Lg refuse to fixed. It the way they pack the tv. Probably you have to be extra careful when you move or transport. I paid 800 dollar for nothing.

When I called customer service they said to put the router in same room as tv!! We have 3 other brand smart TVs with absolutely no problems. I am very upset and don’t know my next step.

Though i raised a repair service with LG, there was no action taken by the service provider and LG is also not following up. I am worried now and not sure when this will be fixed.

The pointer is not aligned with the direction of the remote control. Back to the drawing board with this concept. I bought this with an open box discount. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work after a few days of getting it home. LG Customer Service was OUTSTANDING, however, and dispatched a repair service free of charge. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and the performance.

However, after viewing some uTube videos I was able to vastly improve both picture quality and colors. The Magic remote pointer was another frustration as the pointer kept coming on and does not even come close to being accurate on the screen. I did learn how to turn off the pointer Over all, I am now well satisfied with the TV. For the price it is very good.

This Nano TV came on sale at Best Buy at almost the same price so we had replaced our "older" LG. The difference in the picture is very clear. We are very happy and this will hang in our living room for a while. The remote with the cursor is also so convenient when browsing the internet. It is matched with a 4.1 LG soundbar surround wet-up so we are set for sports, movies, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV...but... Setting up was simple. TV instantly recognized devices I attached to it, such as Xbox, PS3, and even my specific cable box. Connection to internet was easy also. The following statements are for all of these new TV's, not just this one. Getting the picture to where I was satisfied took hours. The industry focus on getting deep blacks is really frustrating. In my opinion, the auto-contrast features put on all these TV's makes it more difficult to get a satisfying picture. Most other settings can be set to staic and don't fluctuate. But if you use any of the auto or AI functions then your picture will change with every channel viewed. It took a long time for me to get the panel brightness, brightness, contrast, color, etc....etc.... to work in conjunction with the automated functions I wanted to use. The TV is awesome. Just needs some fine tuning.

My only gripe is the sound, you will need to make some adjustments in settings to get the sound level higher than normal. Other then that my experience from delivery to mounting it in the wall has been excellent!

LG stepped up and had a replacement screen installed by a qualified repair person at no cost to me. I would check on extended warranties if available Hopefully no others will arise with this expensive unit.

The AI sound profiles i think make the TV sound way worse than if you set the sound to cinema. Luckily you can set this and it keeps all of the settings. Overall a fantastic value and worth every penny.

My husband and I have been dealing with the manufacturer warranty and customer service for well over a month. There is absolutely no follow up. I have spent HOURS waiting to speak with a manager. They are claiming it is abuse. I have to laugh out loud at that one. The tv is in perfect condition. Not even a scratch on it. Super frustrating that they are not honoring their one year warranty.

I have submitted SEVEN, (yes 7 different repair requests with LG support and each one has been canceled without explanation. I'm at my wits end trying to get support for an obvious manufacturer's flaw and am only filling out this survey in hopes that someone at LG who actually cares about me as a customer responds.

HOWEVER, navigating with the remote is VERY difficult and I haven't been able to program it to learn all the Direct TV features, Still need multiple remotes. And hard to find all the features!

It works with the hdmi cable boy not the optical cable. I would prefer the optical cable as then you get both the tv speaker and the sound bar. Have not figured it out yet. Maybe when I have more time. Great tv besides that.

The gaming mode and the director mode are a big plus as well . I also like the fact that when a certain format is detected , the television picks up on it and switches accordingly . Movies I’ve watched before are like watching them all over again in spectacular fashion . The simplicity of the smart remote and it’s abilities are nothing to scoff at either . All around great television with amazing features at a reasonable price . Great value and way to go LG !!

I hate the scroller as it activates when I am trying to press enter! Instead it acts Aaron a mouse which is annoying! Looking at the TV there is a strip on the right side apx. 4 - 6" wide where the color is brighter( or normal). It is less than a year old. I need to see where I can get it repaired or replaced unde rwarranty.

