Good Product, but stopped working after a couple days
Great product while it worked. AirPods charger didn’t seem to be working out of the box which I thought was a problem with my airpods but I think it must’ve been the charger. Used the charger for about a week and was very happy with how it worked. However when I got back from my trip, charging was spotty on the MagSafe and watch charger. Hopefully I can contact customer service and get a replacement.

The whole kit is a little bulky which is good. Hard to lose it in your suitcase. I just wish it support the fast charging for the Apple Watch. Otherwise it is great to have one solution to charge all my apple everyday carry tech.

Great for travel
I own many portable charging contraptions, but I needed something that was going to charge my Apple Watch, phone, and AirPods all in one. I own charging stands that do charge all three, but I am limited with luggage space. This was exactly what I was looking for. This travel charger powers up all of my devices quickly and without fail. I’ve tried a couple of versions of these for travel. Foreign travel is an issue because if the connection (often USB) isn’t just right the phone won’t charge. The watch seems to always work, but the EarPods touch and go. I can alternatively use the EarPods dock for the phone…it’s frustrating but I guess it’s part of the challenge of multitrack travel. This weekend I went out of town and the phone charger works sometimes. I woke up and my phone was dead every morning. One morning my watch was fully charged then the next it was at 20%. I checked the connection, used a different outlet and only used the plug/cord it came with.

Horrible Customer Service
This was a gift for my son who was going away for the weekend. Unfortunately, the shipment was continually delayed-weather was NOT a factor so I have no idea what happened. He did not receive before he left. I called on the order twice, each representative was rude and told me something different. I asked for a discount on the item but that was denied as well. This may be my last ZAGG purchase.

This charger is great for me because I travel a lot with my Apple Airpods, my iPhone and my Apple watch. I use a MagSafe compatible case on my phone and it works perfectly. And I like the way everything folds up into a small travel pouch.

Nice but there's a few things I don't love
So, I was able to get this a little cheaper than retail so I think for the price I got it was mostly reasonable. I like the case, I like the fact I have a place to put all my stuff at night, but what I don't love is that the magsafe section for my phone sometimes just doesn't work.
I either have to set my phone on it a few times [and let it sit there] to get it to work and/or unplug and plug in the entire thing again. Don't have this issue with the watch and airpods charger but it seems like 35%-45% of the time I need to do some sort of adjustment to get the phone to start charging. After that it's not a problem, but it does seem from other reviews this is a product problem other people have as well. Not entirely dissatisfied but I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

Excellent with just one flaw.
As a major traveler, I got very tired of carrying around a large rats nest worth of wires and plugs in order to charge my three devices. this product certainly replaces all of that in a nice clean elegant manner. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that it should be weighted down a little bit more so that when I remove the phone, the magnet doesn’t cause me to lift up the entire charging device. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have a way of weighing it down a little bit more or having a week or magnets so that you could more easily remove the phone from the charger. Aside from that minor issue, truly love this!

Is it possiable to get a replacement for the the one that didnt work well. Its the middle section where it charges the phone. It is so sensitive it take sometimes 10 mins to find the perfect part to charge the phone, thats WITHOUT a cover on the phone.

First one broke immediately
The design and function of this is awesome, but the first one I got my husband immediately stopped working the first day he tried it on a 10 day trip where he didn’t bring extra charging cables. When I went to get a replacement, I discovered this horrible company charges shipping to get a warranty replacement. I contacted customer service and they agreed to give me a code to reduce the shipping to $0.01. Fine. We just got the replacement in the mail and it’s a refurbished item in a white unlabeled box, clearly has been opened and used before (could tell from the dust and the fact that the cable was not in a twist tie/just shoved in the pouch). I’m so annoyed with myself because I bought this hoping everything would be fine despite having read the reviews saying that Zagg has bad customer service. Hoping this refurbished one works, but I’m so pissed that this nice gift I got my husband is now a used item without any warning. Only says it in the fine print that they can send a refurbished one at their discretion. What a bunch of BS. Never shopping here again.

I'm kicking myself right now because I returned this amazing product recently due to my own stupidity. I owned it for almost 2 weeks and it worked great. One day last week, my phone which was on the dock did not charge. I immediately blamed it on the charger because my iWatch and iPods charged normally. What I didn't check for myself was to shut my phone completely off and then see if it was a iPhone 12 error instead of the 3-in-1 charger. I'm pretty sure it was my personal phone's issue since it didn't affect an iPhone 14 that someone in my home uses. So all this to say, I appreciate Zagg as a company and I know this 3-in-1 charger will make many people happy who use all 3 devices for Apple. Comes with a very nice carrying case as well.

