Rated 5 out of 5 by from Juice Pack Air I ordered 2 juice pack air cases. One in blue and one in black. I charged both cases and when I put my phone in each case neither case worked. I shut my phone off and placed in the case and restarted my phone and they still didn't work. I bought a case for my son's iPhone 8 and my iPhone 7. I'm extremely disappointed. I called customer service on 5/4/20 and waited for over 20 minutes to speak to with someone named Staci. When I said I just wanted a refund and to return the items I was told how to ship them back and that if I was returning I would have to pay the freight back. If the cases worked and I wanted to return them then I would say it should be my responsibility to return the items but when neither work at all I think its ridiculous to expect the customer to pay the freight. I sent an email asking for help with this issue on 5/2/20 and got an email reply that my request was received but have heard nothing back. I'm interested to see if my review will get any response from the company.

I have probably used at least 7 battery cases I use the heck out of them plus the cases have saved many times my phone from damage. Totally dependable, helped my iPhone battery last so much longer.

Easier to keep just one cable around, rather than 1 to charge the iPhone after the battery is consumed on the Zagg and 1 to charge the Zagg.

The first chipped a piece of the side where you adjust volume and the second chipped the piece near the phone speaker. At this point I have more concern about protecting the case instead of the phone. After the first drop the charging performance was no where near my expectation. I’ve had it for three days so i can’t compare to before but it drains quicker than the time it takes to charge. I’ve had mophie before so I know what they are capable of. This is not the mophie I know.

I have poor audio connecting to Apple CarPlay and charging using a cord is picky depending on which micro USB cord that I use. The juice pack air that I bought 2 years ago did not have these problems.

It both protects my phone and gives me extra power. It took from my ordering it on June 2nd to it's arrival on June 17th and for most of that time the tracking number was invalid, so I was never sure it would come. However, I have it now and it works as advertised.

Often going from our jobs straight out to hear live music, attending music festivals, and otherwise leading busy lives, taking time to put phones on chargers often isn't an option. We love the battery-pack cases, and they have saved us ending up out somewhere with dead phones countless times. We've purchased them for elders as well, and like the extra peace of mind the Mophie Juice Packs give them, and us!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s a 5, but please read! I was able to pick this up during a sale for my iPhone 7, which I use as a music server, and the extra battery life is great. Since I have an iPhone 11 Pro as well, I can interchange them on the same wireless charger without messing with cables. The only drawback is the case on the juice pack air is very smooth. If I had this case on a phone I carried in my pocket, I would be afraid it would slip out of my hand. It would be a big improvement if they added a silicone bead around the edge on the main part of the case and/or along the top and bottom of the back in the areas where it would not interfere with the wireless charging function. All that being said, I’ve been very pleased with the different Zagg and Morphie products that I have purchased to date.

Never fails me. My red one for my iPhone 7 finally started to lose the ability to do a full charge, so I had to buy a new one. I just wish it still came in the color red. Oh well. This new Mophie does not have Toggle switch to turn on and off. The press bottom switch is not clear indication. It should have small led light to show when juice is transferred to device. I am not happy with new one i am planning to send back is I don’t get the hang of it.

When dropped onto a wireless charger, the phone charging takes priority, then the battery. My only complaint is that phone is rather difficult to remove from the case, because the connection to the "Lightning" port is so solid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Headset Problem I was disappointed to find you can not use the lighting or 3.5mm headsets with this mophie case. I thought there would be a work around, other than using a Bluetooth headset. Otherwise, the battery case is fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, but… I had two of the 1st Gen (apparently) juice pack airs. The juice packs finally gave up the ghost so I was thankful I could get two replacements for my iPhone 7s. The difference between the old and new juice packs is that the new juice packs will turn off when the phone is fully charged. In addition, after recharging the new juice packs, they have to be turned on again to start charging the phone. The old juice packs would remain “on” even if the phone was fully charged and also after recharging. A small inconvenience that allows me to keep using my iPhone 7s.