As time has went on it has gotten worse, so I called LG which after a lengthy time on phone trying different things I was told they would send someone for repair. This was Nov. 30th then on Dec. 2nd got another email saying they were trying to get someone Today is the 12th and I haven't heard annything else. I will call again today but I am not very pleased with the process or the tv. The color has always seemed off. It kept getting worse so I call LG. After lengthly time on phone trying different adjustment and test, was told they would send a repair sevice out .Twelve days later still havent heard from anyone. Will call again to see if theres a problem, so at this time not very satisfied

I love how light it is because that makes it easy to mount on the wall. I am blown away by this TV and guests always comment on how good the picture quality is. My only gripe is that it doesn’t have the ESPN app.

Had an older TV that is a 1080p at best and has a great picture; however, the Nanocell picture with AI had really brought out the best in viewing! Would love to have the LG OLED, but it’s too expensive right now. We’re very happy about this purchase and would do it again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A picture issue, but, outstanding resolution I bought the LG Nano as part of my home theater set up. Initially, but, the picture deteriorated over the next year. I was working a lot and really didn't confirm that the TV had a problem until NFL Football season. I contacted LG and initially was told it was out of warranty (1 month) and fixing it was my responsibility. I contacted local LG serviceand sent them pictures; their response was that this was a manufacturing defect and LG would need to provide the parts for repair. I then went back to LG Corporate and they then agreed to repair it. They sent a service man that did his own evaluation, took the TV and LG sent him the parts. The TV was returned after 10 days and it's excellent!!! The whole set up is excellent!! The LG 55" Nano TV, Denon AVR 760H and Klipsch R 820F speakers..... outstanding performance

The picture is soo crisp that we don't like watching any of the other tv's in the house. Well I finally got tired of the outdated TV we had in our other room. Time to change it out. Since we love the living room tv why not get the same tv just smaller for the other room?! Was a quick easy mount to the wall (already had the wall mount in place) and connection to all our streaming apps except 1 new app that just came out. I've had no issues with any LG device I have purchased and they rank up high when it is time to upgrade & replace

You can bypass all permission requirements by adding a roku, firetv stick or other similar device and just use the TV as a monitor.

The picture is great, almost like being there. 4K movie colors are great as well. There are several different video settings to choose from based on what you are watching. I do have a firestick hooked up as some apps are not yet available in the store for this TV. Also have a sound bar hooked up. There are several different built in sound fields Tom goose from as well. They all sound good but I prefer to use the sound bar and sun woofer.

I'd prefer there be a stand in the middle of the t.v. rather than legs on each side. That way you can put it on any size stand.

Easy to set up with helpful instructions and guidance. It was quick. Love the picture quality and running with a wireless set up. The Wi-Fi connection is very nice. I am not overly excited about the Comcast app for watching basic channels. I do recommend that you delete the blotware that comes with this unit after you have worked with it. Good luck!

The picture is incredible, blacks are pitch black, colors are vibrant while still totally accurate, sound is pretty good for TV speakers. If you're on the fence about buying this TV and you happen to see it for sale, definitely go ahead and buy it. Especially if you're going to hook a bunch of peripheral devices to it like a Chromecast or gaming systems or a set-top box. My only gripe about this TV is the kind of terrible operating system loaded onto it: WebOS. WebOS is slow, unresponsive, counterintuitive, and frustrating. The "app store" is a shovelware filled ghost town. The dashboard is minimally customizable. Will connect to a lot of different Bluetooth sound devices, which ultimately doesn't matter because you will never be able to synchronize the audio to your picture and you will go absolutely insane trying because of the nightmare that is the calibration music while setting up a Bluetooth device. Who picked that song? Good lord that awful song. LIFE IS GOOD. YEAH LIFE IS GEWD

The images are sharp, great HD depth, and true to life. This was an easy setup to my wifi network, attached my Roku device and it found it flawlessly, and the Google assistant was a breeze. Many times I have attached sound bars in the past but wanted to wait and see on this TV and so far so good as the sound is real good and with the sound stabilization feature as you switch channels, it makes surfing nice as the sound does not come in strong on some channels and low on others. Great job on this set LG

Setup was quick and easy as it automatically recognized the cable box and all the channels and a blue-ray player. Additional configuration was not needed. Speakers a good but if you want quality sound I would recommend external speakers. I think the picture quality is excellent for this level unit as compared to previous units I have owned. The remote can be a little tricky at first but you will find it actually works very well. For the price it is an excellent TV.

