I have noticed that, at least in medium/lower lighting, specks really stand out against the dark background. That irritates me personally, but not enough to majorly lower my rating of it.

It is thinner than the premium ones you can get for several times more that is certain, but for the price it works fine. Buy the largest pad your desk can fit, no need to worry about running out of mouse pad.

I needed to replace an old, weathered mat I had of a generic brand ant this one was the exact same length but with a longer width. It's fantastic! It does take a while for it to lay completely flat. It's a bit wavey even still but not enough to affect my mouse or anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OK Desk mat overall Bought 2 when these were first added to the Lenovo store (via Passport Corperate). Both arrived smelling like rotten rubber, but the mats were in good physical condition otherwise. Had to hand wash these and then hang them up to air out for a few days before I could even tolerate the odor of a single one on my table. These were probably stuck in the shipping pallet for quite awhile. The odor thing might not be present for later orders I guess. The mat is thin, which is expected for the price, but at the same time it's sufficiently thick enough to not crumble up when stuffs on it are moved around. The design isn't offensively gamer-y, so that's a plus if you want to use it at work without attracting attention. At the time of purchase each cost me about $10 with free shipping, so I find these mats to be perfect sacrificial table cover: thick enough not to feel cheap, and cheap enough to not bother my wallet when they get damaged.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Gaming Pad This mouse pad is great! The stitching on the edge is good and uses a soft durable thread. The rubber is soft and grippy on the bottom and the top feels like it has a good amount of friction (which is what I wanted, if you want a low friction gaming pad look elsewhere). The print is also very cleanly done and looks great. The blue is not quite as bright or vibrant in person as it looks on my screen, but display settings vary so that's no fault of the manufacturer. I didn't really choose this one for the design anyway so it didn't bother me. Overall, this seems like a quality gaming mouse pad and I'm sure I will get several years of use out of it.

Their claws of course eventually damage it, as they would any fabric mouse pad, but this one seems to last bit longer than some others I have tried. At the price these are often sold for, it's hard to go with other options.

My only complaint is that there is a Lenovo tag on the underside of the mouse pad (on the top right) that compromised it's flat operating surface. This tag was hard to remove without damaging the stitching, but once it was gone everything was great.

With my pads on my GPro Wireless, this mousepad was better for my liking. When I first opened this mouse pad it had a REALLY bad fishy smell. After 1-2 days of airing out it had no smell. Other than that, it was fast shipping and really smooth mousepad. After a couple weeks, it has been clean and no smell and no fraying.

This is the third mouse pad I have had of this size from two other brands and this is the only one that doesn't lay flat. The whole bottom right corner has a fold in it and there is also a wrinkle in the center that won't flatten out.

The surface is fairly on the smoother side which I do prefer anyways and it is fairly thin. The quality is also pretty good and I don't think it will degrade anytime soon.

They call it control but it's a lot more speed, it's actually very close to the hyperx fury s but doesn't feel terrible to the skin. when I switched I only noticed a tiny difference (this was even faster, but that was just because it's brand new printed surface). After ~2 weeks, it really is quite similar (but not rough on the skin). Note that this says 40cm depth but it really is -1 cm for the stitching - 1-2 cm I like to wrap the edge of the desk with. which is just a bit too short for me and why I'm gonna just keep it as an extra.

It smelt like rotten fish, garbage, and someones behind all mixed in one and it was disgusting. I wonder what sort of chemicals they are using to produce such an awful smell. Besides the horrible smell, the actual mouse pad is decent. It looks nice and is really big and I would have been happy with it if it didn't come with such a foul odor.

To no one's surprise, the thing is absolutely massive, so make sure you have a desk that can fit it comfortably. Even with my scratched-up mouse skates, my mouse doesn't catch on the fabric at all, and the huge size allows me to have both my keyboard and mouse on the same surface. My only "issue" with this mousepad is the color—it looks washed out and doesn't match the photos, but that doesn't really bother me since I'm not looking at it that often. Can recommend!

Only issue I had is some of the stitching came undone, not to the point where it’s unusable, but depending on ur preferences might be visually unappealing. No foam backing and the stitching which goes around the edge of the mat is very coarse with thread hanging loose. I don't expect it will last as it took for Lenovo to ship it to me. Being inexpensive is the key reason to buy this mat. In my opinion. Don't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable mat for light gaming & office work This is a large and comfortable mouse mat. It is a bit thinner than the 900*300 legion mat which I own (highly recommend it as well). Some of the edges do tend to ripple a slightly as the underneath is grippy.

For the price, it's an incredible value and the quality of the product is great with stitching on the perimeter. This pad is big enough to sit under a 15-inch notebook with a mouse on the side.