You have to set the phone on the charger exactly so or it does not charge. About a third of the time I wake to find my phone has not charged. I have other magnetic charging pads that are not so "picky". Really hate that I spent so much for something that I will not use anymore!

I found the phone charger to be a little flaky compared to my earlier Anker Qi charger. On the Anker, I could just move the phone around to get the magnet positioned correctly. On this charger, I have to put it down directly on the magnet for the phone to charge. Also, if I put the watch for charging first, the phone charger doesn't always connect and start charging.
I also had to return my purchase for an RMD because the phone charger on that one was way too sensitive and I couldn't get the phone to charge most nights. The replacement one is working better.
Overall, I like the concept and the compactness for travel, but am not 100% happy with how sensitive the phone charger part is. The watch and the Airpods charger work brilliantly.

Great 3-in-1 charger! Very portable! I use it mostly at home, just leave it unrolled on my nightstand and it charges all of my devices. Took it on a trip recently and it's so small and compact, it was easy to pack. Everything seems to charge quickly and easily. My only caution is to ensure your phone is lined up correctly. I woke up a few times to find that my phone didn't charge but after making the adjustment to double-check, no issues.

I LOVE this device, or at least the idea of it. This specific charger worked great for 20 days, then the iphone charging section stopped working. For awhile you would just have to unplug, then plug it back in and it would work, but this started to happen every single day. after 3 weeks, even that didn't work so it is really just a 2-1 charger.
I have reached out to customer support and received no response. I am still within my 30 day warranty so I am going to send it back.. If I can get ahold of them.

Best purchase of the year. I can stop bringing a bunch of cables and blocks and bring this. It’s usb-c in, so that means I can charge everything else with the cable. Just waiting for Apple to get on board with usb-c
$150 msrp feels quite punishing, so I recommend finding a coupon of some sort. But if you look around, you see it really is competitively priced:
- QI charger: $20-$30
- Apple Watch cable: $30 (most docks start at $50)
- iphone MagSafe: $40
Heck, the MagSafe Duo, which is the closest first-party solution, is $130.

I’ve used it less than 20 times and when I place my devices on it, it charges them for a second, then stops. I’ve replaced the cord and plug with Anker cables and plugs and it’s still doing it, so I know it’s the device itself.

I am very happy with the 3-in-1 charger once I received.
That being said, it took FedEx 15 days to get it to . It arrived at the Sacramento Fedex distribution center on May 13 and was not delivered to me until May 20. I am 2 hours driving from Sacramento. I will not order anything from you unless you assure me you will ship via UPS or USPS. Thank you

The Airpod and Apple watch wireless chargers work flawlessly, but the magsafe charger will not charge a new naked iPhone 13 with the included power block and usb-c cable. Swapping out the included power block for a 65 watt block or swapping the light gauge cable for a heavier cable is required for reliable magsafe function.

I thought this product would be great for home and travel but it seems the protective case I have on my iPhone 12 interferes with the charge. It intermittently does not charge at all but sometimes I can get a charge from the AirPod plate for the iPhone. It is too difficult to take off and put on the case each time I want to charge it. So, I am disappointed with the product.

I bought two of these, and 1 has worked well (not perfect, but well). For the other 3-in-1, the Apple Watch charger didn't work. I then had to pay $10 to have a new replacement shipped (literally the same week I received the earlier one)- which was a refurbished version. Now, that refurbished version only works occasionally. So, I am about to buy another solution. I'd recommend trying out another product vs. investing in this one.

I was initally happy with this purchase in 2022 but then it stopped charging my phone. I have had at least three replacements since March 2023 and none of them lasted more than two to three days. The latest replacement actually drained my phone battery. I purchased a new one but that didn't last three days. So not worth it.

This travel charger is going to be handy. Everything you need right in the case. No more fumbling for cords and plugs. I haven't fully used it yet, but I did try it to make sure it worked after shipment. Worked perfectly. I have purchased other Mophie items from Zagg and have been very satisfied with every purchase. Works Sometimes
The phone charger mag safe sometimes works and other times I wake up with a low battery phone. It seems that I keep having to unplug and plug the charger back in to get that MagSafe to work. I can’t “trust” this charger. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for this charger. Zagg feel free to contact me to replace this!