I contacted customer service and they walked me through the same steps that I had already done. Without closed captioning this tv is useless tome. Everything else about the set is fine.

I'm impressed with all of its features, definitely fell great owning this TV and not buying another brand. Love the picture views on movies and games. I did some research on the TV and at the end I had to have the experience for myself and I'm actually glad that I upgraded myself to this new technology of electronics. The remote is my favorite, the mouse key pad is awesome. Makes searching and writing a hole long easier and faster. My first LG TV led me to buy and LG refrigerator and a LG microwave oven. I guess I switched to a brand that brought me a " life is good" slogan and it sure is. Also bought and Xbox gen to up the entertainment a little thanks LG for the brand. I even got my friends to purchase the TV as well, definitely a 5 star product in my eyes!

Picture is life like probably even better then that, so crystal clear! App options are endless. Easy mirroring from phone/iPad to big screen, with no distortion. Surf the internet on big screen crystal clear picture. Sound is nice with 4 different option. I’ve always had the other big brand & seeing them next to each in store was hands down without 2nd thought go with LG Nano.

Had an LG tech come out, told us there were no codes so he changed the motherboard just incase. But it was not the fix. So it still just has a mind of its own and tells you when you are or not watching tv.

Setting it up took a little time but then I’m 74 and have trouble with some technology. Once set up the ease of using the various functions was a breeze. Highly recommend this type of tv.

We love the clarity and sharpness of the picture. This is our first Smart TV. We love the streaming options and ease of use. We hung the set on the wall using the same wall mount bracket. The instructions for setting it up were easy to understand. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend the Nanocell to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG 4K Nanocell When I decided I was gonna purchase an Xbox X I knew I had to upgrade my tv to a 4K resolution and after doing the research I saw the new Nanocell technology and how it is said to be one step down from the QLED or OLED type TVs (which are to expensive for my taste but this tv was very well priced and when I turned it on I knew I made the right choice the picture was so clear, it has all the streaming apps I use, so easy to use, works well with my soundbar and has so much gaming visual options. Menu options are easy to decipher and select. Picture is high-quality and compares exceptionally well to other offerings in this price range. Also my first LG display. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV When it Works Properly I bought this tv 4 months ago and at first it was fantastic; great picture, vivid colors, fast processing, etc. But about a month ago it started having some image retention issues; if I left a movie paused for more than 5 seconds you could still see the pause button on the screen after the movie resumed. Since then, the color has also started fading in the lower portion of the screen, specifically reddish tones look almost gray. Been working with LG to get it fixed and they have been great, but just disappointed that it’s only been a couple months and the tv already needs a new panel.

The TV was brand new from the box and I eventually had to get the entire screen replaced, which took more than a month with LGs horrible repair service. I normally don’t provide reviews but the quality of the TV and customer service have just been poor.

The room is set up with a couch and chairs at an angle, and no quality is lost at an angle. It's used mostly for TV shows and sports; I'm only docking one star for some very minor motion blur with fast-paced sports (and not constant, but it happens occasionally).

Just wish it was as easy to connect to my AT&T remote to the TV or the Magic remote to the cable box as it is confusing for her to operate between the 2 different remotes.

I am very pleased that I decided to give this LG TV a try. The initial setup was somewhat time consuming, but once done, had all my options, my hookups and speakers all in working order.

I like the remote driven mouse pointer - that makes it much easier to enter words in a search field - however it doesn't always work. You have to keep selecting the mouse arrow with the down button, it often goes away while selecting, and sometimes you can move the mouse anywhere but can't select anything. What is challenging is the SmartTV makes it easy to select what the TV offers you but takes longer to get around to change sources. What used to be a simple button push on the remote is now a longer process - especially when the mouse arrow continues to go away. Not as thrilled as i hoped to be.

