Crashing of Lenovo!!!
The sound is below ZERO and the sound card is VERY basic so it has no enhancements even after updating the sound card driver to the latest version. This is an embarrassing system for this company. THANK YOUUUUU

How sales helped to save Lenovos reputation
Lenovo sent me five machines on Linux instead of windows. I was rather upset. However, Zachary Pierce from sales gave me a call after they were on their way back for a return and he turned it right around selling me 5 proper machines, and I’m not an easy person to please. It speaks volumes to what someone does after an error and this was a success of sales.

Lenovo customer service, products, pricing-yes!
The price was very affordable especially in comparison with other brand names at the time that we purchased 5 of these systems. The purchasing process was seamless and installation was quick and easy. We are very happy with the speed and quality of the computers purchased. Will definitely purchase these computers again in the not-too-far future, as the practice needs to replace more older systems by the end of this year. Highly recommend Lenovo for their products and customer service. I also use a Lenovo laptop at home and am very happy with their products all around.

Small size with great power
Love the size and light weight of the ThinkCentre yet it still performs quite well. Plenty of USB port for connecting external devices. I would prefer one or two more Type-C connectors since more and more accessories now comes with Type-C. The motherboard seems to have the footprint for a second M.2 NVMe but not soldered on. Giving less chance to expand the hardware.