I used to pack up the charger that lived on my nightstand and then have to reassemble it every time I unpacked. A first world problem, obvious, but this makes packing and unpacking a lot easier. And packing and unpacking are generally not fun tasks, so this is a greatly appreciated device in my life.

If you have an Apple Watch , iPhone , and AirPods it’s a must buy. It charges all three fast and is compact and comes with a traveling case and plus with cable. It is very expensive but very convenient.
It also charges either wireless earbuds that are able to be wirelessly charged .

When it works it's good, but it only works half the time
When it works it charges my devices quickly and efficiently. However, about half the time, I'll wake up to all my devices dead because the charger isn't working for some reason. All the cables are plugged in so not sure what it is. Seems like just a low quality product. Not very reliable and has put me in some difficult situations when I have to be somewhere early and my phone is dead.

Mine dies after a week (used it three times on my phone). Zagg doesn’t allow you to register the product on their site (no matter what serial number you enter, it will always say it's the wrong one) so there is no way you can claim warranty replacement. Clever scam. Strongly advise to stay away.

I would love this product if only I t would work for more that 2 weeks! I thought the first one that stopped charging my phone was a fluke. I bought a second one and the exact same thing happened. It was the magnetic phone part that has failed twice. And yes I have a magnet phone case. The magnetic part is still magnetic but it won’t charge at all. Don’t bother with this product. They make you pay for return shipping even with a defective product!! Very very disappointing.

We bought 3 units and plan on returning them. The device starts charging overnight - instead of a fully charged phone (watch and AirPods too) in the morning, you will only have a partial charge. Nice design but poor execution.

I was so excited to receive the 3-1 charger. It was going to make charging my 3 apple products easier. HOWEVER, the first day the watch charger didn’t work. Second day all 3 worked. After 5 days the phone charger stopped working, then 2 days later the watch charger stopped working. ( my Apple Watch lite up bright red when I put it on). Now the air pod charger also doesn’t charge. Am returning for my $$.

I had another 3 in 1 charger but it was bulky and it didn’t travel well. The times I would be out of town I’d have to lug around 3 cords plus bricks and it was a tangled mess. The 3-in1 charger did not perform as expected while in Ireland/Scotland. I used the USB connection to a UK converter and only the iPhone charged. It may not have had the power to charge using USB only, but I did not know this might be a factor. I had tested prior to leaving and it worked fine, but for overseas, the usb to converter did not work effectively.

Bought two received only one; but was charged for two
I bought two of these 3-in-1 travel charges from Zagg website; received the order 6 days late. Got a FedEx tracking number, which was not the right one and was shown as wrong on the fedEx website. Later when I received the package, it came via UPS with some other tracking number. Plus only got one quantity with an itemized bill. Funny thing is that bill also noted that I purchased two quantity of the item with the charge for two items. I unboxed and tried to use the one item I received, but even that was not working properly. The iPhone and Airpods chargers stopped randomly even when the devices were untouched once placed on the charger. So decided to return the item and get a full refund, but Zagg have a very bad customer service and return process. I had to contact multiple customer service reps where one lady was telling me the return is not started but the other lady told me she has already started the return. Moreover to return, I had to send the product via courier service and they expected me to pay for the return. They mentioned once they receive the product back, I would get my refund. Its already been three days since the product is delivered to them, I still haven't received my refund.
I was really into this product as I liked it the instant I saw it online and purchased it immediately. I am very very disappointed as a first time customer with the whole process and its really sad to see that

Excellent multiple device travel charger
It’s much pricier than other somewhat similar multi-device chargers, but unlike the others this one doesn’t sacrifice power in order to have several devices charge at once resulting in a faster charge all around. It’s worth the extra cost, plus it has a nifty travel case.

Requires the phone to be exactly in a certain spot. Twice not charged overnight. Tried to return but no option after 30 days. Wish I did not buy this. At this price I had high expectations and Zagg definitely let me down.

I bought this one for me and one for my husband. But after the second day the section for the iPhone stopped working. I unplugged, plugged in, took off case and charged, put back on case, and nothing works. It will charge on the EarPods area, but doesn’t fast charge. For this much money, it shouldn’t have an issue so quickly.

While it does work great, it stops charging the phone after about 2 days, it will still charge the other devices. You have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to charge your phone. If you forget to do this you will wake up with a phone that hasn't been charged.