Has a good picture but noticed if you look at it anywhere except directly in front, the picture isn't good - very faded. With may old TV I was able to dim the picture at night when I had the lights turned off but all the settings on this one don't dim it enough. I'm having trouble learning the remote but hope to find what I'm looking for one on these days. I'm sure this is a very good TV for someone that uses a Smart TV but being 82 years old, I'm not up on all of that and really don't care about it. Sorry this isn't the review you want to see.

I really enjoyed the new 43" LG TV in the living room, I enjoyed it so much that this past December when the 10-year-old LG that was in the family room gave up the ghost, I went out and bought another LG just like the one I bought for the living room. now we have 2 and love them both!

WIFI was easy to setup. Some knit-pics: When I switch from my DVR and turn it off, the TV should "automatically go back" to TV cable viewing without having to search for the TV viewing device. External sound outputs would be nice to have_RCA/ 8MM plug.

This fits an Upper-Mid Range Quality in every aspect from picture, sound, fit and finish. Only LG’s OLED would be a better choice. The picture quality is terrific, bright and sharp. The sound quality leaves something to be desired, but on a set so thin, I don't know how to improve it. One of my favorite functions, is the ability to program the remote for quick, one-button access for using the various streaming services, WHAT a time saver!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Somewhat happy I am somewhat happy with my purchase, however, unlike many other reviews, I do not like the Magic Remote Control. As careful as I am, just moving the remote or accidentally pushing the Home button which happens to be right underneath the volume, I can get off the app I’m on and have to navigate back. I find the remote too sensitive. I also don’t like the default of all the LG channels which I have no desire to watch. I also do not like the suggestion voice that pops up to tell me they have channel selections for me, it’s invasive and annoying. That all said, the picture is excellent!

The picture is amazing and the sound on the TV in a smaller room is fine without a sound bar. Set up was easy. The only improvement I would suggest is on the Magic Remote. We have yet to get the Magic Remote to control the Sound Bar and TV when turning on and off. We can turn on the TV and cable box with it but can’t control the cable channels or the sound bar. We can control it all from the cable box remote except turning on the sound bar. This is probably more a user issue. This should not deter you from this TV. We have many LG products and this purchase continues to reinforce our belief in the brand!

I set one tv up, the second tv arrived late, so I didn’t open the box for 31 Days (until I could make the 5 hour round trip back to my parents home. My Dad broke his back so he couldn’t lift the tc out of the box so it had to wait for me to come back. Best Buy won’t do anything because it was over 14 days. There is no damage on the box so there was no indication I would need to check the condition. I took it out of the box, laid it on the bed, put the legs on, moved it to the table, turned it on and discovered the screen is totally smashed. So either it happened at the factory or LG’s packaging is inferior. LG won’t replace it.

Vertical banding with 4 black shadows in each corner. A lot of hassle and time wasted. Clearly there's a manufacturer defect. LG I expected better from you.

My only problem is when you look at screen straight on, you couldn't ask for a better, more colorful picture. If you are at any kind of angle, the colors fade out and not as clear. Happy with the picture quality, the WiFi seems quirky at times, the remote is IMO terrible it just seems to be trying to do to much and several buttons are very nonintuitive. The available app selection is horrific. Hulu check, Disney+ check, ESPN+ no? Come on it's part of the same bundle but I can only use 2 of the 3? MLB TV? No again just not what I was expecting from a "major" player in the smart TV market.

If the roller was located outside or above the flat of the remote more I think the roller would be easier to maneuver. I’m always hitting something I shouldn’t be and next thing I know I am somewhere I don’t want to be. Fortunately my son got me set up with another remote but I just can’t use the smart features with that.

It is not! any step to the side it starts to whiten the almost completely bleaches out. Dont know why the big lie but this tv is trash. My intention was to buy the 55" to go with it for the living room and im sure glad it wasnt in stock. i cancelled it and will be looking elsewhere for a larger tv. LG how could you possibly say this tv had great viewing angles , did anybody really look?

Picture quality did not seem right especially darker scenes in movies. Then I returned it factory settings and have been happy since. Learning to use cursor on remote is continuing. Getting better at it.

