The wireless range is fantastic (used in-home, connected to Win10 PC and can walk outside and still connected. Comfortable, am able to wear for extended time. Only concern is that it is not noise cancelling, allowing you to hear ambient sound. I've gone through multiple headsets and these feel solidly built. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by pookiesheart from Works...until it doesn't I bought this headset in May of 2015. It has worked beautifully until about a week ago when it just stopped charging. I contacted Logitech customer support and they assured me they would replace the faulty headset (since there is a 2 year warranty. The caveat is that I have to send the faulty product back to them before they will send the replacement. I asked about the time frame of return and they said that it would take 24-48 hours to receive a shipping label through email and then another few days to receive the product from me. It will then be a further week to 10 days before I receive the replacement product. That adds up to over two weeks without the headset. In addition to that it has now be over 4 days and I still have not received the shipping label to return the product to Logitech. I have sent a follow up email to the person handling my claim with no response. I am very disappointed having paid a premium for this headset.
