You suck at customer service
The laptop order was cancelled without explanation but hey the rest of the accessories I have no use for with out the laptop were sent. I called but the guy had such a thick accent I couldn’t understand a word he said. PS I purchased with Affirm and the charges for the laptop have yet to be removed.

Switch to Lenovo
I have used a Microsoft product for 18 years. After I discovered an issue with their product and their last update and customer service would not help, I followed my IT's advice and made the switch. Customer service provided by Lenovo has been excellent. They know there product and they care about the customer! The Thinkpad feels like a solid product, I am pleased with my and my IT's choice.

Compact and powerful.
Charges all my USB-C devices except the laptop since that's an engineering pc thay uses 230 watts. Charges our Amazon tablet in under an hour. Other bricks can take all day. Super fast charges our Samsung Galaxy phones. And charges my Noco 2000 amp jump pack in no time too. Its the best charging brick in the house. Also comes with about a 6 foot robust cable.

Great laptop charger
It’s incredibly small measuring about an inch by 1 inch. The only thing that could make this product better in the future, as if they found a way to make it longer and flatter so it has less of a footprint when in your laptop bag. It charges my X one quickly. I would buy again.

Snappy form factor and good functionality
Exudes quality workmanship and works well. Still getting apps loaded and set-up. Wish there was a handy way to transfer apps from prior computer (laptop). USB C to USB C cable?

speedy computer, not delivery
Delightfully small and lightweight. Good touch keyboard with backlighting. Nice performance. Default monitor colors way off. Lots of Lenovo drek software installed. Delivery several days later than expected with no direct translation of the shipping delay text to explain what was really going on and when it would be resolved.

Lenovo T14s
Windows forced this purchase of new T14s, replacing gen3 X1 Carbon. I love my old X1 laptop but this new T14 is a worthy replacement. And the touchscreen adds another ease of use level that I'm still getting used to.

I love this charger for it's size and portability. It does not charge my X1 tablet. I had to get the 68 for that.

Great charger.
Great charger. I use this as a backup so that I don't have to constantly bring my charger to and from work. It charges just as efficiently as the charger that came with my laptop.