The images are so well defined -it almost feels like 3-D. The remote is fantastic--allowing the viewer to take full advantage of the features in the TV. I love the mouse like feature-- which makes entering passwords and pointing and clicking adjustments very easy. We are using this TV in our bedroom--and if there is one drawback-- the viewing angle is somewhat limited in close quarters. But, overall we are extremely satisfied. This is our second LG TV and we are impressed with the company's customer service and there efforts in continuing to update the software for both TV's

One criticism: the user manual needs to be much more detailed, especially on how to set up the features. I had to scan the internet and look for the information all over before I could get things working. I am very technical but without up-front instructions, I had to dig deep into the settings before i could get everything working. It shouldn't have to be that way.

The only CON is the remote. I bought an LG remote from Amazon which doesn't use the wand. It is a normal mechanical remote. I dislike the wand as it is difficult to control.

It's relatively easy to use and there are useful functions that make controlling the set up and selection easy. TV itself is crystal clear, has an easy to master menu, input options, settings menu is easy, and the remote control with the onscreen pointer is awesome! The remote has movie streaming app shortcuts, and it's comfortable to hold. I compared this TV to 2 others in it's size, a Samsung and another LG. This one is the best.

The OS is extremely slow to load and it disconnects from the internet constantly. In order to reconnect the tv has to be restarted instead reconnecting on its own. It's functionally useless. I know it's an entry level 4k unit but it should still do what it is intended to do. I have 3 LG televisions in my house but this one is going to the curb

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way Too Complex To Use As seems typical these days, accessing/controlling inputs and what should be simple features requires multiple button pushes rather than one or two. Maybe a result of the user manual lacking much of any detailed instructions, being essentially useless to senior persons like me. "Oh, that's just intuitive, everybody knows how to do that." NOT ! Maybe I'm being "guided" towards getting voice activated accessory system at $$$$ cost. But I'll need to hire some 12 year old to tell me if it will actually work to find, say, a past episode of Mrs. Maisel by asking, without first knowing if it is on Netflix, Amazon Prime or someplace else - I have no idea. Wish my 3 year old smart TV hadn't died. New LG is a total pain in the butt to figure out.

We’ve watched this for several nights even though we bought it for our bedroom as a second television. This is my first LG television and my first “smart” tv. Have a lot to learn as far as WebOS is concerned and it’s a little more complicated than I thought. I did try to find an owners manual, to help with the operation, but evidently none exist. At least that’s the message I get when I enter the model no.in the search box. I guess I’ll have to hunt and seek out what all the buttons are and how they affect our viewing. Would have thought they would have a manual, only they give you when delivered is a 3 page manual to get you started. Being in my seventies these new tangled gadgets can be a headache. Took me a day to get the tv to recognize our wi-fi modem. Once I get the hang of it I’m sure I’ll enjoy it even more.

I really enjoy this TV the picture is brilliant and plenty of vivid colors can see more background images clearly and the app's are wonderful and was very easy to use Smart Mirror viewing from my Galaxy Phone I'm watching plenty of new movies now without going out of the house, I also have an LG BlueRay Player and Surround Sound makes watching and listening YouTube videos a real pleasure.

Contacted customer service and am working to get it fixed. TVs that cost this much shouldn't fail so promptly. Hopefully it will be corrected in the future.

The sound is ok for a flat screen but a soundbar makes the sound more enjoyable. The only knock I have is that there are only 3hdmi inputs, if one is taken up by the soundbar that leaves limited connectivity. Overall very satisfied.

Took over 2 weeks and no part was delivered so LG offered to replace to tv which was approved. Been over 5 weeks and have not heard anything back. Contacted LG, which took several attempts to speak to person and not automated prompts, only to find out they are surprised I have not gotten tv yet. I don’t know where the problem with communication occurred, either LG or Best Buy where the tv was purchased, but I still don’t have an answer and a tv that won’t connect to WiFi. Very displeased.

The menu is easy to navigate and we have only scratched the surface on what this tv can do. My only suggestion or complaint; I wish the volume and channel buttons stood out more on the remote.

