Burned out pixels after 2 weeks
First I had problems with the delivery. I asked for a tv stand set up. They failed to deliver the tv stand. So I had to log in and purchase it even though it was supposed to come free with the tv. However I did get a $200 credit which didn’t cover tax and shipping. Because the stand didn’t come with the tv. I had to wait one week for the setup. A week later pixels appeared. Instead of getting a replacement, which would be the right thing to for, it’s getting repaired. A two week replacement period is very short . Very disappointed in this $6000 tv.

Best TV I've ever watched in any house, anywhere.
This is my favorite TV ever, by a wide margin. It is a remarkable device with amazing performance. Other than a few criticisms, this is the finest TV I've ever watched.
First off, allow me to say how angry I was when I opened the package and there was no stand to which to attach this TV. In my living room where this is placed, wall mounting is not an option; it is resting on an entertainment center. I unboxed this TV and was all set to get right to work, and had to stop in my tracks and rebox it for lack of any means to put up the TV. The LG website and other online listings all showed the dimensions both with and without the stand, and NOTHING I saw or read told me the stand was a separate purchase. So I was forced to spend another unplanned $200 and wait another several days before setting up the TV. Bad first impression, irritated with LG. Nevertheless, now that I have it, the stand does its job fine. It's a nice low profile and unintrusive. I do not care for the upward tilt, as the TV is already sitting up rather high on an entertainment center. I'm sure there's a stability-related reason for the tilt, but the engineering of the stand should be different so the TV can face straight forward, level. A larger stand profile would not have been a problem.
The setup was easy, no complaints. Self explanatory, simple enough. The Magic remote is neat, very similar to Nintendo Wii. It was my first time with such a remote but it only took me a few seconds to figure out how it worked and begin using it to operate the TV. It also allows for a very clean, simple remote control face, leaving a nice uncluttered layout that I appreciate. I would want to be able to use an older, traditional style of remote, which is available with a readily obtainable universal remote, so no objections here.
The rear of the TV is also very simple and clean. A few HDMI and USB ports, and a small number of miscellaneous ports -- excellent, and with no major limit to function. The eARC/ARC HDMI port is a must-have to enable a premium external audio experience, so I'm glad this critical feature was not overlooked.
Regarding the sound and picture quality -- I actually had a unique and handy advantage in evaluating this TV. My prior TV is an LG 75UH6550, a 75" LG LED HDTV. I therefore was able to directly compare an older LG with older tech to this new set. This helped me really determine with pristine accuracy what is not only good about this new model and tech, but more specifically what has improved over past years and to what degree.
The sound quality is about the same as my 75", and that's a good thing because it's excellent. It's easy to put a garbage or mediocre sound system in a TV because so many novice TV watchers don't understand that sound is a huge part of the viewing experience. LG did not, and still does not, disappoint here. The sound is very good, especially considering how thin the panel now is and how little room there is to put good speakers in there. Job well done. Those who truly care will use an A/V receiver; those who don't care or can't have a receiver will still enjoy a good sound experience.
The picture quality: wow. Just freaking wow. LG makes an outstanding OLED panel. The contrast is simply the best I've ever seen on any TV, ever. The brightness, how colors look together, how colors pop on the screen, and how blacks are FINALLY BLACK. My 75" LED TV's greatest shortcoming is that blacks were washed out and not distinctive due to backlight bleedthru. This TV, with the ability to shut off a pixel to get complete darkness at the pixel level, is perfect. On movies with black bars, for the first time I can forget the bars are even there, because I can't even see them. Picture detail is so incredibly crisp and fine, I found myself rewinding multiple dark scenes just to appreciate them all over again on this magnificent display.
I have an immense media library, so I was able to view all kinds of content at all kinds of levels. Color and contrast is amazing, both on 4k and 1080p resolutions, as is image detail. At times when image detail was average or poor, it was clear that the TV was not at fault. This display is so good, that it reveals the quality of the video source. The TV was never the limiting factor to a great image, it was always the media that was the bottleneck. Movies that looked poor in 4k -- such as older grainy movies that were upscaled from an HD source (e.g. Air Force One) -- paled in comparison to newer movies that were encoded from a 4k source (e.g. Hunger Games). This panel's 4k ability is remarkable, so I can't blame it when a bad bluray is at fault.
I was able to confirm this by taking high quality 4k blurays and re-encoding them down to 1080p resolution. A good downscaled 1080p encode looked even better than a poor quality 4k bluray. This was solid confirmation that the TV itself was not at fault for poor image quality. I also have many 1080p movies, so I was able to observe many levels of HD quality and see how reveals well this display could reproduce a high quality non-4k image. I tried it with old drawn animation (e.g. Beauty and the Beast), computer generated animation (e.g. Toy Story), and live action (e.g. Airheads). Sometimes it was hard to tell a video source was only 1080p because it looked so good, a true testament to how well this panel works.
I also tried watching some TV series blurays. These typically have much lower bitrates, and it showed. They didn't all look bad, but most did lack the pristine quality of a high bitrate 1080p movie. My 75" LED TV makes the difference between great and mediocre HD source quality much harder to differentiate, meaning it lacks the ability to show a really great 1080p image. This new TV solves that problem in a big way.
In short, this TV is one of the greatest things I own. I've excitedly watched hours and hours of various-quality content on it, and the really good stuff looks REALLY GOOD on it. Sound is very good, picture is freaking excellent, this TV is a big fat winner. I have poker night coming up with some good friends this weekend and I WILL be bragging about this TV. A couple of them are fellow videophiles so I'm sure they'll be interested!

