I have dealt with the Best Buy Geek Squad and LG customer service for well over 2 months and the issue has still not been corrected due to unavailability of replacement tv or parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lasted 18 Months After 18 months, a 2x2 darkened area appeared on the screen. You can still see the image, but that area is darker than the rest. It looks like a backlight issue. LG was unable to provide me with a repair technician in Southwest Florida. I was told to search my area myself and still have not found. I wish I had known this before I spent $3000 on their product.

OK for less than 2 years n started experiencing issues. A mistake to switch. Went back to buying a QNED 65” and it is amazing. Way to go LG!

LG was very helpful and they replaced our tv within a few days. The persons the delivered and set up our new tv were very helpful and informative. So far, I can say we are pleased with our purchase.

After I had some pixel retention and screen burn in, which I was forewarned could happen, I was reluctant to go with another. This model offers almost the same picture quality. Very happen with this QNED. TV sound is better than others but still needs a sound bar or surround sound. I do have issues with the operating system as I can’t get every app but I’ve worked around it.

Lots of options in picture settings so a little over whelming getting it dialed in but it looks great once you do. For watching movies Filmmaker mode is great. Blacks are really good….perhaps not oled level but close. If you’re looking for a mini led you can’t beat it in this price range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MiniLed = Stunning Display LG’s MiniLed technology has produced a display that almost equals an OLED display experience without question. In a bright room like ours, it is superior than OLED in my opinion. At 75” with the shades down, you literally have your own private movie theater with this technology. OLED may produce a marginally better image but you will be paying a disproportionately and a painfully higher price for a small increase in quality – and only in a room that is not bright. 8k TV’s are next level, though at present you simply can’t take advantage of this technology, as content sources few and far between. LG QNED operating system is intuitive. The remote control does not match the technology of the television though. It is not lighted, making navigation difficult in a dark room. It also has a higher learning curve. As a remote control is also the venue in which you will interact most directly with the television, I gave it four stars. Other than that this is a fabulous purchase.

It needs its own apps for instance to show photos from Google photos. Would benefit from a slightly faster processor too.

It is dead. It took over one week to get a technician from Brandsmart. He needs to order some pieces, but the pieces are back order. Seems like I won’t have a TV for over one month! I have two phone and insisted to get some answers….Terrible service! And also, this TV is not compatible with Alexa. Very disappointing…

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal picture! I have had this tv for 3 weeks now and the picture is amazing. I have watched some nature documentary movies and on here, they were outstanding. The picture is just phenomenal. I love the fact that it has so many apps already loaded onto the tv so I did not have to download that many, but it is super easy to add any additional ones you need. I found that the sound from this tv is much better than the old soundbar I had (bought in 2014) so I got rid of that. The only thing I really do not like, and it is an LG thing, is the pointer. I would rather just click up and down and across as opposed to have the pointer. This is my second LG tv so I knew I would have this feature. It is the only reason I do not give the tv 5 stars. Outside of that, I highly recommend this tv.

Occasionally the picture goes black and I have to change the channel and then go back to the channel I was watching which is now on. I spoke to the LG customer service gentleman who said that the TV was “operating in normal tolerances and would not refund my money”. Really!! I am beyond irritated by the TV and LG!

The new 65QNED85UQA is working great. One of the biggest noticible improvements is with the sound. It is awsome. My only suggestion to improve would be to allow for more options to incorporate the tv with other components of a home theater.

It doesn’t do it all the time but often enough to be really annoying. I’ve contacted customer service twice - that too was very annoying. Both times the persons English was not understandable. Both ran remote tests but no solution. I asked both to send a technician to my home to evaluate the problem and repair it, or replace the tv. $2000.00 for a tv with a problem is not what I expect.

I’ve contacted customer service to get the problem fixed without success. It was very hard to understand the agents who did remote tests but solved nothing. Both times I asked for a technician be sent to my home to evaluate, repair or arrange for a replacement tv. Both resisted that request and have apparently ignored it. $2000.00 is a lot of money to spend for a tv with a problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 55" does NOT come with the narrow stand option I've read really good things about the TV, so I'm hesitant to give it a one star. But LG didn't put the narrow stand fittings on the 55" so I can't fit it on my center cabinet. Thus, I haven't been able to use the TV at all. My cabinet is 40" wide, that is NOT small! This TV was marketed to have the two options for the base stands, I wouldn't have thought getting a different size would "price me out of that option." Be better than this LG, I'm a longtime fan but not today.

I had purchased 2 years of warranty through best buy for this LG TV. somehow this waranty got cancelled within 1 year of this TV purchase and i lost TV warranty coverage. best buy is not ready to diagnose this TV issue and i am kind f nowhere now. I had a lot of hopes from this TV about its quality, but it is completely failed at our expectations.

Also the screen mirroring with my iPhone is just *chefs kiss* Only thing i wish though is i watch anime, while Funimation is on the LG store Crunchyroll is not, which is not to big of a deal since i Can just mirror play from my phone but would be easier with an app on the TV. Other than that screen quality is great, response time is also great and i have 0 complaints about the TV and am very satisfied. LG never disappoints with their TVs.

After figuring out the setting to get it working with my AMD video card at 120fps... it's been amazing for gaming and watching movies . Only one thing that bugs me is I keep getting messages about it recording... what's it recording? Where is it sending it? I don't want my information of what's going on in my PC being recorded and possibly leaked to someone else... Now I'm wondering if it has a camera in it as well... Just how secure is the TV I wonder... Looking for information but so far haven't found it. BUT other than that.. I love the TV. I never have to adjust gamma for dKr scenes anymore. I can see everything clearly. You definately want a second person to set it up safely. I struggled to get it up myself due to its shear size. The weight isn't too much.. but it's so larges it's hard to handle at its weight. I was afraid I might damage the screen trying to man handle it by myself.. So make sure you get help.

My husband loves to watch his beloved Twins on this TV. Since he is retired it makes it much easier to see the game. It is almost better then being at the game.
