They drift down and won't register when pushed up. Hey its a 30$ controller used just for games. Not like anyone's life was put at risk because it sucks.

I will not be buying this product again, and would not be recommending this. Returning this imminently! Now I'm stuck the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean next to the Titanic! Thanks Logitech!!

An hour into our trip the controller stopped working and now I am stuck in the ocean and fear an.orca may soon use my body for nefarious means.

The gamepad works fine, the controls are in a slightly different location, so my fingers had to adjust to this, but overall I'm very happy with this gamepad.

I also love the customization that can be done, no button is set in stone, so you can easily program it to your style! Honestly i don't have a con on this controller, so i would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a PC controller!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great controller I personally hate xbox controllers. And when I got some pc games it told me I could only use an xbox controller for the game. I was frustrated at first until I found this one. It's set up like a playstation controller but with xbox buttons which helped me buy this specific one. I've never had issues with the connectivity to the pc. And I've had the same batteries in it since february 2011 and they haven't died yet. I've used the controller a lot and thought it would die by now, but it's still going. I would recommend this to anyone who hates xbox controllers like me but wants a playstation layout for games that require xbox controllers to work. Works great!

Its easy to set up, just plug in the receiver and wha-la the drivers are already installed and everything, and if you're playing an old game you can just program keys and mouse inputs into the controller with included software. Pros: Fast Easy to set up Works with ALOT of newer/up to date games Wireless Cons: Sometimes when I have my phone by my computer and I get a text or call loses signal for 5 seconds

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile, but not without its faults. If you like the familiarity of playstation controllers, this one will feel right at home with you. Once you have it working, most newer games will recognize it with little to no setup. Unfortunately that's where the trouble starts for some. This item will not work out of the box with windows 7. Installing the drivers included do not fix it either. Instead you have to do a small amount of research to find an xbox controller driver. This is not too hard to do, and once you get the needed files it should work like a charm, but it is still a discouragement. It is suppose to have rumble support but I have not been able to get it to work, probably due to having to use different drivers than intended. All the buttons and sticks work like a charm though. Aside from those issues it does have several redeeming qualities. As I already said, for most new games it will recognize it and not require any further setup unless you just wish to remap the buttons. For older games, even ones that don't support any type of gamepad or joystick it can still be used. The software included allows you to customize the buttons any way you see fit when you switch input. For example, you can have one of the sticks control mouse movement and you can tell the buttons to mimic certain keystrokes. The only issue I have with this is it is not very user friendly. Most of the menus have sub-menus and tons of unexplained options just to get one button to do something simple. Setting up a profile for a game can take longer than a half hour for people new to the software. It is a big trial and error project that will have you starting and exiting your game numerous times until you get it tweaked just right. The good news is you can create multiple profiles for each game, so once you DO have it setup for one title you don't have to go through it again. The only other issue personally have with this product is the button placement. For the most part all the standard buttons are placed where you would expect them, but the "Start" and "back" buttons are above the controllers mode and vibration switches. Often times, I'll go to hit my back button, only to accidentally hit the mode button instead, causing my d-pad and left analog to switch assignments. Its minor, but its annoying. if they had swapped the button placement for that set it would have made more sense. Bottom line, even with the faults this controller has (especially for windows 7 users I would still recommend it. Just be aware that if you get it you might have to do a little extra work to get it working properly (and don't expect the vibration function to work.)
