Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible bag & space, tiny bottle holder Everything about this backpack is top-notch. The armor-style design looks great, the build quality feels super solid, and the storage space is exceptional—it easily fits a heavy gaming setup and all the extra gear with room to spare. My only real gripe is the side water bottle holder. It's way too small for standard reusable bottles or large tumblers, which is what I typically use. Aside from that small design flaw, it’s an incredible, high-quality bag for carrying a big laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Forget the laptop, what about this bag?!" It's a nice backpack that fits the Legion i7 like a glove. It's well armored & there lots of pockets for all your cables & peripherals. I purchased the bag the same time as a brand new laptop, but strangely, I've only received emails asking about my experience with the bag. Nothing about the laptop, which is priced the same as about 30 of these bags. So, yes Lenovo, your bag is very nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong, heavy and sturdy The laptop itself is built very well, it's quite heavy but will most likely pay off in the long run by it's built. Highly advise to get a new laptop bag for this one as the usual 15 inch laptop bags won't accommodate this one. Haven't used it long enough but on first glimpse it's fast, responsive and has all the features required by the cast majority of average laptop users for business / education.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good commuter backpack It’s a great backpack to commute to work and school, I use it as a motorcycle backpack and it works well I haven’t been caught in the rain yet so I’m not sure on the water resistance yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is an excellent backpack! I really like the backpack; it is sturdy and spacious, but I would like the compartment where the laptop goes to have the same protection on both sides and the bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for most laptops. Very nice backpack. Bought for use with Legion pro 5i. Fits, but could really use a more reinforced bottom. If dropped, laptop could absolutely get damaged. Other bags offer more bottom support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough and spacious I love this backpack. The tough front helps with any possible impacts. I use it for work, fitting two laptops, a usb-ethernet adapter, my screwdriver, power supplies for the laptops, wireless mouse and USB-C power plug.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for protection but not very convenient The bag does protect contents especially your laptop. But it is not a comfortable travel bag if you are going through airports. The protruding front side can get in the way and also the fact that is it rigid makes it difficult to manage when traveling. For protection, I will score it 10, ease of use I will score it 3. The space inside is actually quite small compared to other bags.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Teenage Mutant Ninja Backpack This backpack is sturdily built and looks very sleek. I have never had a laptop backpack before this one. They all just seemed like normal backpacks and not worth the investment. The padding on this one is plenty thick and the construction is like a turtle shell. I am able to place my Lenovo 7i Pro, its charger, the lapdesk cooling unit I bought and several other items inside. All of that together is heavy but this backpack distributes it well... especially since I have a bad back. The pack feels secure and, if I were not of a larger persuasion, the extra middle buckle for stability would also be great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Attractive backpack but could be roomier... This is a wonderful laptop bag for my 16" Lenovo gaming laptop. It carries the laptop and power supply well, but it needs to be a bit 'deeper' front to back. When you cram in the laptop, power supply, a wireless mouse, and a tablet, it doesn't leave much room for many other things that might be a big bulkier themselves.A bag like this is going to be my everyday bag. I take it to work, on trips, etc. I would like to see a larger front compartment. To be fair, I do carry around my 15" work laptop as well as an extra 14" screen. It *DOES* hold all of it, just a little more snugly than I'd like. Electronics should have a little extra room to help avoid smashing everything together and risk breaking screens. The zippers are strong, but when new they tend to be very stiff and get caught a lot (kind of worth it for the water resistance, though). I absolutely love the 'softshell' front part of the case. I'm a bit of a branding snob, so I was glad to see they had an attractive looking backpack for my new laptop. The overall design is appealing. It reminds me of something you'd see someone use as a pack from a sci-fi show like Star Trek. The price is a little steep for the size (I paid about $40 less for a Wenger that has more room), but I guess you're paying for the branding on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic purchase This backpack was an amazing addition to my new Lenovo laptop. It has spots for all of my cords, chargers, mouse, etc. I was able to take it through the airport as a personal item as it fits in their bag checker perfectly which was awesome. Feels sturdy. Just the right size for all laptop parts and a couple other small things (jacket, etc.