The customer service is not qualifed.
The price has dropped dramatically right after i purchased it. I talked to some represents. They are not qualified for this job. They wasted my time for ONE hour and they hang up the phone call!!. What a shame!!

Little of a mixed review but overall good
I recently bought so I am still getting used to it. First off, the monitor stand came with the plate a bit crooked. So, the store is exchanging to see if it was just a bad stand. I have something under one side of the monitor stand, so it is not tilted. Other than that - it is not accepting the sound from my computer. It keeps disabling itself and when I am plugged into my charging station, I have to disable the computer and enable the monitor sound. It may be an adjustment I have not found yet. The color and brightness are great. I have not really had to adjust it. The font is clear with the resolution set to highest for the smaller icons. Great size. Next size up to too hard to navigate for my type of work.

Good monitor but flickers some times
Bought this a month ago to hook up to my MacBook pro. Overall it's good. The only thing is once in awhile it starts flickering for a few seconds. Not sure why.

Manufacturing Defect
I purchased this monitor my livingroom work station. I chose LG based on previous positive product experience. I selected this model for its contemporary looks (white). The monitor was purchased new, sealed undamaged box, the contents were well packaged was undisturbed with no sign of damage or repackaging.
The monitor itself was also in perfect condition but as soon as I turned on the power I was Immediately disappointed to see a horizontal line of dead pixels across the top half of the screen.
I haven't yet started a warranty claim,
Hopefully LG customer service will offer some sort of compensation there's a lack of their quality control

Good Display Unit
Screen quality is good for my needs (eyesight not what it used to be). I use it as my computer screen. I like that it can be lowered almost to desktop level and tilted back. A slight issue for me is that it is bulky back to front for my narrow desk.
