Quality Touch Screen Increases Efficiency
We absolutely love this monitor!! This product has been a great addition to our shipping department processes! Our team only had to use it for a few minutes before commenting on how much faster and easier it made their work!
We researched various options for touch-screen-powered packing stations. Many products were ridiculously overpriced. I am so glad we landed on Lenovo! This monitor has increased efficiency, it is easy to use, well built, and looks great too! The product is reasonably priced without sacrificing quality. We are very happy with this purchase and look forward to using it in the months ahead. I expect it will help us dramatically during our busiest months of the year.

Great purchase!
So, I bought this item thinking it was touch-screen... It is NOT touch screen, but that was on me! However, I'm pleasantly surprised how functional it is. It's a large additional screen for my work, via a USB cable (not included). The screen is bright, very nice resolution. The built in speakers are way better than the one from my laptop. And it's ThinkCentre Tiny-ready; that means you can turn it into a desktop with the slot in the back. Putting it together was also easy. It came in a nice, well-protected box. And the best thing is I purchased it on clearance! I really like this replacement of my old monitor!

Enjoy the fact that the still manufacture the tiny to install on the tiny in one. This product will continue to sell as long as it’s still being offered better than the all in ones.

Great Purchase!
I recently purchased the ThinkCentre Tiny-In-One 24 inch Gen 5 Touch Monitor to use with a new laptop. I searched for a long time for a monitor that had a touch screen AND video conferencing capabilities (webcam, mic, speakers). It was difficult to find one - especially at a reasonable price. This monitor seemed to meet all my needs. It was easy to assemble, easy to connect and all functions appear to be working at this time. The screen colors are excellent. I am especially pleased with all the extra functionalities such as being able to move the screen to a portrait position, as well as moving it up and down, sideways and forward/backwards. I also like that is has a USB port on the side and control buttons on the lower front of the monitor where they are easily accessible. I haven't had the monitor long, but so far, I am quite pleased with my purchase.

Quality Control Issue
This monitor has a bad quality control. I received one with a damage on the corner of the monitor, and I returned it an got a replacement order. The monitor was damaged on both corners.

Poor Product Description & Poor Customer Service
I was told this monitor was compatible with a workstation laptop I purchased it was recommended as an accessory. After a week of back and forth with tech support, I was finally told that the touch functionality works ONLY if connected with multiple cables, which is clunky and does not meet my needs. I own other Lenovo touch monitors that connect with a single cable. Lenovo customer care returned the item but refused to exchange it or work with me on a discount for a different touch monitor (discounts are offered on accessories at time of computer purchase). Very disappointed in the online accessory recommendations and the customer service provided.

Monitor Review
My monitor is great and required no setting changes. The instructions that were included are a little unclear, had to call for assistance. I was transferred to 3 different people, but the were helpful and short wait times when transferred.

Easy to assemble (REMEMBER to buy the cables)
Very easy to assemble and the resolution looks great. It doesn't come with a USB printer cable, and video cable. The video cable can be a HDMI or Displayport cable.

Purchasing Issue
This was purchased for a 90 yr old friend who has severe sight problems. It was set up as an external monitor with an external bluetooth keyboard and mouse connnected to his 15" laptop which now becomes just a hard drive. I increase the magnification to 135% and he is managing to read most of the text now. We may have to increase the magnification slightly. The purchase was complicated as I had to use my PayPal account and have it sent to my address and in my name as Lenovo's system would not allow me to put in my CORRECT municipal address, nor his address, but using PayPal my Correct municipal address was accepted. Customer Service were of no help , nor willing to advise their tech team that there is a problem with their database and purchase software. Extremely frustrating, especially while trying to help out an elderly friend. Can't seem to set up the monitor as a touch screen even though it is.
