Buy your LG products somewhere else
Haven’t even hung this TV yet and I’m already deeply disappointed in LG. I waited until this model was back in stock, placed my order, and LG sent me a box that had been opened and unpackaged by someone else. Contents rearranged and fingerprints all over the screen. Called customer service and there’s nothing they would do other than a return and wait for a replacement. This is going into a new home and I need it NOW, so not an option. And then, to add insult to injury, I find the exact same model for $80 less on Amazon. First and last time I’ll order directly from LG

Hate the remote
I had to have the screen replaced after the first two once because it developed lines, also, this remote is annoying and complicated.So not very happy with it thus far. Also lags a lot when switching channels

It was delivered completely damaged screen traying to return it after speaking with LG customer service and sent them the pictures proof said will we refund and send you return label they did not send the return label and no refund has been issued it is better to buy from other retailers is much better than here

Disappointing!!
This TV replaced a 2017 LG and it is extremely disappointing. Difficult in setting up (almost 4 hours getting through menus and passwords), No way to turn off the pointer on the magic remote, Amazon Music App does not like loading sometimes or just freezes in the middle and requires turning the TV off to re-set.

I recently purchased the LG 55-Inch Class QNED AI QNED82A 4K Smart TV from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The picture quality is outstanding — bright, vivid colors, sharp 4K resolution, and excellent contrast. Everything from movies to sports and streaming shows looks crisp and lifelike.
The smart features are very easy to use, and the apps load quickly without any issues. I especially like how smooth the streaming experience is and how user-friendly the menu system is. The AI picture and sound settings really do make a difference and help optimize the viewing experience.
The TV itself has a sleek, modern design and looks beautiful in the room. For the price, this was an excellent purchase, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality 55-inch smart TV.
Best Buy also made the buying process simple and convenient. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Be aware
The TV arrived with a manufacturing defect: it suffers from excessive "clouding" and "light bleeding," which makes it annoying to use for "movie nights" (unless you're watching cartoons). However, the "technician" claimed this was normal after viewing the issue through his phone (an old model). His recommendation was simply: "Buy another TV." The assistant who came out did nothing other than place that video call. I am writing this review to warn others that the manufacturer's warranty is ineffective.