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING - Best backpack I’ve owned! I bought this a year ago because I needed a bigger backpack to fit my super thick 17” laptop in (Predator helios 300). SPACE: Not only did this backpack fit the laptop but it has some extra space and VERY good protection. There is a sort of stretchy part at the bottom insuring the laptop doesn’t hit the ground and there is a bubble wrap texture foam around the compartment. The same compartment also has a smaller pouch that can easily fit my galaxy tab s8 at the same time as the laptop. Even after that all that I can still fit multiple folders and notebooks as well as a textbook and 20oz water bottle with ease (in the compartment itself). The awesome part is that it still doesn’t feel like a big backpack and is very comfortable (although it obviously gets heavy with all that in it). RELIABILITY In terms of reliability I have had zero issues with zippers or rips or anything at all other than a separation pouch in the main compartment getting slightly stretched out after using it to hold a textbook. The semi-hard casing can get a little dirty and scuffed but just rubbing it with some water got rid of all of that. OTHER As a gamer the extra storage like the headphone strap to hang headphones on or the mouse holder are very nice to have especially for traveling. Now for something I don’t like about this backpack, the water bottle holder is awesome since it can be zipped making the side flat, however, it is very flimsy as it is only held at one side and this makes it swing around a lot and very difficult to put the bottle in. It works OK but I ended up just putting the bottle in the actual compartment itself as there is ample space. Overall I would highly recommend this backpack, and if you need space for a big laptop and don’t mind a flimsy water bottle holder then get it. In my opinion this is better than anything else at the price point and even beats $100+ backpacks I’ve tried.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job but bulky and quality is questionable Bought this backpack about a month ago to replace my 4 year old Legion Recon Gaming Backpack as the zippers finally gave out and was looking for better protection of my 17" laptop. Did some research and functionalty of backpack sounded great and laptop fits but now the seams at the side has bursted open. Also, it's not a very travel-friendly backpack. It's quite large on me (5'1" petite female)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unexpected Surprise, love it! Absolutely loved it. I was looking through several backpack options to replace my Samsonite. I travel very frequently and backpack plays an essential role in it. I decided to go for Lenovo backpack to match with recently purchased Lenovo Legion Go. I totally loved this backpack, the design, the quality, the style. The only thing I'd add would be a little strap on the back to hang the backpack onto suitcase handle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality, looks good too. Great quality, comfortable to wear. Tucking away the bottle net is a great idea. The hard shell should be good protection. Not sure if it's going to fit under the seat in an airplane though. Only negative so far is that it's quite tall and it feels like there's a fair amount of unusable space near the top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Had this for a few weeks. Good quality stitch everywhere, sturdy layer on the outside, comfortable padding all around. The only upgrade I would ask for in a refresh of the product or its successor would be removable chest clips. The chest clip is currently integrated with the straps and can get annoying while dangling. all in all, strong recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy shopper This bag is on par with all other similar backpack type bags. I usually order these bags to protect my laptop when travelling for work and it does the job perfectly. Some things I really liked were the full zippers on the compartments which make packing the bag a breeze. There are no annoying pointless pockets and the straps are fairly comfortable for wearing. One thing that could be improved was the padding in the laptop area. It's not bad to the point you worry about damaging the laptop but it could be better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical Tech Backpack Good storage, can hold most gear and has practical pockets for pens, power banks, more power banks, hubs, etc. Small downside is that it is difficult to get things into the water bottle holder once it's taken out, but that's a necessary compromise for it to be collapsible. An added insert for the bottle holder (if someone always uses it) would be useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent laptop & tablet backpack/handbag. Light weight and very well finished. Hold up straight when I put it down and the top handle is padded and located in the right place. The semi-hard cover with Lenovo logo is both classy and offers a bit more impact protection, great since I bought this pack to replace my old motorcycle backpack after the zippers failed. I really love the laptop protection material; the padding, the tablet pouch and the headphone holding pouch is above average. Also, the bottle holder is tucked in a zipped pouch, since I usually do not use water bottles, that is a plus for me. Let me say the construction of the zippers do not stand out like the rest of the pack. They are of standard size and looks water resistant as material covert the coils (not waterproof). I would have preferred a bit larger zippers, time will tell. I recommend, you will like this bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Zipper around the armoured pocket sewn incorrectly Zipper around the hardshell is so tight that I have to fight to zip it up. Even when the bag is empty, the zipper seems warped and not sewn correctly. It is a real shame because the rest of the bag is really nice. At the moment I am not using the front pocket at all because of this issue. Scared I will break it and the front part would just be hanging open. For those purchasing this bag for gaming laptops, it fits a ASUS ROG Strix 17" laptop inside a sleeve in the back padded laptop pocket. That zipper still has plenty of room to close.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fall Protection Was surprised to find an elastic strap at the bottom of the main laptop pocket. When the laptop is inserted it rests on the elastic strap and is suspended above the bottom of the backpack. This protects the laptop or notebook if you drop the backpack or even put it down too fast. What a clever design!