Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good case This is second battery case from mophie.I had one for my iPhone 6.This case will definitely add some weight and size to your phone but it’s worth it,one good thing about the new case is that you can use your iPhone cable to charge the new case not like the old one that had a micro usb which was a pain to always have to carry around a extra cable.The case is durable and fits the phone nicely.I like the fact that you can also use the wireless charging too is a great feature.Overall I give it a solid 4 out of 5.

But this one only had about half the phones charge and then it just quit working after using it for 2 weeks. It charges up, but won't charge the phone.

It definitely doesn’t give you 30 hours, about 6-7 hours tops. We’re home with so much time on our hands, I purchased so I wouldn’t have to stop and charge my phone so much, but even with it I still have too!

Hot enough that the iPhone CPU starts throttling and apps grind to a halt. The battery only charges the iPhone about 50%. It’s great when you really need it, but it would be nice if it was more. It seems like they sacrificed a lot of battery capacity to make this case as thin as possible.

The only issue I have is that the battery does not charge for as long as it claims. It probably help boost my percent 20-30% despite having the case fully charged. I wish I could charge for much longer, especially for days when I travel and am out all day long.

After reading numerous reviews about the battery not working, draining phone batteries, etc., I (at first) had the same frustrating experience. That said, my cell battery (iPhone X) was drained before noon on the first day using the Juice Pack. That evening, I discovered that YOU MUST TURN THE BATTERY ON for it to work. There is a small button on the back of the battery pack that "lights up the dots" on the back however, you must hold the button down until you see the lights move left to right (right to left to turn off). Once you see the lights move left to right, you will notice that your phone will begin charging as the case is designed. I know this is not rocket science but it could have saved Mophie a lot of negative feedback and unhappy customers if many had figured this out.

I thought the sale price was too good to be true, and it was. Zagg tarnished a good brand, by compromising the product quality. You'd be better off carrying around a portable battery bank.

I have used other Juice packs that worked great. I like the slim design of this case. Not to bulky. Love the wireless charging ability. Probably the reason I gave it a 3 star. Still has some weight to it but wasn’t expecting it to be really light. However my issue is that it didn’t charge my phone fully. Which is the reason I bought the case in the first place. I would leave it charging Without using it and would only get about half a charge to my phone. Luckily I got it at a great price $30 during your online sale.

I decided to go with the name brand plus the Qi charge interested me. I only get 50% charge on this one. It’s fine it still helps, but this retails at 4 times the price of my amazon and gets ¼ of charge.

When it arrived, they had marked that it must be signed for. I work and could not be home during delivery time. Once I had to opportunity to pick it up; I had to drive 20 minutes to a FedEx pickup center. I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration by going out to purchase it at a store. The whole process totally defeated the purpose of buying it online.
