Rated 5 out of 5 byJE4795 from Great product with a couple of quirksI bought this dock with my new Thinkpad x1 carbon 5th gen. I have it hooked up to an Ethernet connection, two monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and a backup hard drive in my office at work. Being able to attach 1 lightning cable to the laptop and have all of these peripherals connected is great. One thing that was strange to me was that the powered lightning receiver is on what I consider the back side with the rest of the peripheral inputs. I tried using the front lightning input and was confused when it wasn't supplying power to my laptop. Other than that, this product is great. Being able to have 1 computer that I can use at home and at work optimizes my work efficiency. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Lenovo needs to include at least a 6' cable with this instead of a 1' cable (3m). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have a 4k monitor, keyboard, mouse, external hard drive and speakers attached to it with plenty of room to add additional accessories. The one problem I have with it is that for some reason when you unplug the laptop and then plug it back in you can't reconnect with the network (Ethernet) without unplugging the power to the dock. Rated 5 out of 5 byT J 99 from NevermoreI've now had two of these. The first only worked as a power supply for my X1 Carbon 6th gen laptop. The second worked for 3 weeks. Then the monitors started blinking that were attached. I could hook the monitors straight into the laptop and they worked fine. Then the ethernet started going out and I had to use wifi even while on the dock. Called Lenovo just after a month and they wouldn't help as I was not in front of my dock due to travelling for work. I had all the dock information though.