Very heavy and hard to get on the wall. Great slim design. Power cables all behind the TV in a box to hide them. Pricey but worth it. Great screen display. Love the report. Has like a movable mouse which is kinda cool. Has the option for all your subscriptions and even music.

The TV That Ruined Every Other TV for Me
I picked up the LG OLED83G6WUA using a discount code, and honestly, it made pulling the trigger on an 83-inch OLED a lot easier. The savings were great, but the real star here is the TV itself. This thing is enormous—in the best possible way. Once it's on, the picture quality is absolutely stunning, with perfect blacks, incredible contrast, and colors that practically jump off the screen.
The first thing I watched wasn't even a movie—it was random demo footage because I couldn't stop staring at how good everything looked. Whether it's movies, sports, gaming, or streaming, everything feels more immersive and cinematic. Dark scenes especially are where this TV really shows off what OLED can do.
The only downside? It has completely ruined other TVs for me. Now every screen I look at gets compared to this one and comes up short. If you've been thinking about upgrading and can snag a deal like I did, prepare to be spoiled

Stunning picture quality and true-to-life color, perfect for a home theater experience.
This LG OLED delivers truly impressive picture quality — deep, realistic blacks and vibrant colors even in darks scenes, as you can see in the shadow detail in the photo. Setup was quick and the connection process was simple. Instructions were clear, though I’d recommend and extra pair of hands given the screen size. The design is sleek and blends nicely into our living room decor. For the price, the OLED quality and size make it a worthwhile investment for anyone wanting a true home theater experience.

Picture quality is stunning
We are really happy with the LG OLED EVO AI G6 tv. With our previous tv, we struggled with a lot of glare and reflection because we have windows lining the wall to the right of the tv. We always had to close the blinds in order to watch comfortably. This new tv has significantly reduced the reflection, which has made a huge difference.
The picture quality is excellent. It is crisp, vivid and truly impressive. Everything looks clear and sharp. Dolby vision makes the picture look even better, with excellent contrast, rich colors and a more cinematic feel.
The smart tv features are easy to use, apps load quickly, which makes streaming simple and convenient.
The installation was pretty easy, but one thing to know is that the included wall mount is designed for 16 inch studs. Once installed, the tv sits flush against the wall, which gives it a clean and modern look. Also, it does not come with a stand.
Overall, this is an amazing tv with excellent picture quality, a sleek flush-wall design and handles glare or reflection very well.

Stay Away Major Problems
TV came with horrible vertical lines visible in almost all content except bright HDR content, but they said this isn’t covered under warranty even though other people don’t have this problem so I would STRONGLY advise people to stay away since the vertical lines are extremely distracting and the warranty appears to be a farce

Fantastic Anti Glare
This is a great TV. Our old TV got so dark you couldn't even see the screen anymore so we've been researching new TVs. We decided on this LG OLED 77". The picture is so sharp and crisp, the sound is great and a good anti glare screen was a must have for us as we get strong afternoon sun right into the living room (which I love but it didn't make for good TV watching with our old tv) this anti glare screen is amazing. It has a purplish tint while the TV is off but it works sooo well when its on and bright in our room. Definitely a good buy. Delivery was a different story but it is a 3rd party, not LG.

