Great Monitor
I have enjoyed using this new monitor. It loses one star because the power plug does not want to stay plugged in. I am currently waiting on a replacement cord. If this fixes the problem, I will blame it on the cord and give this monitor a 5 star review.

Power Plug not Snug!
Bought this monitor to go with my new Lenovo ThinkCentre computer. The display is excellent. Love the adjust-ability up and down and tilt. My only issue is that the power plug does not stay plugged in on the back side of the monitor. This has happened multiple times resulting in me having to push the plug back up into the socket on the monitor each time. Maybe I'll end up putting a piece of duct tape on it?

I love this monitor. It has great resolution, definition, and color. I use it with a Macbook for graphic design and animation and got one for my daughter, as well. Highly recommend and you can't beat the price. I have a 27" LG Ultrafine display at work that cost a few thousand dollars and I truly prefer the Thinkvision.

I purchased the ThinkVision 23.8 Monitor to replace an old Samsung Monitor. The color is great, refresh rate for the work I do is perfect (word documents, PDF, and excel). The response time is excellent if I need to change the display settings; scaling is 150% and the display resolution is set at 1920x1200, which makes for easy reading and work. With my old Samsung I had to adjust the display setting and continuously reset the color profiles based on what work I was doing. I have the monitor connected to my ThinkBook 14 Gen 6 Intel (14?) lab top.

The visuals are great on it, but every time I unplug the monitor or it slightly moves on my desk it turns off because the power input is loose. It can be really frustrating, especially if it turns off right in the middle of a project or before a meeting. Turns back on relatively quickly, I just have to be sure that I set the power connection in just the right spot.

Monitor works fairly well. The only problem is that it turns off at the slightest movement. Jiggling the power cord where it goes into the monitor turns it back on. The box had obviously been opened previously so I suspect this was a returned monitor that they tested and since it kind of works they decided to put it back in stock and ship it. I did not have the time or energy to take it apart, re-box it and send it back to have it replaced with a new non-defective one. Purchasing directly from Lenovo I expected better. ... I guess anyone can make a mistake.

Black screen & no help with 2 brand new laptops
2 brand new laptops fall asleep and take half a day to wake up. All settings are in sleep and not hibernate. So I'm trying to run a business with a laptop that is turned on with a black screen. Lenovo online help has been useless. Forums are uselss. Unable to access anyone who is able to fix the problem. 100% do NOT recommend this product as it simply does not work.

Having purchased off brands in earlier years, I quickly learned that a small dollar saving was not worth the time spent on adapting hardware compatibility. Sticking with Lenovo for all my needs now is just connect an.d enjoy. Now hours spending down loading APs to reach a useful level of operational compatibility. No time wasted. Just connected the monitor cables and at full operational lever with no wait time or hours looking for APs. Only negative.... it had no manual in the box. I like to read a manual when purchasing a new equipment. Happy with plug and play results.

Good picture quality
Works great. Good color and brightness. Only issue I am having is there is about a one inch black bar on both sides. I figure there has got to be way to make the picture go edge to edge but I just haven't figured it out yet. Other than that great product (but it may just be user error)

Nice monitor. It does come with an HDMI cord and another cord, but neglects to tell you which one to hook up to the computer itself to work (which would be useful for a not really IT person just setting things up). Extra USB ports on the monitor itself are handy.

Great on the eyes. Awesome positioning abilities up/down tilt feature. I can have my laptop open and the height adjusts enough to clear my laptop screen. Great price performance. usb connectivity allows for more options when connecting peripheral devices right to the monitor.

Clear and crisp picture, many different video inputs, usb inputs directly on monitor and great price for a high professionel quality ; these are all the reasons I both 2 of the ThinkVision 23.8 inch Monitor - T24i-30. Very easy to assemble and install. I have been using an older version of this model for working from home, and like the improvements with this newer version such as the eye technology. This monitor weighs less and can also be lowered more in height.

Works but could have more height adjustability
The monitors are great, no issues with display, set up was easy. However, this version seems to not have as much height adjustability as I would like. My wife's old workplace sent her the T24i-20 and those monitors could be increased in height bit more. Other that, its a good monitor at a good price

Works great! Would have been 5 star except tt didn't have the blue light filter setting I was looking for. Otherwise an all around great monitor. I like how the base is square and can be flat against a wall and still rotate the monitor easily and doesn't hang over the raised portion monitor stand/shelf of my desk. Software to adjust monitor settings instead of using menu on the monitor itself is also very nice