Just moved into our new house and bought not one but four of these LG smart TVs - one for my office, one for my wife's sewing room, one for our bedroom and one for the patio over a fireplace. So far everything has been easy to set up and I love all the features. LIFE is really GOOD with LG TVs - I highly recommend.

For the price range the features are abundant, the color is vivid and the sound is about par. You can easily add a sound bar to boost the sound but I don't think it is necessary if the room it's in isn't too large. My only complaint is with the remote volume and channel selection buttons, they are not very tactile, so I often times inadvertently go to change the volume and press the button above or below, and same goes with the channel control. Guess I have fat fingers. Other than that it's a winner.

I did multiple emails, chats and phone calls over a weeks time but could not get a repairman to respond. I recommend not buying ANY LG TV because if it stops working it's trash.

The colors are vivid and lifelike…mostly using the Roku remote with voice integration…very happy with the purchase but I will get an extended warranty once the basic 1 year is over to protect myself on the back end…5 stars all the way!

But it seems like a lot of newer tvs don't have where RCA cables can be plugged in. Also not crazy about the remote. Doesn't light up and confusing.

However, everything was very easy, and was self explanatory once the TV was plugged in and operational. As a person who actually READS instructions prior to using any appliance or TV, I found the written instructions less than desirable. The quality of the picture and the color is outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased.

The integrated sounds is also not bad for being from the TV. It works well in small rooms. The system UI is easy to set up and easy to navigate it probably will take a day to set up your buttons and memorize them but once you do it makes the whole experience faster and easy

On the third call I talked with a woman who knew her stuff. Now that I played around with settings, I am happy with the TV. I have another LG for over 11 years & it is as good as new(my Samsung crapped out on me after 4 years. I will get another LG the next time as well.

The picture quality and color saturation are amazing. It has taken us awhile to learn the remote control, but we are getting there. Additionally, we are able to have a broader range of shows, movies, and streaming media to choose from.

Call LG support and after about a half hour of trying to fix the problem they were shipping a new screen to a service provider. With in four days an installer came and put on a new screen at no cost. I am not a big tv watcher but my wife mentions that it’s a little tricky to navigate the tv screen. Overall all is well

I did not have very high hope of it being great, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s actually an excellent product and an excellent price too. Screen size is fantastic, color is great, and the TV itself with a very narrow bezel looks fantastic over all. If I had one critique, the sound could be better, but that’s fixed with a decent sound bar. I would buy this product again, and recommend this product to my friends.

While setting up the various features, I quickly realized that there were plenty of viewing options without cable! The TV is so clear, and there’s so many built in options that I don’t think we’re going to connected to a cable box. A great purchase at this price point!

I bought a bigger better 75 over the previous 65, and I’m going to add one more Tv into the Bathroom. LG has a better product, in terms of fit and finish as well as a better operating system. I have an older LG sound bar which took a while to figure out how to connect but it works with tv remote. Only down fall is that it would be great if upon start up it could launch directly to the Home Screen. As someone who uses streaming tv that would be extremely helpful instead of using an HDMI input with nothing on it.

Bought this 75” for Christmas self gift, major mistake. None of the apps would load, the “terms and conditions “ wasn’t even available to load. Downloaded the user’s manual, followed all of the troubleshooting yet still after resetting the TV twice no immediate changes. Over a week period some apps started showing up. Too late for a Christmas git. Called the LG support after giving up on my own, just to get walked through the same process I had already done which set me back to no app would load. Got a work order, tech came by, just to say nothing wrong with tv but my cable box was the issue! That it was more the 3 yrs old!. He left. First of all what the cable box provide is simply the main tv channels. No issues there. The apps don’t get loaded from my cable box, rather a separate wi-fi, network box. The apps came from LG content store or apps store. Enough. See pictures with all LG notifications

The only donwfall is LG and ESPN don't like each other so we have to watch ESPN+ through a streaming device. This TV makes doing it seemlessly though. The 75" has brilliant colors and dark blacks for sure, and there is no viewer angle issues as you can see in my pictures. This will be a great platform for games and movies in my eventual theater room in the basement. The only issue I have with the LG line of TVs is they don't carry HBO Max. C'mon Man!

