Weighing only 42 grams, it's sleek, and easy to fit in your pocket or carry case compartment, so you'll always have it handy.

Note: Depending on the power capability of the host and the power consumption of the peripheral devices, the hub supports maximum output current of up to 3 A in total. Depending on many factors such as the processing capability of the host and peripheral devices, file attributes, and other factors related to system configuration and operating environments, the actual data transfer rate will be slower than 5 Gbit/s on USB 3.1 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) connectors, slower than 10 Gbit/s on USB 3.1 Gen 2 connectors, and slower than 20Gbit/s on USB 3.2 connectors.

Also, the short cord means it hangs off off my computer rather than being able to be tucked behind it. If I know about both of these issues, I probably wouldn't have bought it.

Due to using a Thunderbolt workstation, I have additional USB-C ports which is the only setup I believe for an efficient system. I only wish the hub could handle more than 4.

When I am docked, or traveling I always have one used for keyboard/mouse. I still like to move large files with a thumb drive. I think it's faster, as well as more protected. Based on this, there are times I need two or more ports, the one left on my YOGA and now this expansion. I do wish it came in the same green color of my laptop, as well as my external CD drive and docking station. Black is it.

The hub in my Lenovo Tablet fails to even be recognized. Lenovo is sending another Hub, but I have since tried the Hub I gifted to my friend, and her hub will not work in my Tablet either. Hummm. Now I am wondering if it's the Hub or something with my 3 month old Lenovo Tablet? I called to ensure all was compatible. I guess I will find out when the replacement Hub is received. I have the Travel Hub and that product works fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A perfect solution for my almost perfect laptop A perfect solution for my almost perfect Lenovo ThinkBook. My ThinkBook only has one built-in USB-A port which is problematic for me sometimes when I am using a wireless mouse (which I do often) and need to print something on my not-wireless printer. Luckily, my Thinkbook did also come with two USB-C ports so this adapter/hub enables me to have multiple devices that use USB-A plugged into my laptop simultaneously. It's small, doesn't take up any desk space really, and is highly portable as the C cable is strong and the C plug holds nicely even when the cat bumps the hub off the table. Highly recommend for anyone needing more USB-A ports.

If you are looking to add more USB A ports and don't need other ports such as SD, MicroSD, or HDMI, this is small, cheaper, and lighter option to add more USB A port.

It's worked amazing for music production, with an external hard drive, audio interface and MIDI keyboard all running through it. Super solid transfer speeds, no latency and quick connection. The cable could be slightly longer, but it's nice and portable. Gret solution for apple's constant removal of ports.

But this hub manages to give you four more ports by taking 1 USB-C port. I really never use USB-C so it makes it convenient.
