Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shipping and tracking This did not work for me, I assume the keyboard I bought at a thrift store for $3 was not compatible, but it was worth a try. The five-star rating is for the fast shipping and easy tracking since this item came from Hong Kong. However, I am sure I will have a use for it in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement USB not compatible /pairing The USB receiver did not come with any pairing instructions - and I'm having trouble finding anything about it online. I am starting to think it is not compatible with my keyboard and mouse even though I thought it was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor environmental practices. No right to repair. Didn’t work, poor support absolutely useless. Avoid Lenovo products. They would rather you throw away the entire mouse and keyboard Instead of giving consumers the right to repair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DOES NOT WORK AS REPLACEMENT I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this replacement. The description above IS A LIE. It does not work as a replacement for your Lenovo wireless keyboard and mouse USB. When I called Customer Service, they said I would have to purchase a whole new keyboard and mouse simply because a tiny piece of the original dongle chipped off. How wasteful!! I would give it 0 reviews if that were possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Limited Compatibility Regrettably, I assumed this was a 2.4G universal receiver & would work with my 2.4G Lenovo mouse. Not so! Upon a closer reading of the product description there appear to be only a couple specific mice that it's compatible with. I accept most of the blame for the misunderstanding but sure wish Lenovo's descriptions were more clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pairs when device is within 4" of nano receiver I can confirm this product works with the Lenovo Professional Keyboard. That being said, when pairing the existing keyboard with this new receiver, you must press the pairing button on the existing keyboard AND hold the keyboard within 4 INCHES of the USB receiver until pairing is complete. If the keyboard isn't placed within this 4" zone it will not pair. I suspect this is the reason so many people believe it doesn't work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't work as a replacement I was told this would function as a replacement receiver for a mouse/keyboard combo. It does not. It will not pair with the mouse at all, and lost connection with the keyboard within seconds of pairing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't work for slightly older mice and keyboards Didn't work with keyboard, don't understand why Lenovo made 2.4Ghz dongles that aren't compatible with all their keyboards if they're not going to sell multiple versions. Just promoting ewaste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from USB Keyboard/Mouse Receiver My order shipped quickly and was very affordable. Unfortunately I haven't been able to pair my keyboard and mouse to it. They were given to me second hand so I'm not sure if they have an issue or not. I followed the pairing procedure for each device, but so far I haven't had success and I haven't had enough time to investigate further. But the price was right and shipping was so fast.