After exhaustive research and my preference for LG tvs, I purchased a 65” nanocell. it’s direct lit, meaning it’s led lit from behind and across bs a edge lit screen. Brighter, crisper image. Colors are fantastic, true-to-life. I’m a photographer by profession and I definitely see this as a fantastic addition to my families entertainment options.

Straight out of the box the picture and sound were excellent, and LG's picture option presets make customizing the picture for content and room lighting both easy and effective. We find live action movies in Filmmaker mode with adaptive lighting off very close to a true theatrical experience, and animation sparkles in Standard (picture) mode. Sound is similarly amazing: after using AI Sound to automatically customize the TV for room acoustics, a soundbar is unnecessary in Standard (sound) mode; the TV fills the room with sound that's clear, full, and exhibits both depth and directionality. Our LG TV delivers more than we expected at a very attractive price. We're very pleased.

Just a little disappointed…when I was sold the tv they told me it had features that it didn’t have. I’m guessing that they were showing a different model then the one the sold me. Tried almost every way of learning how to operate everything. I still have no clue how to access a lot of the options!! I just wish you could still get paper direction booklet to go back and read again and again, but to find the same web page each time is difficult.

It is exactly what I hope for but really thought I would be disappointed as I have been with the Samsung I have purchased in the past. The picture is outstanding!! Multiple adjustments available and love the whole cursor remote. My next will be an LG OLED simply spectacular!! Thanks LG great job.

Purchased directly from LG, it was delivered to our living-room at no extra charge (much more convenient than schlepping it home from a store, where I uncrated, inspected, and mounted it on my wall. The TV arrived perfectly intact, was a snap to prepare for mounting, and my wife and I mounted it easily. It operates flawlessly. LG-OS and the Magic Remote take a bit of practice, but we oriented quickly and find the system reasonably easy to navigate. The TV delivers very clear, crisp, vibrant images and excellent sound. I have read reviews that criticize LG's 75-series Nanocell TVs for poor contrast and poor shadow detail, particularly when viewed in dimly lit environments. Our experience is to the contrary; images remain clear, crisp, and vibrant throughout the range of our viewing regardless of ambient lighting. Perhaps flaws can be detected under laboratory conditions; here in the real world, this is just a superior all-around TV.

Just don’t use an articulating mount. The screen will crack if you move the TV. With that said, LG will do nothing for you and the warranty is voided. The cost to repair is the same as the original cost of the tv.

Contacted LG on 1/16 and after spending an hour on the phone, was told I would be contacted in 1-2 business days to schedule a repair. I am still waiting to schedule a repair as of 1/21.

I had a LG 4K TV that I also love but wasn't nanotechnology. I thought the new TV would have a much better picture than it was displaying. I debated returning it but I decided to play with the picture settings and ended up with a great looking picture and now I love the TV. I love the fact that I can watch Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney Plus, etc without a Roku or Fire Stick.

I thought that the 65 inch might be too large for our wall, but once it was installed we were amazed at the clarity of the picture no matter what the angle we viewed. In addition, the colors are so vivid and lifelike. We have recommended it to our family and friends. As a matter of fact my husband is taking his father to purchase this exact tv tomorrow. I'd give it a 4.7, not a 5, for a couple of reasons. The remote is not the best. For example, the buttons are somewhat hard to locate by touch. Also, unless I'm missing the "fix," it appears you can't permanently disable the cursor. It's irritating, I don't use / want it. From what I read, hitting a directional arrow key turns it off (which it does, but it's back the next time you hit the home button. Overall though, great TV for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problematic screen Screen display developed a problem after 2 weeks of use from the date of purchase. I called customer service and they sent a technician. He informed us that it is fixable and that the parts needed to fix it will arrived in 3-5 days. So far, it’s been more than a week and still, no call from the technician. We’re hoping LG will just replace the unit. We fear that even if they fix it for now, it might happen again in the near future. We also own an LG OLED TV and never had a problem with it. On the bright side, LG customer service is excellent. I would still recommend this TV to friends (exempting the problem) because of its excellent display of color and ease of use of the remote control.

