Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lenovo 3i Chromebook 15” excellent value & price Lenovo 3i Chromebook 15” Intel Abyss Blue arrived in excellent condition, with easy setup and configuration to my needs. Numerous ports are a blessing but added another multiport hub to aid in direct Ethernet connection and additional direct connect items. WiFi connectivity can fluctuate at times and direct connection cuts down on RF within the space that I’m using the Lenovo 3i Chromebook laptop. Couldn’t pass on the low price and free shipping. At this time I have not connected the WiFi mouse that was included, touch screen and touch/track/glide pad are installed on the Lenovo 3i Chromebook and better suite my needs.

It works well for what we need and would make a good laptop for a beginner (like if your parents or grandparents were new to technology). For email, Internet searches, streaming it's great. It might be limiting for work or school.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from UPS and Lenovo are both problematic Delivery of my device required a signature. I tried to be home for UPS 3 days in a row but they missed me all three days. I asked UPS to leave it at a nearby UPS access point where I could sign for it. UPS refused and stated that Lenovo required them to return it to Lenovo. I contacted Lenovo and asked if they could ship it to a UPS access point. Lenovo responded that I would have to ask UPS to do that. I still need the device but they won't send it back. My time as a Lenovo customer is over. Other manufacturers are willing to work with me to make sure I receive my order.

I ordered one on Friday and on Monday, Lenovo put the same Chromebook on sale $40 cheaper. I called customer service and asked for a price match since I had not even received my order yet and the price was already lower. The rep took some time to confirm info was correct and told me to allow 3-4 days for refund of $40 to post. I waited two weeks with no results so I called again, explained it all to the rep who promised to "send the request in" again. Two more weeks. No response. I will not shop with Lenovo again. I can get the same product with better service at Best Buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just okay... It's okay. I use this for school work and it lags quite a bit. I had been under the impression that Chromebooks were quick. This one is not for the most part. I only have a few tabs open, but it will freeze up for a bit before processing whatever I have typed. In fact, I am not even typing this review on it, but on a different Chromebook. With patience, this Chromebook gets the job done, though, so I did not feel it deserved fewer than 3 stars.

But the decision to buy Lenovo came pretty easy as we used the Lenovo - S145-15AST 15.6" Laptop for over 5 years and they ran smooth without a single issue. Also it really looks pretty with the grey-silver color with matted finish on front and a chromebook logo. It is very robust by design and well finished. Battery life is also super good. Very difficult to find so many features so low price. It's worth and really good quality in such a low price. You can't really expect these many good features in such a low price

Had to buy a mouse to get started but don't have a Google account and don't want one. Worthless as one can't even get it to boot up unless you want google to access everything. No more privacy.

I was in the market for a new chromebook as the AUE date on mine just passed, and found everything I wanted from Lenovo. I wanted something with more RAM and got it! This machine is awesome, I now have 8GB of RAM on a 15" screen with an AUE date of 2029. Plus I conveniently work IT at a university that deals in Lenovo's with Lenovo certified techs so I can get all repairs done in house. I'll never buy anything other than Lenovo's from here on out.

Found the best deal and forgot that I purchased a Chromebook. As such it's a Google OS and has limitations in that some apps don't work with it and some have limited capabilities. However as a portable, fast, reliable laptop, it's working great so far! The OS is fast and the battery life is stellar for lasting away from the office. I'm not a gamer and use a lot of online apps and subscriptions so this is a good one for those with $$$ on top of mind!

Apps from Google play, for the most part, can easily be added with this laptop. This laptop is not as fast as the other laptop (HP)I am using at home. The display from this laptop is quite vivid and beautiful. I recommend this laptop for a beginner user and for someone who does not have a lot of money to spend for a laptop as the price is only somewhere less than $400 USD.