The phone and airpod charger is great but the watch charger will only work with it folded down. The magnet is not strong enough to hold the watch when it’s in the upright position. And with a cost of over $100 it should be able to work as advertised. As long as the watch charger is flat it charges fine. Disappointed with the purchase.

Three stars for undecided because I only have used it once. I like that you can charge three devices at the same time. It’s pretty compact and easily packed. So the reason for three stars is, I’ve only used it once and I haven’t used it enough to have a more concrete review. Every two days it stops charging my iPhone, to solve temporarily I have to disconnect it from the energy outlet and connect again (but it repeats after a few days).
I've read in the internet that other users are having the same problem and that replacing by warranty doesn't help (making me think its a design problem).
The Zagg support site is the worst. I didn't find any way to contact support, only a link for having a warranty replace, which I have to pay for.
The worst is that I have to pay shipping to return the product.
I'll never buy Zagg products again, Belkin has a much better line of products.

Charger is broken
Charges Apple Watch OK. Tried charging iPhone11, iPhone12, and Pixel6 on phone (center) puck, but it doesn't work. It will charge at a really slow rate (e.g. add 15% overnight). I double checked positioning (we have many Qi chargers) and another 30W+ USB charger, neither fixed the problem. Funny enough, the phone charges OK on the headphone (left) charger even though it is recessed. How do I get a refund?

Conceptually I love the product but I’m think of returning it. Occasionally the charging pad doesn’t register that my iPhone is there (despite have a MagSafe compatible case) so the charging doesn’t start. Usually disconnecting and reconnecting the charging cable solves the problem but it’s a pain have to worry about the phone charging. The watch charging surface works without any problems so it makes me think it’s the actual phone charging pad that’s defective. I don’t have AirPods so I can’t comment on that feature

I haven’t used this yet but size wise it is smaller than it looks in print. It is perfect size for travel and it means no more looking for double wall plugs to support multiple lightning cables. You should still bring a lightning cable or two for phone/device charging at the airport, airplane or restaurant.

Love the unit. But had it initially plugged into extension chord or a lamp and phone would not charge, even w magnetic case. So far being plugged directly into the wall outlet has resolved this issue. Hoping it does ok in UK thru the plug adapter.

Seemed to be working well during my travels with nice reliable charging. This lasted 5 months.
Now the charging is untrustworthy. Even with assuring that the cables are appropriately attached I very often fail to get it to charge. When it does it is only after I had to tweak and manipulate the charging cable. And not seldomly although it starts to charge I wake up in the morning with it not in the end have been charged
Maybe a faulty unit?

I really thought this would be a great companion for travel. The travel pouch, on the surface seems well designed, but in practice, it’s bulky, so for those who travel frequently and pack as light/efficiently as possible, this may not be the right solution.
Most concerning is the charger’s inability to charge an iPhone overnight. Charging AirPods and AppleWatch are fine. But it was unable to give a full charge to an iPhone 11 Pro Max during an overnight charge, which I found disconcerting, to say the least.
It also means this product is a no-go for me for travel. As a home-use product for casual charging, it’s fine.

I love it since it charges all three of my products needing charging. There have been some issues, where a few times it did not charge my iphone 13 pro. I do have a Zagg Santa Cruz snap case with the Maga Safe magnetic on the back. To get it to work, I had to unplug the charger for the 3 in 1 charger and plug it back in. So, just wanted to let you know this did happen on several occasions. Thanks.

Wanted to really like this product, but it let me down. After having it for me six night, my phone did not charge on 2 nights. I made sure I had placed it correctly and that it was charging before going to sleep. But when I woke up, the phone had stopped charging at some point during the night. The watch always charged. I returned it.

This 3-1 device is a good size to fit into my work travel backpack and it folds down nicely. One product recommendation would be to also have an USB-c output so I could potentially have my laptop charger all in one with this. But it is a great purchase for those who dont want to lug a bunch of unnecessary cables around and the fact that it all fits neatly in a singular case allows me to easily pack it.

Exactly as described, allows for 3 charges with 1 plug. Very handy, especially in older hotels where plugs are hard to come by at times. I don't use any of my apple devices without cases, so a bit cumbersome to have to remove and put back together daily. Overall, small inconvenience. It would get 10 stars if there was a USB or USB-c port to charge your iPad or other device from the same station.

