Needs firmware update asap!
This monitor has some major firmware issues. HDMI 2.1 doesn't work as intended, DSC is always forced and you can't enable 10 bit color depth. Despite 3440x1440 resolution being set there is a notification that monitor is not working at optimal resolution cause it detects that it's set to 16:9 4k. 2nd issue is HDR brightness maxing out at around 600 nits and it's supposed to reach 1300? At least that's what windows hdr calibration tool is showing. There's also a bug where OSD stops working. You press on a joystick and there's no reaction, osd won't show up. Only unplugging monitor from power fixes it for a while but it comes back after few hours... This monitor need firmware update urgently. Other than that, picture quality is excellent, curve is optimal and matte coating is really good

Gaming beast!
i have owned and operated many combinations of gpu's and monitor's. this is the sweet spot for anyone running rtx 4070 and 6800xt equivalent. my personal rig 7700x and 7900xtx i play pubg comming from 1440p and high refrsh rates this is perfect balance between competitive and visual experience.

Only one small gripe
I bought this monitor about a month ago. The deep blacks are Amazon to look at. The screen needed to be used a bit to get rid of the OLED fringe but after 2 days of use everything works great. The 240hz panel is awesome to use the colors are vibrant the blacks are black and the 0.03 ms response time is even better. The only issue I have with the monitor is the alt tabbing out of applications when they are in full screen. It leaves behind a white flash with black and red pixels and goes away after the new screen loads other than that it works great! Gsync compatibility is also great!

Best Display I’ve Ever Owned
I’ve had this monitor for just over a month and have zero complaints about it. Super easy to setup with either the included stand or a monitor arm that I bought separately. There is nothing like an OLED display. My primary TV is an LG OLED and I saw this monitor was on sale and decided to jump on the deal. I have no regrets. The image quality is superb and the build quality is fantastic! I was a bit apprehensive about the 800R curve but after some adjustment I don’t even notice it anymore. Screen burn-in was a concern but given LG’s warranty for it and the screen cleaning function that auto runs after long sessions has eased my nerves about it.

Amazing picture and monitor for gaming.
I bought this about a month ago. Was looking for oled gaming monitor 240hz to go with my 7800x3D and 7900xtx. So I could get the most FPS out of my card. Because my previous MSI 1440p monitor was only 165hz. I was having to cap my fps from 200-300+ fps to 165.
I was torn between this monitor and Alienwares new 1440p. But didn’t want a flat screen wanted to stay with curved and wanted at least 32” not another 27”. I went with this monitor and I’m extremely happy with it.
Amazon ran a sale from 1,299.99 to $749.99 for Father’s Day so I went with it.
Picture quality is amazing 5* for gaming.
4* for other uses.

Great Monitor at a Discount!
Excellent monitor, viewing angles are gorgeous. 800R curve took a few uses to get used to but it's not egregious. Colors pop, matte coating isn't very noticeable.
Only slight complaint would be viewing text, as there's some text clarity issues with some colors not properly mapping but it's an issue with all OLEDs.

This is the second LG monitor I've bought and they knocked it out of the park with this one. Once you go OLED, you never go back. Beautiful screen and zero burn-in issues. I use this for productivity primarily. Screen cleaning is a great plus and gives me some peace of mind too!

So far so great. Fantastic colors. Deep blacks. Great sharpness of text. No blinky lights when in sleep mode. Good input options. USB hub option. UI / Menu easy to navigate and nice options. Backlight on wall ("hexagon lighting") is subtle and pleasant. Powers back on a little more slowly than the other monitor that's a VA panel, but it's not a problem at all. I'm not a legit gamer but I really do like it so far. Not had any issues with the cleaning mode interfering. Bought on sale on the LG site and that was an easy transaction. Would definitely recommend if you can find it for a reasonable price. Naturally, the definition of reasonableness may vary!

Great gaming monitor !
Bought this 2 weeks ago and has made my gaming experience 1000% better . Using it in my ps5 and the refresh rate and 1440p 120hz that maxes out in my ps5 have been a game changer . Time to build my pc to take full advantage of this bad boy . Got it for a steal also

Exemplary image and clarity
Been eyeing an ultrawide for some time now and this one came across on the Labor Day sale and got it for a smoking deal. It’s almost criminal because this monitor has essentially planted me in front of my PC for three weeks. The blacks are pitch, the brightness is more than enough to satisfy visuals on days and nights. I personally love the 80r curve and it really isn’t as jarring as people say. If you’re a serious gamer, you can’t go wrong with this monitor.

Wonderfull designed Monitor
What an awesome monitor !
Wonderfull colors, great slime and sleek design and the best part is the stand. Not an ugly tripod stand, just a simple and solid metal foot. What I also really like is, that they didn't put on a logo at the front. I am also moving from a cheap 300$ Dell monitor now to this beautiful OLED monitor. The colors are just amazing and stunning.

