I bought a large TV for my bedroom because the distance from the wall it's mounted on is far from where I watch from. I wish I had bought this TV for my family room last year and not the other brand that I did. The LG OLED exceeded my expectations! Thank you.

So the first delivery is scheduled and driver never shows up. The only thing they tell you is that they will call you to reschedule, so you will have no idea when the delivery will come. And the next delivery is scheduled a week later. Again, they are not able to deliver it, the answer I got this time is also wait for them to call to reschedule. If LG care about its customer, just change your delivery partner, otherwise consider to buy anything from the website. You will probably save yourself by buying from Amazon who has at least reliable delivery time. Also don't get tricked and mislead by the free installation service in the page. They will not help you set up. The explanation I got from LG is that I need to purchase a separate stand for it. Why would I need a separate stand when the TV has one build-in? You will be probably better off by buying TV elsewhere

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unreliable Wi-Fi - Great as a big monitor! Purchase one of these from Costco... Got it home and the wi-fi didn't work (just kept spinning looking for networks). Returned and got another one... Same thing. Decided to do the service call thing this time... First visit, changed Wi-Fi card. Same. Second visit, changed Motherboard. Same. Third visit, replaced internal cables.. SAME. Returning to Costco and getting a different brand. Yes: I rebooted it, factory reset it, change the wifi router, all of the above.... It's bad hardware. Buyer Beware if you're planning on using it on WiFi. Also: The box said it was Wi-Fi 6 but the specs say it's Wi-Fi 5 (which would only matter if it worked anyway ;-)). We ended up watching on a wired connection (but the wired connection maxes at 100Mbps so it's a bit choppy sometimes). On the plus side... Picture is amazing. If you're using a Chromecast or Roku, this might be a good option for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware - LG Does not Value its repeat customers BEWARE THE GREEN BLOB. My TV has a giant green blob in the middle of the screen. LG not standing by their products, in this case a 55” LG OLED B Series. Additionally, their referral network of technicians all charge more for repairs than the TVs are worth. Multiple calls and chats with technical service and customer service who are perplexed by the issue, even though you can find numerous threads online citing to the GREEN BLOB issue. LG prefers to ignore its existence. No one at LG can fix my issue, they keep referring me to repair technicians who say I’m better off trashing it and buying new. I own 5 LG TVs and they won’t help me with this issue, and are telling me to buy a new one. Why would I buy another LG after this experience?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT ORDER FROM LG. I IGNORED THE SAME REVIEWTOO I read a 1 start review which talked about LG customer service to be the absolute worst and I IGNORED IT. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. LG messed up the delivery of my order and lost the TV that I had ordered. Forget about getting any information if your order is lost. On top of that, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL the order or get a refund until they find the TV at their backend. That means you are not getting your order or your money until they sort their backend. It took me 5 DAYS, 10 phone calls (30 min each), chats, emails and twitter to finally someone to look into my case and tell me that the TV was lost and I will not get the money back until they find the TV and after they do they will take 5-7 days to investigate my case. Only then I can think about a refund request started. DO NOT TRUST THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.

Our room is somewhat dark, so I adjusted the brightness to lighten the picture. Its really easy to make adjustments with this tv. We are so pleased we made this purchase and with the special prices during this season, I strongly suggest giving this one a shot!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, but... This television had unquestionably the best picture of all the televisions in the show room. Vivid colors, crisp detail. The best. Now the problems. There currently is no broadcast or streaming service putting out program material to take advantage of such a picture. The signal just isn't up to those standards. What's the point of paying for such a television picture if there's no programming capable of showing it? Also, the television is not intuitive. It is hard to use, hard to simply watch. I don't know if it's because they wanted to make it so capable or if they wanted to make it accessible from 15 different directions, or what. But it's difficult to get it to do simply what you want it to do.

I get random "playback failed" messages from time to time but I suspect it's more of a Dish software problem than an LG problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's ok I would say this is an average tv. Our big disappointment is that we are unable to use our old wireless headphones with this tv as there is no port to plug them into. I get everything is bluetooth now. The reception on our old headphones was superior to what we are getting now on bluetooth. My husband is extremely hard of hearing. It was easier to watch tv for me when he could blast his headphones and I listened to the tv at a much lower level. We have to go thru a few steps to get this to work on the new tv. It was much easier on our old brand. Chat support was disappointing. I chatted one person online when I couldn't get the bluetooth + tv speaker sound out option to work. I was told "The TV can only do one at a time for its sound out option." I was all set to return this tv as this was just not going to work for us. I chatted someone else the next day and they were able to get this option working for me.

The colors are vivid. The screen is super thin. Picture is absolutely stunning. Whilst watching football, he said it feels like he's on the field. He loves this set so much, he's since divorced me and married this TV. I will miss him, but hope they live happily ever after.

