Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY. It didn’t even last two years before there was a power issue. Turns on, no picture, and has the red light. Came completely out of nowhere. No warning signs. Nothing. $500 and wont even get you 2 years. And of course it’s out of warranty. Wish I could give zero stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disconnects to Wifi even when plugged in The TV itself is nice, but it keeps disconnecting from the WIFI, even when it is wired in. I have it where the wifi connects to the TV but everyday it tells me that the TV disconnected from the wifi. When I am doing my work, it is so tedious having to keep unplugging a TV that is faulty on its own and has nothing to do with the user.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG Dissapoints We have had a delivery delay THREE TIMES! Our television was under warranty and I had to argue, and go to the BBB before I received any type of help. Now LG absolutely refuses to allow us to pick up the television at the Hub an hour away. If the Television does not arrive on this third delivery I not only am going to the BBB again, I ILL indeed go to Every SINGLE News station and newspaper! I am outraged.

We had an issue with some buttons on the remote repeatedly sticking. I called customer service last week and they were amazing to work with; they quickly shipped out a new remote to us, free of charge, as it is still under warranty. We are very pleased!

The power did cut out and the board inside needed to be replaced, but LG sent out a local technician and he did a fantastic job getting it back up and working. He even showed me how to optimize the sound and a few other features. It's a great TV and dealing with LG to get it repaired under warranty was fantastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV INSTALL PROBLEMS I still have not been able to bring this TV on line with NETFLIX. Cannot get past the user agreement. I have spent quite a lot of time with tech support and they cannot give me the support I need to bring this TV up and running. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value at the price for base 65" LG TV. We bought this TV about a month ago. Setup was simple and works seamlessly with our LG Sound bar. And for the casual TV viewer -- the picture was crisp and bright. That being said, a few points to note, its clear some webOS apps are not optimized and so seem somewhat sluggish. LG should probably incentivize its 3rd party support to really get this down because the experience matters. Another thing is the remote. There are just way too many buttons and they are so bunched together, its hard for the viewer (esp in the dark) to navigate with no backlit buttons. Frankly would recommend LG hire a design team to build a more intuitive remote. The result would be fewer parts and less cost on the remote plus a better experience.

Said it would be replaced in less than 7 days. When we scheduled the delivery, the earliest option was 5-6 weeks out. Called/emailed to discuss and did not get a reply

No email response and long call waiting or transfer to another department and waiting again. Frustrated. I hope I can return this without paying any shipping.

This happened one week past the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. It feels as though the television was set to expire at that time. I'm not purchasing another LG product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TOOOO Complicated, not user friendly I bought this because the Toshiba I had for only 3 months CRAPPED OUT and Toshiba refunded what I paid after deciding, two months, that they would not replace it. The LG was much to complicated. I was told it came with ALEXA but did not say that you had to but another $50 remote to operate it. I had my sound bar connected to the ARC-hdmi so it would be controlled by the TV, but it would default back when turned off and would need to be connected again, Much too complicated and I couldn't just work off one remote, like FIRE TV so I went to a BEST BUY Fire TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trash products the company can't even stand behind Would not recommend. This TV had light use from 1-23-23 to 5-2-24 and died. Picture went black while watching and all you can see is backlight, Main board quoted as repair, which is almost as much as the price of the TV new. The company can't even provide 2 year warranties on their products without charging extra. Do yourselves a favor and buy another brand. Every time I go back to trying LG products this happens. I had a washer burn its main control board after exactly 14 months also (fortunately we bought extended plan at store on those). Avoid their stuff and save the headache.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed Slowest tv i’ve owned! Got this one after mine broke while moving and it has done nothing but disappoint me! It is slow, you click on an app and it loads for at least 20 seconds, and always gets disconnected from internet. I have other device at home and I know my internet is not responsible. Do yourself a favor, do not buy this product. Other comment I have is that the home menu/general layout is confusing and whenever you click on something it’s unresponsive for a couple of second creating a LOT of frustration!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG for life. Great Value all around. The picture is crisp and clear. It has so many functions that there isn't enough to mention. I love the ease of access to and signing into apps. The different sound and picture profiles. And the customizations make it easy to navigate especially the quick access option. I hooked my surround sound and there was an echo. I was a little bummed. That is until I found the nifty "timing" function that allows you to manually sync the audio. Echo problem solved. now if its lifespan is up to par. I'll never buy anything but LG televisions from now on. Very pleased.

Within a couple months of purchase issues began and have since gotten worse: backing out of shows, freezing, and now constantly having to unplug and restart the tv at least once or twice a day and sometimes not recognizing the lg remote it came with and having to stop watching all together.

I like that LG keeps the WEBos software 'up-to-date'. Also the TV menus are easy to use. What I really like is the clear and bright picture and the ease of the app's to watch a large variety of programs.
