For a while I thought they did not have a mute button of any kind. - The 20 instructions (which were a total joke) had nice pics showing the basic features.. but there were no details. The pic seems to indicate the mic can flip up to mute. but trying to rotate the boom, it was so tight, I had concluded it wasn't meant to rotate. I finally pushed hard enough on it that the boom rotated and I discovered the mute button on the headphones. I am told my voice sounds reasonable but not great when using the headphones. They are comfortable, and the removable and washable pads are a big plus. I bought these headphones for only 44$ and they are certainly a good value for that price. Had I paid the original price of $90, I would be unhappy with them.

That said, if you are looking for a headset with Bluetooth this is not it. Only works with the headphone Jack fort iPad.

I selected the model with the usb connection because it makes it very easy and fast to switch from my work computer to my gaming computer. When I play x-box I connect via aux wire to the handset so that is simple as well. The microphone works great for meetings. Everyone I meet with over Zoom or Teams has been able to hear me just fine.

These headphones cost about $70 more than my last pair and it is an insane difference in function, comfort, features, style, everything. I work from home so I do need a reliable headset since I'm on the phone 8 hours a day. The only two problems I had is one the weight it was too heavy for me and it didn't feel comfortable having it on for hours at a time. Also two the connectivity randomly it would disconnect and I would have to troubleshoot it it wasn't convenient at all for me to keep.

The only issue I have seen is that the microphone is noticeably clearer on the 3.5mm jack. The ear cups seem a bit warm but I think I am getting used to them. Other then that they worked flawlessly, and the best thing is the removeable cups to wash (lifesaver!).

It's two pins on the top of the band that match a connector for Lenovo's other product, the S600 charging station. They're great headphones.

Pros: nice sound, great design, good build, confidence inspiring Cons: I got ears that stick out perhaps a bit more than avg, and it is so uncomfortable since the driver is scratching my ear, not sure if I'm wearing it wrong but even then there should be some degree of freedom but I just can't give this more than 3/5 since why wear a headphone when they aren't even comfortable? But I can see this being a 5/5 for a lot of ppl if your ears don't stick out a lot... who knows... other than that I still think the sound is great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The headset brings your mood ON The headset has great audio and also it has very good noise cancelation abilities, so whatever is happening in the background does not disrupt your work. I use the headset for both gaming and watching movies. It has improved both my experiences immensely especially when you can hear every small/big sound with the right intensity. You can control the audio sound with the rolling button on your headset so that makes your job much easier as you do not have to touch your laptop/pc to do that. The mic is great too, it helps you a lot while streaming games etc, you can turn on/off the mic very easily by just moving it up and down. The mic quality is also very nice, your voice would be loud and clear and very well heard. Its over all a great thing to use. I like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy! I bought these to replace a set of Corsair wireless headphones that had developed an unpleasant whine. So far, I am very impressed! This headset is well built but light, and fits snugly on my head without rolling around. The microphone is clear and easily adjustable, and there is no lag between starting the headset and getting sound through it. I really appreciate that it's not covered in flashing LEDs that drain the battery faster, and on that note the battery length is excellent-- I am routinely getting at least 12-16 hours out of a single charge.

At first they were really comfortable and the sound was great! But it didn't take long before the cloth became detached from the ear covers. I want to say that I treat all my things with great care and respect. I have things in my house that I use on a regular basis and have had them for 15 plus years. I have other headphones that are cheaper that I have had for years longer than these. I have now had them for just over a year I would say and the hard plastic at the top had cracked and broken through as though it was a great strain to be on my head. I have a very normal head size so would seem like the head piece is not very flexible. Sorry to write a bad review, I am sad that these headphones didn't work out. I like Lenovo and use their product, but unfortunately this wasn't up to their usual standards.

The mic is a bit the week point of the headset. If it can me tune to have a louder sound. I use it for teleworking and it's awesome. The only problem, it fits a bit tight for larger heads.

Just that the headset is stiffer than others, that it clamps onto your head a bit tight. Especially when you wear thicker frame glasses, it hurts. For people with no glasses, it's definitely worth it.

With a regular daily usage this is waht you get. At that price for 6 months....i mean it's a joke. I even bought the charging station because i thought they would last, what a shame. And obviously the warranty doesn't cover physical damage.

The main problem is the headband is a thin piece of plastic and a thin strip of plastic just does not hold up the headphones and after a few months, it will start to crack. Without a rigid headband, the wire inside the headset won't be protected and after a while the whole thing just broke on it own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s great.. but not so comfortable. The biggest problem is that it has a spot to connect the headphones to a charging stand. This is located INSIDE THE PADDING in the top of the headphones. So after wearing them for a while, that spot starts to make your head sore, because there is minimal padding between your head, and hard plastic. Also the padding between your ears and the speakers inside the headphones is not the most comfortable either.