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great. Interior compartments, not so great. I was able to grab this on sale, at a largely discounted price. It looks great. What I found disappointing is the interior. The compartments/pockets are cheap material and I am surprised to see there was not a "enclosable" pocket on the inside for smaller items. Would really benefit from a zipped up picked for some batteries, small adapters type of things. I also find that even though the zippers open up to the entire bag, it is somewhat constructed to open the bag wide to easily access the middle area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and Stylish Very sleek styling, with slim profile. Has tons of pockets and compartments, you can fill the bag with lots of stuff without affecting the side profile which is nice if you commute by train or bus. Perfectly, holds the heavy 17.5in laptop, in a padded compartment that is elevated from the floor of the bag. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the straps and mesh backing, though very functional, really clash with the styling of the hardshell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get this backpack! This is one of the best computer backpacks I have ever used. It feels well built and there is plenty of storage for all your gear. There are pockets for headphones, phone, mouse, charger and of course a well protected padded pocket for the laptop. It also has the rigid front protection. Its made of a rubbery material that has some flex but should also help protect anything inside. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good bag but not for people who don't travel light In some ways it is smaller than I imagined. From front to back it is not very deep. It's definitely just meant to travel light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ultimate protection for a P17! I searched for a while to find other backpacks or bags to compare, but this is the only one I could find that would securely hold a P17. This backpack fits the laptop, accessories, books, and even lunch! Definitely the best option out there for any large heavy laptops. The separate pockets are great, and the dedicated pocket for the laptop offers full protection from damage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Zippers Break and Inconsistent Sizing We have two of these. One the zippers broke, and the other was found to have much smaller pockets due to how the zippers were sewn. The one with the broken zippers worked well and was a good size for our Lenovo Legion 7i 15" while it lasted, but we had to be extremely careful to ensure the zipper stayed zipped. It would often just unzip on its own. It looks like the issue is the zipper was not even causing us to force the zipper closed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only a little extra space. (Keep it flat) I like the solididy of the bags bottom and front face however the (hard) front bends in odd ways with a few cords and pill bottles near the bottom where it bulges out around the zipper. You may need to buy an additional case for a mouse or headphones if small enough. I'd suggest a good pair of wear ear buds. There is room for a 17 inch laptop and my 16 fits nicely. They have designated areas for a tablet, phone, and headphones. I'm getting a case t ok ensure my mouse stays intact but with a little sorting you can get away without the mouse case. It has nice spaces cushions for your back and a convenient handle attached to the shoulder straps. It feels well made however I'd need more use to be sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The 2nd-best backpack I've ever owned... Pro: • 3 roomy compartments, with plenty of internal pockets • Great padding in the primary compartment—egg-crate-style foam between laptop and straps (for quail-egg-sized eggs—lay flat on the strap side for optimal cushioning & protection) • Heavy padding at the bottom of the primary compartment • Comfy shoulder straps, with an easy-to-use, quick-release connecting strap?great for long hikes • Armored compartment makes accessing frequently used peripherals a breeze—armor (and other structures) prevents the flap from flopping over or deforming... even when completely unzipped! • Armor is thick enough (and broad enough) to prevent tears and snags—during accidental encounters with (relatively) sharp objects Con: • Armor (on armored compartment) is not very thick—don't expect to "beat on it" (or stab it) and find its contents (or integrity) intact ¯\_(?)_/¯

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lenovo Legion 17” Armored Backpack - w. Legion lap I have been using this backpack with Legion Pro 7i Gen 8, 16", RTX 4070 laptop for about a month. So far this has been able to handle everything I have given it. I haul around my Legion Pro as well as my work laptop - your standard work issue 13" laptop - and chargers for both as well as mouse and various things - notebook, pens, cellphone, etc... Handles with ease even though nice and heavy due to the pile of things I insist on carrying around... CLean look, nice padding where it is needed for the laptops. One improvement area - a little more structural support on bottom so is more stable when sitting on floor without tipping over, and improve the padding on the straps and back-padding to more dense foam - this doesn't seem to be overly robust - shall see how it holds up over in future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great backpack, happy customer. I guess if you are buying this you either like cool backpacks or own a Lenovo. I was the second option of those two choices so I was hoping to get a computer case but wasn't able to find one. Luckily I stumbled across this item while I was shopping for my setup. When the bag arrived I was happy to see it's quality was amazing. It has enough space to comfortably fit your laptop and all of the additional parts. In addition the texture of the front is a nice sleek look and feel. I'm happy with my purchase and hope this review helps you consider it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great backpack with one big flaw Overall a good backpack that protects my legion pro 5. It has lots of storage and i feel better knowing my laptop has some extra protection with the padding. I got it on sale, so for the sale price its good otherwise I wouldnt get it for full price. My main complaint is that "armored" part sucks as the zipper for the comparment is always stuck and its a pain to open and close. I feel like the zipper will break after a few more uses