Great gaming monitor
Received it a week ago. Seems well built, picture quality is stunning which I expected with OLED. The colors pop so much and the contrast is great. Haven’t tried the sound port or any connections other than display port. I wish it also had USB-C or Thunderbolt. Text can be not so sharp at times but this is a gaming monitor, not ideal for productivity. 240Hz has been great with GeForce GPU.

Premium monitor, great upgrade.
I bought this recently on sale and it has really blown away my expectations. Coming from a 144hz va panel, this 240hz OLED is amazing. It was pretty easy to set up my my existing vesa wall mount as well.
My only nit picks are how curved this monitor is, it takes some getting used to, as well as how deep the vesa mount is, my specific mount has a top thumb screw that was tricky to screw in.

Great monitor
The monitor is great. Picture is clear and was easy to set up.
For those of you who don't know, OLED screens sometimes need to run for a little bit to get rid of "banding". I was scared at first but after about 2 days of use it looks great!

Pretty Perfect OLED
My first OLED experience has been quite tremendous, I really adore this monitor, thank you LG! Firstly and most importantly the burn in control or OLED image clean feature is my favorite! I have a complete peace of mind! I can manually refresh it myself, takes about five minutes. The picture quality and color is jaw dropping. The design is perfect in my opinion all the way through it’s stand. The RGB lighting is a very nice touch if you fancy that. I spent a good deal of time looking for an excellent OLED monitor, I am very happy to have been here to find this thang! I got this on sale but I would pay full retail, is worth it in my opinion. Thank you again LG for an excellent first time experience!

FIX THE HDR ISSUE
I will change my review when the firmware update fix the HDR issue capping at 600 in the windows hdr app, this is unacceptable for a monitor at this price.

Amazing monitor!
I bought this to upgrade from my 27in 1440p monitor, and have never used an ultrawide before. This monitor has surpassed my expectations, and is absolutely amazing! The quality is perfect, and has can hit a high enough frame rate to play comfortably on any game. If you’re looking for a great monitor, then this is the one!

My rating is not related specifically to the monitor, but to the monitor's pricing. Maybe my eyes have deceived me but prior to the memorial day sale, I do believe this item was on sale for $899 after the 32" UltraGear™ OLED Dual Mode model was released. Ironically, it's available at BestBuy for $899. Unless this is a different model, the pricing seems deceptive.

Absolutely love this monitor!! I have no issues with mine at all. The picture quality is phenomenal and the response time is perfection. It works perfectly for all the games I play. The Silent Hill 2 remake looks astonishing with this monitor. I would highly recommend it to any gamer that wants the best gaming experience.

Bad support and low responsibility
I bought this monitor and after 3 days start showing white points from the center to the bottom, the solution was send it to warranty and here in mx the tech service said that it is not covered, to fix it , they will request the pieces to USA and took time and the cost would be aroun 70% of the monitor, so, I expect those 500GC to save some for a new oneafter sell the damaged one. But looks great just for 3 days!

Don't Shut the Power Off!
Good monitor other than if you turn it off or have a power outage it comes back on with a scrambled green screen, I then have to unplug it sometimes once, sometimes numerous times to get it to come back on displaying correctly. Under warranty I had to ship it off, it took over three months for them to fix it, then it worked correctly for awhile, now is doing the same thing after the warranty has expired. Don't know how much it is reducing the life of the monitor by having it running 24/7.The LG customer service sucks. Had to contact them over 20 times while they had it to see where it was or if they were going to fix it or replace it.

Another Ultrawide Enters the Ring
I researched multiple OLED ultrawide displays and I concluded with this one from LG. The competition to this screen are either older models with HDMI 2.0 or for some reason decide to go with the mini-version for the ports. The other deciding factor is the screen finish. I use this monitor in a well-lit room due to a window but with this monitor you wouldn't be able to tell. The combination of the matte coating and the more aggressive 800R curve results in no glare that used to plague me. Additionally, everyone freaking out about the 800R curve just has not tried it yet. Granted it is subjective, but the curve allows for deeper immersion into the game I am playing as well as taking up less space on your desk. Overall, very pleased with this monitor .

Promotion product issues and communication issues
Absolutely love the monitor but had issues with LG communicating and p roviding me with my promised promotion of an ultra gear mouse pad. I had delayed shipping even though I paid for next day and they still didn’t send me my mouse pad

I bought an Omen HP - which was not OLED gaming speed at up to 240Hz and 0.03ms response time. I just built a new PC and wanted the best - I had a good deal and gaming is awesome. I see details I have not seen before