The best factors are the ARCe function that turns on the dvd player and the stereo system. Just tried a game on it and the HDR was auto setup, and the display speed and graphics is fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV for the price but needs work While determining our next Big Screen purchase, we reviewed the LG product line and determined it was a good fit. Our worst problem was with the setup of Agreements which are required on first start up. After two hours with on line support barely capable of speaking English and having no capability of fixing our issue we were promised a service tech would be sent out. In the interim I determined that I actually had to change my network wireless router for the network LG was using to allow 8.8.8.8 to be used for DNS lookup. After changing my own router I was able to connect the TV and begin the process of initializing. While we are happy with the performance for the price, we are left wanting for the ease of install and follow up by support. LG support needs a lot of work and if they're going to offshore support, perhaps better language and technical skills are in order. An end user, who doesn't understand technology would be hard pressed to understand how to open a DNS gateway on their own router.

The Features, connectivity, apps, speed is wondeful, and LG Channels with Over the Air Antenna is flawless for old school channel surfing. OH...and the sound is out of this world! No Soundbar and the sound is clear and has amazing low sounds for television only speakers. My gripe, which I thought I noticed when I got the TV a few months ago, is that there is a ghosting look of circles throughout the scree that are dark on a light screen and cloudy on a darker colorful screen. I tried to live with it...can't return this one for another now...and thought it might go away after use, maybe because it was brand new, but it hasn't and now I can't stop focusing on the hazy, ghosty circles. Its like something isn't blocking them out. I bought a small TV for another room that also has back lighting and expected to see them, but did not, so I know its this TV and not a full array backlighting thing. Amazing TV except for the spots, but maybe I got one that was a bit funky from manufacturing which makes me sad but I still love LG Products, I have plenty!

Set up instructions from opening the box to connecting everything were super easy and very well done! the newer technology made me realize how outdated my previous set was..Menus and how to guides easy to find and understand. Picture and Sound are very high quality,very glad I pulled the trigger on this set:)

Had a problem occasionally dropping audio on the cable channels but never on internet channels. Had to adjust the Xfinity cable box audio output to fix this.

The colors on this are so VIVID! If you watch a movie/show that involves the water, you're left in complete aw! You feel like your in the water. Worth every penny, HIGHLY recommend! :)

The TV is OK in options and functions except for the backlight system. During very bright images, the arrays of LED are very noticeable in vertical strips across the TV. During very dark and black images, there is obvious bright spots/headlighting around the edges of the active area. I have a 50" LG that has none of these issues and was expecting the same performance in the 65". Very dssapointed.

I love LG appliances. My whole kitchen at my current home and my other house is all LG appliances. Still trying to get my 60 00 streaming credit. The buttons on the remote are so flat, that when I’m watching in a dark room, even the volume button can be mistaken for another. I think they need to be raised just a bit more. As for the layout, if I go to the app list & choose LG Channels, there’s no TV guide, but if I go through the dashboard, then the guide is available. Also, Orange is not a good color & needs an option to change it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mediocre at best TV arrived via truck - I was excited because it took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. Setup and assembly took almost 2 hours (including the LG sound system. Then I was able to actual view a picture on the TV, and was greeted with a big (dinner plate sized) defect in the screen - this was not shipping damage because the carton showed no damage. This means this defect was shipped from the factory. Although the photo looks bad, in reality you can only see this defect about 20% of the time while watching a real TV show (only is visible with a bright background), but this is a brand new TV. After all that setup effort I decided it wasn't worth sending it back and having to engage in another setup process, although I would expect the second try would take less time. The LG remote and "smart screen" are ok, but not great - for instance the remote turns on the LG sound bar when you turn on the TV, but it does not turn it off, meaning you still need two remotes. I had high hopes (looked good in the store) for LG, but clearly they did not deliver.

My only complaint is that the magic remote does not truly act as a universal remote.There are several things that you cannot do with the cable box using the LG remote.

If you are replacing an existing TV (like I did), I recommend getting an updated HDMI cable if you plan on using eArc capability to a receiver.
