Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t do it! 65 inch Stopped working 3 weeks out of warranty and LG made to jump through a ton of hoops to provide the all this info.  Then came back saying that since I agreed to the terms and conditions, which you have to to use the product, they couldn’t do anything.  $1500.00 for a year of use! They did offer me an insulting 15% off my next purchase which I never received. Thanks for stealing my money and pretending to be a company that cares.

This marks the second time within a year that my second LG OLED TV has developed a burned screen, even with LG Premium care extended warranty in place. Unfortunately, Asurion has been reluctant to repair or replace it. Disappointed and unlikely to choose LG OLED again. #CustomerFeedback #LG #Asurion

Product support was useless as I got disconnected three times due to timeout and was ultimately told that it must be my Dish network connection. Dish seems fine with my other TV’s, one of which is an LG. Very disappointed.

When I got too the store and started looking the brand I wanted was playing beside this LG and what a difference. The color was so much better. You could stand way to the side of the tv and it was like sitting in front of it. The other tv was a big name brand . Worlds of difference. It has all the apps on it. I am not real tech savvy but this tv was very easy to set up and get around in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value, Amazing quality First TV upgrade in over 10 years, jumped from a 50" plasma to a 77" OLED. Couldn't be happier. Overall the entire system is great and the picture quality is stunning for TV, movies, and games. My one minor quibble would be the rather strange menu choices, and based on what I've read online LG sometimes updates the software and they change?! Which sounds...insane? And unnecessary? It definitely took a little while for me to dial in my picture settings because the documentation that came with the TV was out of date, and the instructions online often were too. Maybe like....leave the meanus alone LG. Otherwise awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, although expensive. The best tv I have owned. A black cutscene between scenes makes my living room pitch black. The colors with the picture mode set to vivid are indeed vivid. I look forward to trying the tv with gaming given its 120Hz refresh rate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from blown away I will admit that is has been a while since I purchased a new television and I have never owned one larger that 48' (and this one is 65") but I was blown away my first viewing and have loved the crispness and clarity of the picture everytime since. We recently watched a program with a dark night scene. The dark areas were truly black and the light areas were crips and clean. The sound is great even without a soundbar or additional speakers. I tell everyone at work that I am not a big TV watcher. This may change because the viewing experience on this TV because it it OLED and 4k is as close to a theater experience you can have without leaving home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Cursor Kept Interfering During Setup I was ready to give the TV back because the cursor was flitting all over the screen while I was trying to enter my wi-fi passcode. It took 20 minutes to finally enter the code. I even used the button to see what I was entering, but the cursor kept flitting around and turning it off. Very painful! I also did not care for AI control, but it offered no alternative. I also prefer using my Verizon controller since I am usually viewing recorded DVR programs/movies. My grandson uses the streaming feature when he is over visiting.

It has numerous SMART features, but there is definitely a larger learning curve with the smart TV. We still have not mastered the remote. We became frustrated and reverted back to the ROKU remote. I was really hoping we could balance the sound to where music and commercials don’t blast us out of the room, but if there is a way, we haven’t figured it out

The tv also comes with an LGthinq app that turns your phone into a remote control and it is super seamless. My family and I do not regret buying this tv at all.

It has amazing contrast and outstanding viewing angles in our large open family room. Great smart TV features and universal remote compatible with google home and our Tivo TV box.

A few weeks later, the black line would turn white after the TV warmed up, and then the TV would shut down. Could not use it after that point. LG has still not fixed it an the parts are being shipped freight which will take a long time.

It worked for a week, and started shutting down on its own, and eventually, after another week, stopped turning on altogether. The TV was not damaged, it just stopped working. Clearly a lemon. After 4 separate calls to LG customer service, nearly 3 weeks have elapsed and we still have not heard from the repairman LG promised or have a y other indication from LG how they will make this right. The TV is great ... if it worked, but so far the customer service has been abysmal.

The tv no longer works. This LG tv is extremely fragile, more do than any other tv I have owned. My last LG tv screen was damaged when we moved it., again barely bumping it. I bought this tv as a replacement, but will never buy a LG tv again.

The largest issue with LG TV's is the inability to connect to the Content Store to update or add Apps. Yesterday I spent 2 hours ! on the phone with customer support to resolve an issue. They had me factory reset the TV , but then it would not download the User Agreements (the TV is hard wired to the internet and can actually connect to web sites - so the problem is NOT my internet connection). Without agreeing to the User Agreements the TV is completely useless ??. I will never buy a LG TV again.

The blacks are so black, colors are so vibrant. The brightness of this TV is remarkable. Makes the screen pop. This is by far the best TV I have ever owned. Buy it!

There is a problem however, recently my TV has developed a dark vertical line in the center of the screen. I created a service request on 8/19/23 and haven't heard anything yet. It's hard to completely review properly with a malfunctioning TV

We have contacted LG many times and have followed all their suggestions to resolve this. Nothing worked. They finally sent a repair person who replaced the master board but the voice is still out of sync. Will never buy an LG TV again

My computer developed password was rejected more than a few times until I entered a manual (and less safe) password. After more than a month, I cannot get sound & video synchronized for more than 30 minutes. If I had tried to do these things before I bought the TV, I would not have bought it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware LG's warranty policy! Unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing and sobering experience with LG's warranty policy. I purchased this OLED TV on Black Friday of 2022 (November 25, 2022). It failed precisely one year later on November 25, 2023, suddenly developing a series of vertical lines in the middle of the screen, apparently because there had been some sort of physical contact with the screen. I had no recollection of any such contact and, because I was also well aware that OLED TVs were fragile, I had treated this TV with the utmost of care throughout its one-year lifetime. LG accepted that the TV was still under warranty, but refused to repair or exchange it because "the warranty did not cover physical damage". I think that should depend on how well the TV has been treated. At some point you have to blame such damage on the fragility of the TV. Suffice to say, I will not buy another LG OLED TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV I’ve ever owned After a week with this TV, I'm thoroughly impressed. The 77-inch screen delivers stunningly clear and vivid visuals. Opting for the B2 over the C2 initially made me apprehensive about potential disappointments or issues with brightness in my living room. Surprisingly, the display holds up exceptionally well even in daylight. The only hiccup encountered was a screen flicker one night, a common occurrence easily resolved with a hard reset, as per my Google search. Ongoing tests aside, the TV is certainly meeting and even exceeding my expectations.

Great looking television and I was on the verge of buying another one at a local box store for Super Bowl, but I’m hesitant now. Hope the next service provider comes through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't buy this TV I bought my top-of-the-line 65" OLED TV from Nebraska Furniture Mart less than a year ago, In the first two months I had a great time watching my beautiful screen, then the trouble started with the TV losing the connection (dropped the connection to the net) for the next 8 month I troubled CenturyLink (my Internet service provider) and finally they found out it is my LG TV, not the internet. I then contacted LG, and after two very lengthy troubleshooting sessions (about an hour and a half each) they sent me a technician who after replacing two major boards could not be able to get it to work except on his Mobile hotspot and not on my local WIFI Internet, LG considered that is fixing my TV which is still not working. Please have LG management read my review and help fix the problem or give me my money back.