The LG OLED G6 combines incredible 4K picture quality with smart features and an impressive selection of free channels.
I’m very happy with the 77 inch LG OLED G6 television. The picture quality is absolutely amazing when watching 4K content. The image is incredibly clear, sharp, and detailed, making movies, sports, and streaming shows look fantastic. The colors are vibrant, and the OLED display really stands out. For non-4K channels, the picture quality is still good, but it is not nearly as crisp as true 4K content. If you watch a lot of 4K programming, this TV really shines. The 77 inch size is perfect for my wall and makes a huge impact in the room without feeling overwhelming. One of the reasons I chose this model was the gallery style design. Initially, we had it wall mounted with the wires visible, and it sat completely flush against the wall. While it looks sleek, the exposed wires took away from the overall appearance. We later had the wires run through the wall, which looks much cleaner and more professional. The trade-off is that the TV no longer sits quite as flush against the wall as it did originally, but the cleaner installation was well worth it. I also love that it’s a smart TV. Setting up and downloading all of my favorite streaming apps was easy, and everything is conveniently accessible in one place. One feature that pleasantly surprised me was the number of free channels included with LG channels. I wasn’t expecting to have access to so much free content right out of the box. There are channels for news, movies, sports, and more, which adds a lot of value without needing additional subscriptions. The included remote is simple, and intuitive, and easy to use. There is a stand available for purchase separately, but we preferred the clean look of a wall mounted installation. Overall, this is an excellent TV outstanding 4K picture quality, a beautiful design, and easy to use smart features. If you’re looking for a premium large screen TV, the LG OLED G6 is a great choice. ?

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this product. My G6 has burn-in in under three weeks of owning it. This should not happen with normal viewing. I have not been watching static content for hours on end. Just varied content on YouTube movies, etc. etc.. Getting nowhere with LG for Help. I will never buy another product directly from LG again. I will buy it from Best Buy or Costco because they will return or exchange it within a reasonable window. I’m so disgusted after spending $4500 plus $200 on a stand to have a TV with burn-in this early. Not to mention the Dolby Vision and motion handling issues this TV has It was not ready to be released obviously, but they released it anyways. I think eventually, it will be an amazing TV after months and months of updates, but right now it’s not perfect by any means. And seriously, burn-in in under three weeks Is unacceptable not to mention I’m getting no help from LG with this.

Well, done LG! Price point is high, but the technology is great!
The packaging of this TV was built very well, so the TV arrived safely. Due to how many cables I was going to plug into the back of the TV, I felt like it was a little difficult to flush mount. Unsure if that’s due to my cable size and length or if the functionality of cable management was too difficult to handle 4 HDMI cables. This is by far one of the thinnest TVs I’ve had. Typically I can install a TV by myself, but I definitely needed somebody to assist me due to its weight. I highly suggest only installing this into studs since the TV weighs more than 75Ish plus pounds. TV doesn’t seem to be putting off a lot of heat, but I’ve only had the TV running for about 30 minutes. Kind of wish the TV free stand came with it, but since this is a gallery TV, I understand the purpose of not having it.

Great tv!
Starting with the tv itself - it’s incredible. The tv is huge and works really well. The screen is so clear and audio is too that it has made watching tv so enjoyable. There are so many features, apps, capabilities of this tv we don’t even know what to do with it all yet! The way the magic remote scans the screen as if it were a comp it or mouse is such a fun new way to watch tv. No complaints with the actual tv! The only downside of this whole process was the instructions to mount the tv were challenging and didn’t come with every single thing needed in order to hang it on every type of wall. We were also given the choice to use the Angi service to have it mounted free of charge and it was absolutely terrible. The “professional” had no clue what he was doing and basically ruined the wall. Other than that, I recommend the tv but hang yourself!

Disappointed
Well, for about a month this TV was amazing. The updates .67.69 increase the brightness a great deal In vivid mode to where real content was bright and punchy and a step above the competition. Then I updated to .73 and the brightness in vivid mode has been cut down and it is no longer hitting hard like it did. It’s actually looking just like my C4 and C5. So if you’re looking to buy a really bright TV, save your money and get the midtier one because LG tends to push brightness to get people to buy it and then they dial it back down because they’re afraid of the TV having burn in. They did this with the G5 too. I want my money back because I feel like this is not the TV I purchased and it basically has been false advertising. You can’t sell a TV as the brightest OLED you ever made and then cut the brightness After everyone buys it

This is my first LG TV. i connect two HDMI devices. One reason I bought it is to use MultiView which allows you to see two HDMI inputs at same time. LG requires you to sign into some account. there is no reason for that. They want to collect your data despite you spending thousands on a premium TV. the remote control as a mouse is hard to use. the picture is nice though.

