Great picture
Beautiful tv. Great picture only problem is the remote. Not crazy about the roller ball. Difficult to use when you have longer nails.

Great TV but needs a detailed User Manual.
The picture is beautiful, the sound quality even from the built-in speakers is remarkably good, and I would give it 5 stars except for the inexcusable absence of any kind of user manual. The settings are very complicated, and there is no explanation available. There is no printed manual, and the online "User Manual" is a ridiculous 28-page document with 2 pages of setup instructions and nothing about the dozens of items in the Settings menus. You have to search Google and YouTube for explanations, some good, some completely wrong. That's unacceptable. WE NEED A USER MANUAL!

Best Entry level OLED
Amazing Tv if you find it on sale. The OLED prices have always been quite high but the quality and experience makes up for it tremendously

Amazing TV when on sale
This TV goes on sale at select retailers sometimes and the value is unbeatable. First off the viewing angles are insane. This is my first OLED and I don’t see myself ever going back. The picture quality is amazing and the processor is very quick making sure you’re going to apps quickly

The FUTURE OF TELEVISION
Purchased a few months ago and truly enjoy not only the quality but the design.
The ability of being able to angle the screen is of tremendous value to me.
Rolling into a closet is great, as I only watch television, etc. once a week.

Do not buy this TV
I wish I could give it a zero. The picture is beautiful, however the software is awful. I have had a 55 inch Oled for a couple years. We had so many problems with connectivity, software updates causing a complete reboot of the TV (have to start over from scratch like it was new and add apps, etc.) and the overall complexity LG forces you into with the Thinq IQ mobile app that we basically took the tv off the wall and bought another brand. I couldn't throw the thing away, so I put it in a less used place. Well I just spent an hour resetting the TV after an update - which mind you is an exercise in frustration. It's perhaps the worst TV I have ever owned. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

hdmi arc problem
TV itself is good, LG makes one of the best OLED panels for the price. However, there is a widely known problem with HDMI ARC not working. Its been a problem for a few years now, with multiple generations of LG OLED TVs, starting from budget oriented B-series and all the way up to G-series. And that is something people shouldn't accept: new TV should work 100%, all features/connectors. LG is a widely known brand, they should care more about their image.
Note: i did a return, they fixed the motherboard components, but at home i found out nothing changed, hdmi arc is still not working. Disappointing performance from LG.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Go find another manufacturer to buy a TV from. The picture is ok here but mine stopped turning on in less than 6 months and trying to work with LG's customer service is IMPOSSIBLE. Its been over 2 weeks since I filed a ticket and both me and the technician they contracted are just waiting for more communication from LG with NOTHING. I just got off the phone with their service rep and she basically told me to keep waiting and they wouldn't give me a replacement until its been a MONTH. Can you believe that??? Totally absurd for me to just sit here with a glorified paperweight on my TV stand for a month. God forbid there's a show or a game I want to catch in that time. Will LG reimburse me for going to watch a show at a bar or pub?? No chance, steer clear their customer service is absolutely terrible and thats not even to mention how quickly the thing crapped out in the first place. For over a thousand dollars I would expect the thing to work for more than 6 months. Unacceptable!
