unreasonable shipping time and unsympathetic staff
The pen works great but I had to wait TWO MONTHS for it to arrive (it said it would only take 5-7 days to ship. I tried contacting customer support staff about this but they took weeks at a time to follow up and were largely unhelpful. If you need this accessory somewhat soon, do NOT order from Lenovo.

Not the right Stylus
This review is not about the capability of the stylus, as it didn’t work at all.
This stylus was not the stylus I thought it was, nor was it capable of working for my model of 2in1. I specifically asked the Lenovo client service rep if this would work for my machine, giving them the serial number etc, and this was the one that was suggested..When I it came, it didn’t work at all. Called tech support and the gent asked why I purchased this particular one, then explained why this wasn’t going to work for me, and apologizing for the person who sold it to me. It wasn’t his fault.
I’ve since sent it back and received my full refund.
