The product continues to be great. This is my fourth device. Standard shipping should not take 10+ days for an item in stock. I realize some of this is on FedEx but most people expect a shipment on the east coast within 2-3 days.

Decided to go back to my old pela phone case and save the juice pack for emergencies when my phone battery is low and I don't have another way to charge my phone. I would like it a lot more if it were not slippery.

I have used Mophie juice pack since iPhone 3! Moved to a 6 and 11pro. Seems to only charged phone to 1/2 and does not cover the phone well like the earlier juice pack versions. I did use another brand and model that did not hold up and went back to Mophie. Its slightly better but lacks.

After getting the iPhone 11 Pro I found the battery in the phone last almost all day. The juice pack gives another 30 to 40% more charge if you need it. The juice pack is light and slim compared to other chargers I’ve had. It has a nice smooth feel and very sharp looking and easy to remove if needed. Great protection for the phone.

I found it very different from older juice packs. The charge port for the cable was open ended for both the juice pack and the phone. No info on which to use or would both do the job equally. Does one work on both somehow or must they both be charged separately. How do I find out??

Keep in mind that even with a full charge on the case, it will not fully recharge my phone if I turn it on at about 20% it will bring me back up to 60or70% Easily extending my battery life to make it through a 12 hour shift with moderate to heavy use

Functions as a protector as well as a wireless backup battery life extender. You need to press and hold the button for it to work for a count of three which is good as previous versions would click on whilst in the pocket. Uses USB-C to charge and allows access to the lightning port on the phone. Great stuff

As a serial Mophie buyer I’ve been eagerly awaiting for the iPhone 11 Pro juice pack, sadly it’s not living upto previous experiences. Firstly the positive, the case is sleeks and well fitting as normal but that’s where the positive ends, the battery only gives less then half a full charge and doesn’t work with previous vent chargers, it just falls off so now back to having charging wires all over the van. Disappointed, I expected better. ??

I’ve used a mophie case on my iphones for the past 7 years and I’ve always loved it until now. The case makes my phone feel like a brick, which I expected it to be heavy bcuz I have had juice packs in the past but this one feels heavier for some reason and it only charges my phone about 40%. Dont know if the charge is worth the added weight.

This is our 2nd purchase of this product! Had the older model and when we upgraded my husbands iPhone, he wanted this same cover. Works great and lasts him all day during long work days! The red color has been changed from previous models (disappointing as it’s much darker in color than before) but that has no impact to function. Would recommend, worth the money!

Unsatisfactory Charging Capacity
Previously being a supporter of Zagg products, I purchased two of these charging cases for my current phones. After following the instructions this battery pack ran out in very little time, got very warm and could only charge 23% of the phone. The previous model for my iPhone 7 was far superior to this one, which was purchased years ago. I will be contacting customer service for a refund or exchange for both chargers.

I've had Juice Packs for some of my previous phones and have always been satisfied. This one for the iPhone
11Pro is a major disappointment. It will only charge the phone up to 50% from a totally discharged phone battery. All my previous Juice Packs would do a 100% charge when the phone battery was totally discharged.
I would not buy the Juice Pack for my phone again!

Breaks easily
Quality isn’t the same as before. Already chipped after falling (which happens frequently since the case is slippery). Made of cheap plastic unlike before

I’m thinking a faulty case
Had one of these for my last phone and it was great. This one is dead before the phone is 1/4 charged. It’s super thick and heavy like it would charge the phone multiple times.

Juice Pack - Doesn't fully charge
Loved my first pack but it was damaged falling from the car. It would charge 100% and able to use when iPhone was low. This second pack cannot compare. Only has (1) light on initial use to recharge the phone. Not sure what is happening. Maybe need a replacement. Thanks.

Expect a month delay
Ordered August 13th and still haven't received. Going to be about a month from order to delivery. Be aware if you want this in any reasonable timeframe.

Limited juice pack
Tested this product out for a week and all it ended up being good for is a case. It never charged my phone to 100%, would give me around 25-30% more from the point I would start charging. Had to recharge the “juice pack” 3x in the week I used it. Even at a discounted price this product isn’t worth the purchase. Was very disappointed with it

Protective case is very sturdy. The side holster is a bit clunky to attach the phone and case. Very difficult and takes some effort.

New Mophie Charger.
I've always been a strong supporter of Mophie. I love these units. I did have to have this one replace because it cracked and enlarged on the back over a year and a half. I'm not sure what caused it but you guys replaced it for me By accident I ordered a new one also so I got the replacement for the old one and the new one I ordered, which is great. I gave the other one to my wife. Thanks so much for all your help.