Hey ZAGG Team,
So the chargers for the iwatch and the AirPods work accurate every time, however the iPhone middle part for some odd reason always gives us issues. At times we would have to disconnect and reconnect the usb c cable and then the iPhone charger starts to charger our phones.

There’s lots to like about the 3 in 1 travel charger. It looks good when open, and folds up into a truly small package. The airpod charging potion is well designed and fits both regular and pro AirPods. The grey felt case for the charger and wires is a nice touch, and is well thought out. About the only area of complaint is with the MagSafe charger for the phone. Although the magnet grabs securely, charging doesn’t always happen. I am using my phone with no case (scandalous I know) therefore it’s not a case issue. Basically, I set it down a few times until I see either the lighting bolt or the ring, and then it works fine.

Better than the Mophie 3-in-1 wireless charging stand (Apple Exclusive 2020-Black)
I purchased a Mophie 3-in-1 wireless charging stand (Apple Exclusive 2020-Black) that didn’t work, exchanged it, received one that worked poorly, and returned it. I replaced it with the Mophie Travel 3-in-1. The Travel 3-in-1 charged my AppleWatch S7 ~30 mins faster and my iPhone 13 Pro ~60 mins faster than the 3-in-1. My case isn’t thick but I had to remove it for the iPhone to charge. Charge times follow but in summary I’ll say I think the Travel 3-in-1 is a good (not excellent because it didn’t charge through the case) option, certainly better than the Mophie 3-in-1. I did purchase the Anker 544 (wireless) and 735 (wired) chargers and found both performed better than either Mophie. The 544 charged the watch ~45 mins faster, and the iPhone in about the same time. The 735 wired isn’t a fair comparison, but it charged the watch in ~ 1 hour and the phone in 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Magsafe charging does not work. Charged phone to roughly 75% before stopping. 3rd try it didn't charge at all. Tried all troubleshooting techniques on ZAGG / Mophie website and could not get it to work. Reached out to customer support and could not have had a worse experience - unhelpful, disrespectful and annoyed that I was trying to seek a solution. Would never recommend ZAGG or Mophie products to anyone moving forward. Highly recommend Belkin and Anker.

There are so many 3-in-1 stands out there and yet so few that actually look good. Most have this “Men In Black” chrome styling that just looks terrible in most conditions, but this travel charger HITS THE SPOT.
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Heck, I wasn’t even looking for a permanent fixture with this, I was just getting it for the travel convenience and the aesthetic, but it works so well and looks so good that I’ve been using it as my main nightstand charging mechanism and it’s been amazing in every way.
The simple design, felt and fabric touches, and compact nature… muah!

This is a great little travel charger. Everything fits nicely into separate compartments in the felt pouch. It unfolds into three sections — AirPod charging pad, phone charging pad, and watch charger that flips up. Sometimes the phone charging pad is a little bit fiddly, and it’s easy to move the phone just slightly and disrupt charging. A few times I couldn’t get the phone to charge at all and had to unplug the charger and plug it back it. All in all, it’s a great product. I wish it came in more colors!

3-in-one travel charger with MagSafe
I want to like this product. However I never know if my phone will be charged or not. The watch & AirPods charging places both work flawlessly. The phone mat portion however I have had not so good experiences. It either won’t charge at all or will charge a portion of the time it’s on there. I reached out to support & got a couple of initial responses but after my last email over a week ago I’ve heard nothing back. If it were up to me again I'd steer clear of this one

Does the Trick
Cool product, loved simplifying the travel cables. However the included cable is extremely short, which seems like an oversight for a travel oriented product. Also my iPhone doesn’t always charge on it (iPhone 13 no case) but unplugging the charger and plugging it back in seems to fix it most of the time

I regret buying this product. I have an IPhone 13 pro max, charger does not connect easily when phone is placed on the charger, takes a few minutes after moving the phone around for charger to connect. Cannot charge phone with case on, case must be removed….this charger is not very efficient as it should be. Very disappointed

Charging multiple devices is much slower than my current individual charging cables. But the form factor is great for travel. Does not support Apple Watch Ultra in bed stand mode (must be laid down across the charger).

