Great when you are running multiple machines
As a technician I have a MAC, Windows PC, and tablet at my desk, I didn't need a KVM switch since everything had there on displays this solved the issues and kept my desk clean. I do recommend going and getting the latest Bluetooth driver updates installed from the manufacture before you first connect. But it is a desk and time saving option that these set offers

Great features for those who multi-task
Product is as described and easy to setup with or without dongle for those who prefer Bluetooth only. I consistently have at least 2 devices daily and the simple 3 second tap on the keyboard lets me toggle smoothly to the specified device. I find it better to do that before the mouse if both are needed.

Works with a Mac OS
I plugged the bluetooth USB in the back of my Apple Thunderbolt Display and so far, it's been working for several weeks with no issues.
I haven't tried additional functionality yet, but it appears you can configure the keyboard and mouse to work with three different laptops.

Great Valve Keyboard
I was' t going to purchase a new keyboard but I am so glad I selected this one. The design is very comfortable to use and the key action is far superior to my last one. It is also very quiet.

Not very satisfied
I'm writting this experience after 2 months use, daily. I'm a graphic designer and I combine keyboard and mouse with a Wacom tablet. Having wrist rests should be a plus; but it makes the keyboard very wide taking up a lot of space combined with the tablet or if you want to move the keyboard to take notes in a notebook (this also depends on the depth of your table), but for me its quite uncomfortable. This is the first time I've a keyboard with a wrist rest and I could do without it perfectly.
I had to buy a USB extension cable because for some reason the keyboard had interference. Keyboard is 60 cm from the CPU... The white button to change the device kept blinking, I had to wait few seconds they pair each other, sometimes force it by turning off the keyboard... a pain in the *ss when you're in a working flow. Now the cable with the receptor is at 30 cm (behind the screen) and no problem. Mouse never showed problems, but it had been always closer to CPU.
Since I have a tablet, I continuously move the keyboard around the table and the rubber bands on the legs to lift the keyboard have come off. So consider high-strength glue so you don't lose these gums.
Keyboard and mouse would have preferred quieter.
Sound and screenshot buttons, that I use a lot, have to be combined with a function key. Previous keyboard, also Logitech, had same size and those buttons apart.
And... I still don't understand about the 3 buttons to change device (white buttons), if set comes with only one receptor..

Excellent
This is the third (and last) keyboard I have purchased for my Macbook Pro. The feel of the keys is great and it indicates when cap lock is on. Nothing more I could ask for.

Brand New and the 'I' key doesn't work
Rec'd ths keyboard enthusastc about using. However, the 'I' key doesn't work. Countless typos n my emals, reports, etc make t completely mpractcal to use. for ths alone wll not be purchang ths again.
the actual alpha keyboard s the exact same sze of my laptop keyboard. had expected that ths wll be larger than the keyboard on my laptop and t s not.
that the 'I' key doesn't work and that the keyboard s no bgger than my laptop, the only advantage has been that it s wireless.
Logtech products have been a favorte of mne for years. Had hoped 'd be able to wrte a more favorable revew. I will not be buying ths product agan. would lke to return this.

My 2019 "go to" wireless combo for users
I am IT Tech and provide tools for users. One thing that helps me decide what tools to purchase is efficiency. I have a manager that is very tech savvy that needed a new keyboard and mouse. He has nothing but positive feedback for this set. It comes with a wireless dongle but he is using the Bluetooth. I am getting ready to purchase another one.

The greatest thing about logitech is the unifying software. No longer do we have to throw away keyboard and mouse sets when employees break or misplace their fobs... They could also get a travelling mouse and only take up one usb port.

Great new design
Previously I used the KM710 series KB/M set and/or the performance MX and MX Master mice. I recently moved to the KM850 KB/M set do to the mobile size and adoption of the performance series ergonomics. Added bonus' are that the KB/M can both be paired with 3 devices and swapped between them with the push of a button and the battery life is impeccable.

Good on paper
The ability to connect to multiple devices is nice (I don't use it--I just wanted a keyboard with better build quality and a mouse with more accuracy), but the keyboard itself is not great.. Feedback from the keys is minimal and feels unfulfilling, and with bluetooth OR the unified receiver, I get brief periods where the letter I was typing repeats a dozen times. Not to mention that I periodically have to reset the keyboard connection to make it work.
Mouse--Coming from wireless gaming mice this one is pretty inaccurate. 3/5 would not recommend.

Very nice keyboard and mouse set up
The keys are soft touch and the wrist pad works well. The mouse is not too sensitive. Great value.

Good product, questionable compatibility
The keyboard and mouse seem like a good product. The primary value for me was the ability to quickly switch from one laptop to the next.
Unfortunately, it's not as compatible with Windows and often disconnects without reconnecting once the Windows laptop becomes idle and then you have to run troubleshoot or reboot. Logitech support was useless