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Backpack It's very functional. The cushioned compartment seems to do very well for my lenovo gaming laptop. The zippers get stuck a good bit. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, sturdy backpack Backpack seems to be constructed very well. Many interior pockets to store items. Zippers work smoothly. Laptop area seems well protected and I like the "armored" areas, which should provide extra durability. Recently received, so I don't have long-term usage to report on. However, based on what I see, I would recommend at this point. Bought for use with Legion 5i Pro Gen 7.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing padding and protection for laptop This backpack is really cool. Personally, I was. looking for one with some color, but this one is perfect once you see it in person. As a school backpack, I'd give it like a 6/10 because it doesn't have all the extra zipper pockets for random pen packs, sticky notes, etc. It was MADE as a gaming backpack, so it has plenty of stuff, just not a ton of organization for smaller things. That being said, I give it a 9.5/10 as a laptop backpack, which is what I was primarily looking to protect. The laptop sleeve is individual of the other pockets and is padded very well. I feel very confident that my computer is safe in it. It also has a rigid structure that keeps it upright, and helps the bag or the contents inside of it to slouch. With the cost, I am very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great backpack - Perfect for EDC of any electroni Fantastic quality backpack, the dedicated smaller pockets are perfect for stashing my keyboard, mouse, and headphones, unlike my old one where I just dumped them into the largest compartment. The only issue I've encountered thus far is that the armored "shell" tends to bend and buckle depending on how you organize the frontmost pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Armored Backpack 2 Review I bought this on sale and it was well worth the price. I like that it stands on its own and that it can fit all my essentials regarding my laptop and its accessories. I do wish the zipper tags were metal instead of plastic and that the zippers themselves were more robust, but other than that, I picture this serving me well for a long time. Additionally, it is a rather slick looking backpack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This thing is SO CONVENIENT, and super reliable. Extremely well manufactured, tons of space for the laptop, and I feel like I could throw it off a building and it would be fine. The straps are super comfortable, and overall, a great backpack for work, school, or gaming, as there is tons of room, and individual pockets for your keyboard, mouse, headphones, writing utensils, etc… Anyways, super stoked to have gotten one, definately a must have if you bought a 17.3 in’ laptop, as I’ve bought other bags from different stores, and for the same price, I’ll be honest they weren’t the greatest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, protective laptop carrier First of all, this backpack is very well made and the materials are (IMHO) premium. It fits the laptop and seems more than ordinarily protective. For downsides, there's no waist belt, so your shoulders and back get all the weight (of a heavyish laptop) and very little room for anything else inside--no room for a milk carton, bulky sweater or extra shoes. You can't pick up a tub of yogurt on the way home from work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Laptop protection, storage and portability This backpack has a well padded pocket for my 17” laptop, which was my main reason for buying. It’s profile is low but I can still put my bulky power cable, headset, large notebook and two books in it along with earbuds, pens, cell, headset etc. I’m very pleased with it. Probably the best feature however (other than sufficient laptop protection) is the incredibly sturdy handle at the top for maneuvering the bag when it’s not on your back. Very pleased with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent backpack for the money Decent backpack for minimal cost. Backpack has a bit of padding in the laptop compartment and is supported on the bottom as well. Could use more padding for both front and back. If you force too many things or bulky items in the front, it could push into the area where the laptop is stored. The zippers are covered to protect against water intrusion, but don't quite feel sturdy enough. The teeth are very fine/small and a fast quick zip up or down can end up in a jam, especially around corners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely sturdy and safe Very sturdy and plenty of pockets for everythng you could ask for in a back. The hardened gell lining gives me a ton confidence for both protection from accidental bumps and rain etc. The only slight improvement I could recommend is to make it a bit less bulky if possible. Price could use a bit of an adjustment to be lower too.

Huge openings for the three main zippered compartments allowing quick and snag free access. Well thought out accessory storage for all the peripherals you might bring with you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent but could be improved on Nice quality. "Armour" covers little and flexes a lot. Laptop not protected from bending on your back. Wish it had a good deal more storage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent bag and probably the best option I was pleasantly surprised that this back pack was as well assembled as it is. The materials are good, and the design of different chambers and spaces is pretty smart. I particularly appreciate that the computer in the main (inner-most, that is - closest to your back) compartment is actually suspended on a piece of sort-of neoprene, so if it's not too big/heavy, it doesn't actually touch the floor of the pack, which is appropriate. Everything else is as described in the website by Lenovo. So this is my favourite carrier now, to be sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy bag - worth the price. Bag is a bit expensive, but there's a lot of room and it feels very sturdy. I've already knocked the bag off the desk, and the hard cover has kept everything save. The laptop compartment at the back is well-padded, and my laptop has been protected so far. If you have a 17" laptop, and you can get this bag, either on a discount (or using credits like I did), I would recommend it.
