Rated 5 out of 5 byFrustrated Buyer AS from Horrible headset.Less than 3 months after purchasing this headset the left side stopped working. I stuck it out but 1-2 months later the right side went out. I sent it in and LG repaired it and sent it back to me. In 2 wks the headset starting going in and out then it went out again. I sent it back in and requested a replacement and now less than 2 mths later the left ear went out again. DO NOT NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Very comfortable I've actually slept with them on several times already hence they are durable. Well packed with features and easy to use once you get the hang of it. I sent it to LG, and a replacement is on it's way back to me. Super fast!I love LG products, so I"m hoping this was just a one off kind of thing and the new replacement will serve me well. I like how easy is to pair and that it verbally lets me know it’s searching and then connected. No need to set it on pair mode. I can hear my calls with excellent clarity. People I can hear me clearly as well. It also rings and vibrates when you receive a call and will even say the name of the caller if it’s on your contacts. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the earplugs cables get tangled and I’m concerned that they will break sooner than they should.

Bought a new set a few months ago and all of a sudden, still plays, but quality went bad, won't go up on volume like it did. When I turn the button of/off, the volume is so low I can barely hear it. So this is two sets i'm sitting with no satisfaction.
