This Mellanox QSFP28 to 2xQSFP28 cable is an assembly of 4 full-duplex lanes, where each lane is capable of transmitting data at rates up to 50 Gb/s per direction, providing an aggregated rate of 200 Gb/s. The MFS1S50 provides connectivity between systems using an HDR QSFP28 switch port on one end and two HDR100 HCA QSFP28 ports on the other. The MFS1S50 connects the data signals from each of 2 lanes on the single QSFP28 end to 2 lanes on each of the two QSFP28 ends on the HDR100 multiport side. Each QSFP28 cage comprises an EEPROM providing product information that can be read by the host system.