Customer service handled my question in 24 hrs and when the extra special sale was announced 2 days after I ordered they honored that lower price. Thats called doing everything the 'right way'. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very cool I bought this for my wife’s iPhone 7 because she is always running low and forgets to plug it in at night. Then she kept misplacing the backup battery I got her. This used to be my phone and now I kinda want it back. It looks very cool in the case and feels perfect in my hand. My only complaint is this model has a mini usb connection to charge instead of lightning. It does support wireless charging but the charger (we bought elsewhere) we returned as it had to be placed just right to work, which wasn’t the “drop it & go” experience it was hyped to be. Also, I doubt I would’ve paid full price, but the sale price was awesome! Definitely a great product for those in need of more battery life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A bit floppy I have been looking for a case that also included a insert for a few cards. I trust Zagg with my screen protectors but not so thrilled with the case. When using the phone on a cad mount charger the covers swings back and forth. No way to secure it and see the phone while in a vertical position using a magnet behind the phone. Wish there was a way to hold upward without having to fold back the cover. I hope the fabric lasts. I’m waiting to see if it will separate. It’s under warranty so I feel at least protected Last

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mophie battery case (black) for my SE 3 iphone ( also still fits iPhones SE 2, 8, 7) , For several years on different iPhones I have only used Mophie cases!!!! I do the Geocaching App on my iphone. So I can use up a lot of battery out in the field. I rarely have run out of battery juice. All of the Mophie battery packs of which I have owned about 9 starting with my 1st one for my 5s iphone and about 4 other kinds over many years. I have literally worn out my Mophie juice packs or broke one in a bad drop. My cell phones have NEVER been damaged. So not only the extra battery juice I use by the case is amazing protecting of each of my phones. If fact using the juice battery case correctly I have never had to replace my cell’s battery. Replacing the cell battery on my cell would be more expensive than what I have paid for protection and extra battery access for each Mophie juice pack I have purchased. I have even bought 2 Mophie iphone battery cases one time. Because I was going to be in a place where I wasn’t going to be able to recharge the one battery case. So the 2nd Mophie juice battery case got me through with no problem. NOTE: I was MORTIFIED when the Mophie Company went through some changes and was no longer going to make the juice battery case for the iPhone 7, 8 and SE2. I had gotten one or two from Zagg and then there was none except taking a risk on eBay or Amazon. There were just too many knock offs of the battery cases ( juice pack air) that were inferior products or just didn’t work. I had only one iphone juice air left and it was starting to loose it full power charge but yet made a difference still for extra battery left so I wouldn’t have to charge up during the day. HOWEVER!!!!! I was ECSTATIC to see that once the iPhone SE 3 had been out on the market for a bit …. the iphone Mohpie juice pack air battery case was once again made available. Since my SE 2 needed to be upgraded I got the SE3 and immediately ordered the Mophie juice air pack. The SE 3 is all I needed for my use and having the juice pack air available again made me a “ Happy Camper’ again. Zagg and Mophie PLEASE KEEP MAKING THE INCREDIBLE ‘Juice pack air’ product. Nothing on the market can match this. Plus with people still owning and using iPhones 7, 8 SE 2 and now SE 3 we will still be needing to purchase the juice air pack for a couple years more yet. You know people have scoured the internet for any that were left after you stopped making them.

In the few days between I realized I can’t use my phone anywhere near as much without the added battery available in the juice pack. This is a main essential to my day and it is the only case I’ll ever use on my iPhone. Nice weight, texture and protection and I can go a few days without plugging in. Without the pack my iPhone battery was done by 11:00 AM each day. Love it.

I like the fact that the juice pack holds the charge until you are ready to use it. Like I said no complaints the juice pack air is working as advertised.

This case is for an iPhone and internally it has a lightning connector to connect to the phone. Then why does the case have a micro USB connection?!? As an iPhone owner, my home (& car, etc.) is full of lightning cords (3ft/6ft/etc). Why did you build an accessory for an Apple product with a micro USB connector? Good thing I bought a wireless charger at the same time, because I need the included cord to use CarPlay in my car. I recommend changing this for future versions.

You no longer have to worry about the charge for you battery. You get an extra day between charges! As they say, “Try it, you’ll like it!”