The best TV available for people who want the ultimate viewing experience.
We upgraded from an 65-inch LG OLED that was about 8 years old. I had doubts about how much of an upgrade we would notice with the OLED77G6WUA beyond the bigger screen. I was stunned at how much brighter, bigger, and clearer the G6 is. The included wall mount was very simple to install and with the thin frame the TV looks like a piece of art on the wall. The UX is simple and friendly to use and made the time between opening the box to watching movies super short. The HDMI-CEC features allow the tv to control all my devices simply with the included remote. It is truly a top of the line experience.

Very disappointed
I was super excited about this TV with the new panel tech and the brightness boost. Unfortunately, it’s not going very well. Within a week strange burn in like blotches started to appear on the panel. I noticed it during regular content so I ran a dirty screen test and it was extremely visible. These TVs are supposed to have procedures in place to protect them and burn in under normal viewing should never happen within a week or two of owning. It’s brand new TV. There have also been many other issues that have been addressed by reviewers upon release as well. I’m hoping this bad panel issue. I’m having gets resolved quickly through LG.
One thing I will say the improved fine detail over the G5 as a huge step up. I will definitely say this TV has potential for incredible image quality and possibly being the best TV of the year as long as there isn’t something actually wrong with the new tandem panel technology, causing people to get early burn in. Right now I’m extremely disappointed after spending $4500 on a TV that should never have issues like this. It’s hard for me to give this anything more than two stars at this point. The only reason it’s getting two stars is because of its potential. Fingers crossed that my panel issues are resolved through LG’s warranty..

Incredible picture quality and ultra thin
One of the most impressive TV I have owned! Picture quality is amazing and a HUGE upgrade from my LG OLED 2018 model. Colors, black effect and contrast are incredible and everything looks very sharp and immersive. I was surprised by how bright it gets, even with so much natural light in my room, picture doesn’t looked washed out.
It is also very thin (great design!) and looks very neat mounted on my tile wall.
I wish LG upgraded the UI too - works fine but doesn’t feel very different than what they had years ago.
I wanted this to be the centerpiece of my living room and I am not disappointed. Very happy with my purchase.

Simply the best
I had been waiting to pick up a large TV for my living room, and I'm glad this is where I ended up. My previous TV had a VA panel with local dimming and this OLED is a massive improvement in every way. The blacks are pitch black, with no halo effect you can get with local dimming. Nearly instantaneous response times with no smearing. Much better color reproduction that leads to a very vivid viewing experience. Gamers will appreciate the 165Hz refresh rate as well. The remote uses motion controls that are fun and very intuitive to use. For screen calibration the TV will show you a series of images with different options applied (gamma, brightness, sharpness, etc.) and you will pick your favorite from each series and at the end get a personalized picture profile. I think this is a fun way to help the average person get the most out of their TV and make it their own. If you opt for the stand the TV does sit back at an angle which can be noticeable. Not a big deal, but thought I would mention it. Personally, I would recommend using the wall mount if you have that option. Overall it's a fantastic TV, and with LG's post-launch support it will continue to be for years to come.

Premium OLED Performance That Lives Up to the Hype
After spending several weeks with the LG OLED77G6WUA as our primary TV for movies, sports, gaming, and everyday streaming, it's clear this is a premium television that delivers an outstanding overall experience.
The build quality immediately stands out. The panel feels exceptionally well-made with a slim, premium design that looks fantastic mounted on the wall. Despite its large 77-inch size, it feels sturdy and well-engineered, with excellent fit and finish. Nothing creaks or flexes during installation, giving confidence that it's built to last.
The included remote is comfortable to hold and intuitive to use, The pointer function makes navigating menus and streaming apps much faster than traditional directional buttons, and voice controls respond accurately for searching content or adjusting settings. Dedicated streaming shortcuts are also a welcome convenience.
From an ergonomics standpoint, everyday use is effortless. The webOS interface is responsive, inputs switch quickly, and settings are logically organized. Whether adjusting picture modes for movies, enabling Game Optimizer for console gaming, or customizing audio, everything is easy to access. The anti-reflective screen performs well in brighter rooms while still delivering exceptional contrast in darker environments.
After extensive daily use, the TV has remained consistent and reliable. It powers on quickly, maintains a stable Wi-Fi connection, and shows no signs of performance degradation. The premium construction and high-quality materials inspire confidence in its long-term durability.
Overall, the LG OLED77G6WUA is an exceptional television. Between its premium build, user-friendly remote, thoughtful ergonomics, and dependable performance after extensive testing, it has exceeded expectations and has become the centerpiece of our home entertainment setup. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone looking for a flagship OLED experience.

