Rated 5 out of 5 by from USB-C cable The cord works fine - I purchased it to use with my power bank cube and anytime I try to use it to recharge my laptop I get a message that I should use the power cord that came with the laptop for faster charging. The message just gets annoying and makes me wonder what the point of this cord is then if you aren't supposed to use it to recharge the laptop.

This definitely worked and was just plug it in and go. Definitely recommend.

The original cord that comes with the ThinkVision wobbled after a few years of travel and office use. I gave up looking for a replacement since every cord was flimsy and caused the display to connect and disconnect repeatedly. Tax Season frustration prompted me search again. Much to my surprise, the perfect heavy duty short cord that allows compact travel in my suitcase. Love my ThinkVision and its buddy cord...

I waited to give a review on this Lenovo one after 4 months - just to be sure. I have have no issues at all with this particular brand of the USB-C cable. Just wish I would have gotten this one to begin with.

I guess I didn't read the description carefully as I needed a regular USB 3.0 end on it for the charger. Ooops! I'm searching for the right adapter at the moment... but as is works great connected usb-c to usb-c.

It's not only excellent for connecting the ThinkVision portable monitor to a laptop (this is a data transfer C to C cable), and acts as a fast phone charger when connected to a brick, but it's also likely heavy enough to save one's life if you were to need a cord to climb up a cliff or rope out of a burning building. Very thick, very heavy, and very sturdy. Five stars!