The quality of this TV is incredible, useful features like split screen. The TV itself is light for its size and extremely flat. I love it honestly. I was always a Samsung guy but, there are levels to this, and LG is in a league of its own.

The picture is quite good and smoothly transitions during fast action movement on the screen. Surprisingly the speakers are quite good and provide a good stereo sound and loud so no need for a sound bar or external speakers unless you're looking for surround sound, of course. It's very intuitive to use the smart tv functions and being able to use the Magic Remote mouse is a great addition. I've even discovered some nice functions like scrolling the mouse button up and down allows one to scroll through channels without using the channel up and down buttons. The home screen is clean and easy to navigate via the Magic Remote mouse or arrows. It is nice that one can set the TV to open to the last item viewed when turning it on. It was also quite easy to access my MS Office online and check out documents, emails, pics, etc. Overall, I'm very happy with the TV, it's picture, sound, and smart functions.

I was hoping to get it by Thanksgiving, It’s Christmas and hasn’t received yet and no hope of receiving it in any near future. The phone support is so terrible, winning a lottery might be easy than getting in touch with a person on phone. The best advice they have is write an email to support. I keep sending emails and they are so busy, they won't even reply. Guys send me the TV or give me money back. Seriously, this is the worst experience ever.

LG customer service has been completely useless throughout my delays in shipment. Their customer service email is an unreachable inbox, you will never get a response. Their phones reps are clueless and the website status's/autogenerated emails are often incomplete, conflicting, and not clear. Their delivery partner RXO is a similar story. They delayed the shipment multiple times and their customer service is equally as terrible. DO yourself a favor and order any LG product from somewhere else or skip LG altogether.

The picture is truly best in class, the audio options are very good and the picture viewing options are VERY helpful. LC does a great job of updating the software too. The only CON is the quality of the remote. Please completely reengineer the remote. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Confusing I set it up myself since I'm pretty handy and knowledgeable. The papers that came with it left a lot to be desired. Just some pictures. Very confusing screen come up when I turn it on and have to search for picture to get to the TV input. I've hit the wrong picture on the screen and then had to figure out how to get back to the tv input. Actually wish I kept my old plasma tv as there was nothing wrong with it. Picture on the new tv is great though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall a top shelf television Very good TV. Picture is excellent as you would expect these days. The smoothness and crispness of the action is outstanding. I am happy with the ease that the remote operates. Everything I need is handy and doesn't have too much extraneous errata all about the screen. Small point: we are using a sound bar (which I would recommend). When your sound goes to the sound bar, the increase or decrease in volume is not shown as a number (i.e. 12 low sound, 18 higher, etc). It simply has the + sign or minus while adjusting. Not too important but I am used to knowing what number level my tv is on, and "Alexa, put volume on 15" is no longer applicable. Overall and excellent TV

Connected to my streaming box remote automatically. However, the tv now says "no signal" after working fine for hours. Haven't figured out the problem yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New TV damaged From the Box - LG is Silent Straight out of the box, this tv had a bent corner. I call in to LG and sit in hold for half an hour only to be referred to a text message conversation. I give the info they want and then they go completely silent. What kind of faith is this supposed to instill in your customer base? I had high hopes for this, not so much anymore. All I have asked for is a replacement new tv or complete refund. That really isn’t unreasonable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from crisp picture and intuitive interface We purchased this as a replacement for the LG 55" flatscreen we purchased in 2005. Nothing wrong with the 2005 model but nothing lasts forever. The older model will go to the exercise room. Beautiful picture and color. Spent some time getting the sound quality where we wanted it, but so far, so good. Hoping this will provide the same quality as the older model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO Picture after 10 months Actually last years model (OLED55B2PUA). Beautiful picture but at only 10 months old THE TV WON'T TURN ON and needs a new control panel. After endless hours on with tech support still waiting for a call from repair team to call me back for an appointment. How long this will take one only knows!!!! So frustrating... Hate being without the tv and insane that it died in such a short time. Obviously very poorly made...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV - Makes Movie Watching Next Level. After doing way too much research on my next tv and going to see a number of different brands, I ended up with and LG OLED B3. Every time I turn it on I am blown away by the clarity and quality of the picture and even the sound. The way it renders color make the TV and movies look better and I expect it's more how it was originally shot. Sounds amazing even without the theatre receiver turned on. Couldn't be happier. Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Auto dimming ruins the tv This tv is everything you could ask for! It has brilliant color and amazing contrast and black levels that have you in awe of the picture. That is until you are watching a dark scene and find yourself completely taken out of the moment because you cant even see what’s going on. Then when the scene finally changes to daytime you can see the tv violently boost the brightness back up where it should be. It absolutely ruins the movie watching experience, it is so distracting. Even my parents who don’t typically notice this type of thing sat that wondering what the heck was going on. So extremely frustrated.

The TV works fine.