Biggest tv I’ve ever had. The clarity is second to none absolute beautiful display nothing on the market beats it. A little on the expensive side but to me it was worth every penny. Easily adapted to any video game console and amazing to game on the refresh rate for this size screen is ridiculous.

Stunning Picture Quality and Effortless Setup
I want sure how this new tv would be since I haven’t had a LG tv before. The design of it is incredible, the ultra thin screen makes it look like wall art, and the wall mount it came with give it a sleek gallery appearance that would look incredible in any of the rooms in my house. I wasn’t sure how the set up would be but surprisingly it was so simple and straightforward with directions on what to do. There were even directions on the wall mounting installations! When I turned it on to set it up the picture was clear and the tv guided me step by step through each individual step process which made it easier than expected. When I was connecting my play station and streaming devices they all connected quickly. The smart features on the tv are fast with responding and navigating between the different apps and inputs. Between the clear perfect OLED picture quality it gives, the elegant design it was made, how simple the set up was, and especially how reliable the performance is, this TV is ideal. If you’re looking for a top-tier home entertainment experience, this LG tv is perfect for you and worth every penny.

Amazing tv with exceptional picture quality
The LG oled65g6 has completely exceeded my expectations and is easily the best tv I have ever used. First thing that stood out was the incredible picture quality. The oiled display produces deep blacks and vibrant colors that make everything look lifelike. Whether I’m watching a movie streaming shows or sport every scene has amazing contrast sharp detail and rich colors. Bright defense look stunning thanks to the exceptional brightness while the darker scenes still reveal incredible detail without looking washed out. Even in a bright room the screen does a fantastic job minimizing reflections so the picture stays clear. Gaming on this tv is just as impressive. The ultra fast response time and high refresh rate make gameplay feel incredibly smooth and fast moving scenes stay crisp with no motion blur. The built in smart features are another huge plus. The interface is actually fast easy to navigate and gives us quick access to all of our streaming apps. Dolby vision and Dolby atmospheres make movies feel much more cinematic with beautiful hdr visuals and immersive sound that adds to the experience. The gallery design is awesome makes the tv look even more premium as it sits flush to my wall creating a modern look. The tv has built in cable management to help keep things organized and out of the way. I can’t recommend this tv enough.

Great for Gaming
Really enjoying the tv. I normally only use it for gaming and movies. Works and looks fantastic. Only issue is having to go into the menu to change inputs. Not a major issue, just something I noticed. Outside of that, I am really liking it!

The best tv we’ve ever owned
What a huge upgrade this was from our old LED! Bright vivid colors- crisp blacks, the motion is insane! It’s as if you are watching events in real life. It tends to get underused with all of the cartoons we watch having a toddler. Can’t wait to watch Avatar and other films that really excel with this level of tv. Highly recommend to anyone wanting the best picture possible.

LG G6 55”
Picture quality is very good. When you output the audio to an amp/speakers while watching a movie there is a .5 second audio delay and unless you are a lip reader this makes viewing video difficult. I have used every parameter in the LG tv to try and synchronize the audio to no avail. Not sure what to do now. Probably would return it if I could.

Stunning picture quality with sleek, modern design
i am literally blown away by this TV. the picture quality is insane. The blacks are so deep, and the colors are instantly vibrant for movie nights or hosting sports watching parties. The sleek, ultra thin design upgrades the whole vibe of the living room. The smart operation and user interface are super intuitive, making it effortless to jump between streaming apps. Connectivity is a super easy too, especially for gaming consoles or hooking up sound systems without any lag. It comes with solid mount support so installation was simple and feels secure. It’s defiantly an investment piece, but 100% worth it for how high end it is.

Great with a few issues
Overall this is a great TV. The visuals are a 10/10, but there are problems I wish they would fix.
1st problem, no steam link or moonlight support. My gaming PC is in another room, but I can't stream games to the TV. Competition has this feature and it's pretty disappointing WebOS doesn't support it.
2nd problem, eARC audio disconnections. I use a pair of Klipsch the Fives speakers over eARC, but they occasionally disconnect and switch to using the TVs built in speakers. Some days it doesn't disconnect, others I have to switch it back to eARC multiple times. Not a deal breaker, but definitely annoying to deal with while watching a movie.
Neither of these are deal breakers, but with this being an expensive flagship TV it's enough to drop the TV down a star.
Bottom line, if you have a bright room like me this TV is a game changer, as long as these gripes aren't too annoying to you.