Great idea but buggy
I got this charger and was excited to use it in place of my MagSafe duo. This charger is supposed to deliver 15w of power to the phone no matter what else is charging, but what I learned is that the MagSafe portion of the charger was faulty and I had to unplug and telling the entire charger in again and again to keep that portion charging my phone. My phone would line up and the magnets would engage but the phone wouldn’t charge. It would work every once and awhile without unplugging and plugging back in, but you never knew which time you were getting. So if you don’t pay attention and listen for the charging ding from your iPhone then you might be putting your phone down and find it later uncharged. The other two sections for the watch and AirPods never seemed to have any issues. The watch magnet is weaker than the one that apple sells or that comes with the MagSafe duo, but that’s not nearly as an issue as the MagSafe phone section just not charging even though the phone is properly placed and the MagSafe connection is engaged.

I purchased this for travel and it’s perfect! Lightweight and in a wonderful travel case, I was able to charge my phone, my watch which has a pop up charger allowing me to use as a clock, and my non Apple brand ear buds (which was my main concern as the pictures show only Apple AirPods). I now keep the travel charger in my bag just in case. I highly recommend!

Nice Travel Charger, but Not Perfect
I thought this travel charger would change my life, but not so much. The watch and air pods charge great, but the MagSafe iPhone charger is just not great. I’ll keep it in my suitcase, but I purchased Apple’s travel charger, and prefer it.

I love everything about this charger except the price. I took it on its maiden voyage recently and was so pleased to have it with me.
At $149, it’s far too expensive. At $99, I’d still think it was expensive, but would buy two because it’s just so excellent. At the $149 price point, it’ll just be one for me.

I bought this because I thought it'd be perfect for keeping my devices charged while on a long trip. Unfortunately, after about three days, it stopped working. Nothing would charge consistently - every device would show charge, then stop, start, stop ... over and over.
I came back to Zagg to get a replacement or refund. Sadly almost every 'help' link leads back to the same place - an online portal where I can request a replacement. But the product is out of stock! So I guess I'm stuck with a broken piece of tech that I've paid for, until it comes back into stock and I hope that I get a working version this time ...

Mag safe coming unglued
The iPhone MagSafe is coming unglued from the base as you remove phone the MagSafe comes with but is detaching from the mat after less than 1 month. I thought maybe it was just a lemon but I got a warranty replacement and it’s doing the same thing the first day I tried to use it. As soon as I’m able I will be returning and trying a different brand as I really need something easy for traveling.

The phone charger becomes non functional after a couple of charges
i really wanted to love this product. Everything is perfect when things are working but the phone charger stops working after a couple of charges. you have to unplug and plug the power adapter back in to make it work again. this is so annoying.
If this is a defective unit, i would like to replace it.

($$$$) phone protection is capable
The Otterbox Defender protection for the iPhone 13 does not have the MagSafe. You discover this when you can not charge your iPhone 13 with 3-in-1 Travel MagSafe. You must purchase a MagSafe Defender ($69) from Otterbox (I should have known when I bought the iPhone and the Defender), and the holster is unavailable.
Zagg does not indicate that the MagSafe is incompatible with a Defender by Otterbox. People, it would help if you played nice. It has cost me far more than it should.

Didn’t work out of the box
One of the charging pads didn’t work right out of the box. To get a replacement ZAGG made me spend another $10 in shipping and it took 2 full weeks to arrive. The box arrived empty with only an invoice. I contacted customer service again and they said I should call as they can’t help me over email. Spent 40 minutes on hold twice trying to get anyone on the phone to replace with no luck. I’m sure it’s a great product, but no way you are going to get any support of it arrives broken. Beware.

I really enjoyed the practicality of this product. It was sleek, simple, and easy to fold up and bring somewhere.
Unfortunately, intermittently, I would place my products on it and it would not register. This seemed to happen more with my iPhone (with or without the case, and the accessory was connected directly to a wall outlet).
I ended up returning the unit, but my experience was tough because I had to fight for them to send me a label for their failed product.

I have had this about a month and made one trip with it. It was very handy. Well organized compact and efficient . The watch charger was a bit awkward. However it did charge well and could have been due to the wide watchband . My AirPod pros fit nicely, I have a MagSafe case on my iPhone 12 pro it also set securely . I found it easy to access from the bed. I could see the time , pick up the phone and set it back on the charger with no problem. I’m glad to have it in my travel gear it will be much used. I’ve been doing business with Zagg for years now. This is one of the few companies I continue to enjoy doing business with. While it is Easy to shop online, should you desire or need to speak to a real person it’s easily done.Never had unpleasant customer service experience with Zagg. I’ve been doing business with them since before the iPhone 4. Now that I’ve put a timeline to it I’m pretty impressed with them myself! Thank you Zagg for keeping real people available for real people ~
