Tried to like it
I had upgraded my internet to 980mbs down/up fiber, and wanted to be able to utilize the speed of this.
This system for the price seemed great, however due to the lack of a third band for a dedicated backhaul it was very disappointing in performance.
I had used before a linksys velop tri band ac1900 system, and experienced less lag with gaming etc. I was very disappointed with this purchase.

Going Back
Purchased this product because of the features; however, I could never get it to attach to my wifi. I spend close to two hours on the phone with tech support. After no luck getting it hooked up, they decided it was my service provider's issue. I spoke to the service provider, providing the fixes tech support gave me, and they said they never heard of the fixes. Its going back to the store.

My objective review
I received a free Linksys Atlas Pro 6 as part of a user review. I am an owner of a competitive mesh wifi system and the Linksys Atlas Pro 6 is a better product. For starters set-up was very simple. Follow the step-by-step guide and it is hard to screw it up. Once I got it up and running I immediately noticed that the signal strength was superior to my prior mesh system. I own a pool and I was receiving a very strong signal all the way on the other side of my pool which is on the far side of our property. My prior system had "dead spots" but those spots received a strong signal with the Atlas Pro 6. I highly recommend this system to anyone looking to get a superior wifi experience.

Linksys Shield
Bought the top of the line for Linksys and find out Linksys Shield is not compatible at this time with this model, contrary to the advertisement and documentation for this product. Tech support does not know when it will be updated to include Linksys Shield. Product works great but I am very disappointed by the lack of Parental Controls. I would have been very willing to subscribe to Linksys Shield, but not an option? Why would you put out a product with out one of the most important features you advertise on it?

Parental controls very weak
I bought this to improve WiFi access around our home, having confidence it was sold in the Apple Store.
My kids broke into it within the first week. They were able to rename all devices in the house. I’ve just discovered I’ve been putting devices like lights and AirConditioning on parental controls instead of their laptops).
If you have kids, do not buy this product.

Easier to setup
I replaced the previous version with this version because of the higher specs. Itsets up flawlessly compared to the older version. Looks like we have a GREAT product!!!
